KINGDOM SERVICE AND STEWARDSHIP IS THE ENGAGEMENT OF YOUR SPIRIT, SOUL AND BODY IN PROMOTING GOD'S KINGDOM WORK ON EARTH
DON'T BE TOO BIG, DON'T BECOME TOO BUSY, TOO PROMOTED, TOO MARRIED, TOO FRUITFUL, TOO MUCH OF A PARENT TO SERVE GOD
WHEN YOU TAKE MANNA AWAY FROM GOD'S PRESENCE, THE SAME BEAUTIFUL MANNA FOR NO REASON, WILL HAVE TERRIBLE THINGS COMING OUT IF IT.
YOU CAN'T BE A SERVANT OF GOD AND NOT BE INCREASED BY GOD
NO MAN OUGHT TO BE YOUR REASON FOR DISCONTINUING YOUR SERVICE TO GOD
YOU CANNOT DELEGATE THE GOD'S SERVICE, NOBODY STANDS IN FOR YOU IN GOD'S SERVICE, THEY JUST TAKE YOUR CROWN

What is kingdom service and stewardship? It means the engagement of your spirit, soul and body in promoting God's kingdom work on earth. Hallelujah. You engage your spirit, soul, body, time, talent, energy, effort and your resources in promoting and advancing God's kingdom work on earth. Church Gist. That's what it is. It is the deployment of the best of you in overseeing the affairs of God's house and kingdom. You deploy the best of time, your efforts, your energy, your resources, the best of your goodwill, your heart in overseeing the advancement of God's kingdom assignment. You deploy the best of you and not what is left of you. Church Gist. Not the leftover, the best, the best of you in overseeing the advancement of the affairs of God's kingdom and house. You oversee its advancement, "it must advance as long as I'm here, it must advance as long as I'm alive, it must advance and keep going forward", you oversee its advancement.
You're not there and it is stagnated and helpless; everything is abandoned and you're there, No! You oversee its advancement with the best of you.
- may you be like that in Jesus' name.
The bible is full of examples of people who stood out by their addiction to Kingdom service. Abraham is one of them. Psalm 105:42. Church Gist. Can you have a servant and not know? How many people brag about a bad servant? Who brags about a heartbreaking servant? In fact, when your friend mentions a bad servant, you say, "forget that one", is that not so? It is a good servant you talk about long after he has gone.
- may God remember you like that.
That's how much Abraham was a good servant to God that long after he has gone, God is still bragging about him.
- may you stand out by addiction to Kingdom service. Don't be too big, don't become too busy, too promoted. You say, "I'm now married", don't become too married to serve God. Don't become too fruitful to serve God, too much of a parent to serve God. Church Gist. You will say, " is it not Papa that said we should be taking care of our homes, what can I do? I have to take care of my home", you will soon see maggot come of that thing. You know, when you take manna away from God's presence, what happens? The same beautiful manna for no reason, terrible things start coming out if it. That's when I realized that the blessing of God requires constant connection with God to be preserved. So, the blessing maketh rich and addeth no sorrow. If not, sorrow will break out of it. Church Gist. Out of that marriage, job, sorrow will come.
Listen to me, there's no relationship that is sorrow-proof. Only God can keep sorrow away. Isaiah 51:1-2. You can't be a servant of God and not be increased by God.
David is another example. Psalm 89:20. The man died in active service, he lived to serve Him. Church Gist. Children of God, servants are few. Church attenders are many, genuine servants are few. Psalm 89:20-29. Who can you serve that will guarantee this kind of package? No man. People use you not because they love but because they need you, they see in you what can be used. They see in you a person that has made himself available to be used. The heart of man is in God's hands, only God can keep a man faithful to you as you've been faithful to Him. Church Gist. Fix your eyes on God. You've seen the example of Abraham, you've seen the example of David.
- your life shall be the next as you serve God faithfully in Jesus' name.
Notes about Kingdom service and stewardship and if you read Luke 12:42-48 and Mathew 25:14-30, you'll see this we're talking about here. Church Gist. Luke 12:42-48, take note of the following things there;
1. Every child of God has been called to serve God. Like 1:74. So, we're to serve Him once we have been delivered from sin, once we have been delivered from Satan. Nobody should wait for a special assignment, no, we're all immediately recruited into serving God.
2. Service and stewardship as assigned by God and rendered unto God, not man. Don't see it as a man assigned it to you, see it as assigned by God and rendered unto God. Church Gist. That is why no man should be able to discourage you from serving God. No man ought to be your reason for discontinuing your service to God. It is assigned by God and it is rendered by God. Luke 12:41. So, whatever area of service that God is giving you in His house, see it as assigned by God and is to be rendered unto God.
I realized that when God makes your name great, no man can unmake it, and if God doesn't make your name great, if you like, do all you want to do, you can't make your own name great.
- This day, I decree the end of all limitations have come in Jesus' name!
3. Service and stewardship is to be rendered promptly in due season and not as we wish. Church Gist. Luke 12:48
4. Service and stewardship is to be rendered personally as assigned by God and not delegated to other. "I told so so to stand in for me", nobody stood in for you, they just took your crown. Church Gist. You cannot delegate the King's service, you can't delegate the King's duty. Royal duties are not delegated. It's not your colleague you're serving. It's to be rendered as assigned and not delegated to others. Luke 12:43, It is that servant that He assigned that He wants to find, not another servant. He doesn't want to find another person standing in for you, He wants to find you doing as you were assigned. Church Gist. So, we strive to make sure that we're doing as we were assigned. You can't delegate to another, it's not possible. You cannot be represented, you render it personally.
5. Our Stewardship and service should never slack or decline in Godly quality, charity or character. The character, quality, the love with which we do it must be maintained. It shouldn't slack or decline. Luke 12:45. Church Gist. Do you know that many people do not really know what is blocking their blessing? This your leaving church to go and be eating during service is really the problem of your life. Luke 12:46.
