Your certificate or title can introduce you, but you need results to convince people. When they are convinced, good character is what retains them.

Talking about results, it is the value you can offer as a result of the knowledge you have acquired through training and years of practice. This is what will determine the kind of results you can create.

Until you understand this, you may not be able to know how your certificates and the knowledge you have acquired over time lead to a lasting result.
