FOOD FOR THOUGHT.
IS BREAST STILL PART OF PRIVATE PARTS?
It's becoming alarming and we see it as Normal.
I don't know when abnormal becomes normal,
I don't know when seduction becomes a way of life.
I don't know when HARLOTRY and INDECENT dressings become a norm even in the church. FIXING LONG NAILS, LONG EYELASHES and EYEBROW, TAINTED OF THE HAIR on the HEAD to DIFFERENT COLORS is now normal even in the Church.
We are comfortable with it and no one is pointing at the evil of HARLOTRY, IDOLATRY, CARNALITY and WORLDLINESS taking over the Church of God.
We started from, "THE WAY YOU DRESS DOESN'T MATTER" since we serve God with our heart, not our dress, now we are moving toward "YOUR CLEAVAGE IS NOTHING" as far as you cover the ni**le.
Haaa, when did harlot dresses start fitting our sisters?
Can someone explain to me how we claim we serve God on Sunday/ Saturday with SEDUCTIVE. HARLOTRY DRESSING, even the weekend is nothing to write about.
Come and see our Born again spirit filled sister at an occasion, dress to kill.
Sister, who are you trying to kill.
Do you mean your body is still the temple of God or a den of thieves or an altar of seduction?
Understand very well that NO DECENT MAN WILL EAT UNCOVERED FOOD. Because it has become an OPEN BALLOT SYSTEM. Free and easy to get a meal for Every creature.
We started from CROP TOP, we are moving to OFF SHOULDER, from off-shoulder our sisters are now going out with TUBES.
The tube is outdated, the new order is a cloth that exposes all the CLEAVAGES but covers the NI**LE and we claim we are born of God. Why becoming an insult and embarrassment to this generation?
Maybe I need enlightenment, is breast still part of the PRIVATE PART or a PUBLIC PART?
Many ladies walk around shamelessly without caution, bending down is difficult or else the breasts will fall, we celebrate indecency and encourage Nudity.
Some of us are part of the problem, we are promoting people we ought to rebuke, a daughter in Zion posted a half-naked pictures, and you wrote, "keep it up", Do you mean, she should keep growing in mediocrity and inferiority complex, you mean she should ride on in nudity and fake life, you mean she should progress in harlotry? No, no you can't continue in Jezebel or ayamatanga kind of life.
Have you ever seen Muslim sisters in the mosque open their breasts?
Never, you can't see.
But it has become the order of the day to our Christian sisters, even it's now competition in the church, our General overseer, Bishop, Senior Apostle, Senior Pastor, Senior Evangelist, Most Reverend, and Rev Fathers, are merely looking at them, no more words of God in the church again, they are just after tithes, offering and seven, eight, nine and tenth-anniversar, whosoever can sow the seed of one hundred thousand nairas, l am going to anoint him or her, Yahoo Yahoo boys, Cultists, Ritualist, kidnappers are now the personal assistant and special assistant to most of our pastors nowadays.
Hah!!, an abomination in the house of the Lord, where are we going?
Very sad!!! As we have allowed the Devil to be The Managing Director of our Lives.
Haaa, where are the ladies, like Esther, that kingdom dressing manifested through them? Kingdom principle was not far from them.
They were conscious of how they lived their lives even in a strange land NOT an environmental Christian who dresses nicely at home but naked on the Campus.
No matter where You are, You should wear what pleases the FATHER and bring glory to the Kingdom, not clothes that bring reproach to the Kingdom You claim to represent.
Our sisters dress half naked to attract, seduce, for likes and lovely comments on social media, because they lack purpose.
A lady of PURPOSE works according to plan and pattern with divine assignment conscious and careful of her garment not to become a reproach to the Gospel and the Church of God.
If you like, dress to kill, no one will die but remember the ultimate death and curse attached to seduction. Read Rev 2:20 - 22
When will you start dressing Godly and from a glance, we can say, truly she is of the Lord and not of the world?.
Say no to indecent dressings.
A lady that has intimacy with the holy spirit will not dress half-naked or look like oloso because she is conscious that her body is a temple.
Temples are sacred, honoured, preserved, protected and kept.
DON'T FORGET THAT YOU CAN RETURN TO DUST WHERE YOU CAME FROM ANY TIME THAT YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW.
Amend your ways today. Tomorrow can be too late for anyone.
Be wise today and avoid had I know
Protect your valuables for it worth it.

The Church Will Last (3rd Sunday of Easter Homily)

The April 2019 fire at the Notre Dame Cathedral in France was a stark reminder that nothing made of human hands can last forever. No matter how well or beautifully made such a structure or device might be, it is only a matter of time before they become obsolete or dilapidated, or even destroyed. Some of other big examples are the Titanic and the twin towers of the World Trade Centre that were destroyed on 9/11. That is the transitory nature of the works of man. In contrast, a divine institution like the Church of Christ is most durable and guaranteed to last till the end of time. Notwithstanding all the attacks from the many enemies of the Truth, and despite all the many cases of failure on the part of the ministers, the Catholic Church has remained resilient and never ceased to captivate the minds and hearts of millions of people in every age. No matter the circumstances, the Church has always managed to reinvent itself, and it is a great paradox that she thrives more under persecution than in peaceful times.
In today’s First Reading, the apostles are flogged and ordered not to preach in the name of Jesus again. However, instead of giving in to the threats, they respond with joy and defiance. They thank God for the privilege of being made to suffer for the sake of the Gospel of Christ. The history of Christianity is the history of persecutions, and many times when it seemed like the Church was on its last legs, it always managed to outlast the enemy. For 300 years the Roman Empire tried unsuccessfully to destroy the Faith through all kinds of indescribable violence and discrimination. In the Middle Ages, the Islamic Empire invaded Europe seeking to extinguish the Church and a country like Spain was occupied for over 700 years. In the 16th century the Protestant Reformation shook the very foundations of the Church and being Catholic became a capital offence in many places.
In the 18th century, the French Revolut

The Presentation of the Lord, 02 February 2020.
PRESENTING OURSELVES TO GOD

Today, we celebrate the Presentation of the Lord in the Temple at Jerusalem. Forty days after his birth, according to the Mosaic Law, the parents of Jesus brought him to the Temple for dedication to God. The ritual of presenting a new child to the Lord is an ancient Jewish custom with a significance for the parents that bringing a new human life into the world was a participation in the holiness and procreative power of God. The ceremony usually consisted of offering a lamb and a pigeon, or just a pair of pigeons for those who could not afford a lamb. The fact that Mary and Joseph chose the latter option is an indication that Jesus’s earthly family was a humble one.

It is amazing that God not only became man, but he became a member of a regular, working class family. Mary, Queen of heaven and earth, lived her extraordinarily holy life as a wife and mother in a poor family. Joseph, patron of the universal Church and the greatest of all Patriarchs, worked hard just to keep enough bread on the table. By choosing such a humble family background, Jesus wants us to realize that his Kingdom is within our reach; we can find him in the middle of our normal occupations, where he desires to be with us as our friend. The Lord wants us to know that true, lasting happiness does not come from having a lot of material possessions or from human achievements. Rather, true happiness comes from a kind of wealth that no one sees, the wealth of a heart set on knowing and loving God.

Today is also the World Day for Consecrated Life as established by Pope John Paul II in 1997. In his message for the inaugural celebration, the Pope outlined three reasons for the choice of February 2:

1. It satisfies the need to thank and glorify the Lord for the charism of the consecrated life.

2. To create more awareness and a greater appreciation of the consecrated life among the people of God.

3. To remind the consecrated men and women of the need to celebrate their special vocation, to discover the wonderful works of God wrought through their life of consecration, and to be more aware of the critical importance of that same vocation in the life and mission of the Church.

Thus, our consecrated brothers and sisters all over the world will renew their own self-presentation today, in imitation of our Lord. Usually on February 2nd, when the liturgy remembers this scene from the life of Christ, the Pope holds a special celebration in St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, to which he invites all the members of religious orders and other consecrated men and women who are living in Rome. Whether as nuns, or monks, or in other forms of consecration, these members of the Church respond to a call deep within their hearts, to follow Christ in a radical way by making vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience, These vows free them to depend more fully on God, and to follow the example of Jesus more closely. In a sense, the vows are a statement, a declaration that nothing in this world – not wealth, not pleasure, not achievements or power – has the capacity to fill the human heart. Only God himself, only a deep relationship with God, can lead us to the happiness and fulfillment that we yearn for.

As the Gospel of the day tells us, Simeon, inspired by the Holy Spirit, declares: ‘Now… my eyes have seen the salvation which you have prepared for all the nations to see, a light to enlighten the pagans and the glory of your people Israel’ (Luke 2:30-32). Today’s feast, therefore, is a reminder that God is the source of all light, and every baptized person is a bearer of the light of Christ – a beacon to the world. And that is why this is a most opportune moment to renew our own self-presentation to God.

Today is also a day to reappraise our understanding and approach to the pursuit of happiness. That means we reflect on the virtue of poverty by which we recognize that our relationship with God is infinitely more valuable than anything else. The virtue of poverty doesn’t mean that we should force people to starve in the streets, living in squalor. The virtue of poverty is not misery; it is interior detachment from material things, which is why he says, “blessed are the poor in spirit.” To teach us this, Jesus himself chose to be born into material poverty, into humble circumstances. Jesus has made it clear that true happiness in life doesn’t come from things, but from relationships.

First, our relationship with God; by keeping our friendship with him healthy through prayer, the sacraments, and fidelity to his will, we can experience the same wealth that Mary and Joseph experienced, the interior wealth of faith. And secondly, meaning comes from our relationships with others. When money is the main preoccupation, we tend to treat other people as tools or objects. But where Christ is our utmost consideration, other people become our companions on the journey to the eternal blessedness of heaven; and that means we do our very best to assist them through the struggles of everyday life, encouraging them and letting them encourage us as well. This is the path and meaning of true happiness – not money, but love: loving God and loving our neighbour.

May the Holy Spirit who enlightened our minds today and fill us with the generosity of heart to re-present the totality of ourselves to the Lord. Amen.
