Hebrews 10:35โ€“36
"Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise."

Faith is not proven only when everything is going well.

True faith is revealed when circumstances give you every reason to quit, yet you choose to keep trusting God.

Abraham waited many years for the fulfilment of God's promise concerning Isaac, but he โ€œstaggered not at the promise of God through unbeliefโ€ (Romans 4:20).

Job lost much of what he had, yet he declared:

Job 13:15
"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him."

His circumstances changed, but his confidence in God remained.

The woman with the issue of blood is another powerful example.

After suffering for twelve years and spending everything she had, she still believed that one encounter with Jesus could change her story.

She pressed through the crowd and touched His garment.

Mark 5:28 says:
"For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole."

Her faith refused to quit.

There will be moments when your prayers seem delayed, your progress appears slow, and your circumstances seem to contradict God's promises.

But don't allow delay to destroy your faith.

Keep praying.

Keep believing.

Keep obeying.

Keep moving.

Your faith may be tested, but don't throw away your confidence.

The God who made the promise is faithful to fulfil it.

Always remember that
Faith is not the absence of difficulty; it is the decision to keep trusting God in the midst of difficulty.

Don't quit before your appointed harvest.

I will hear your testimony.

Father, in the name of Jesus, strengthen my faith when I face delays, trials, and disappointments. Help me to trust You even when I cannot understand what You are doing. Give me the grace to remain steadfast, keep believing, and refuse to quit until I see the fulfilment of Your promises. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Philemon 1:6 (KJV)
"That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus."

Sometimes, we become so conscious of our weaknesses, mistakes, and shortcomings that we forget to recognize the good things God has placed within us.

But there is goodness in you.

God has deposited gifts, abilities, compassion, wisdom, strength, and grace within you.

Your imperfections do not cancel the good work God is doing in your life.

Paul reminded the Philippians:

Philippians 1:6
"He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ."

David was a shepherd, but there was a king in him.

Gideon saw himself as weak and insignificant, but God called him โ€œa mighty man of valourโ€ (Judges 6:12).

Timothy was young and perhaps struggled with insecurity, yet Paul reminded him that God had given him a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Do not allow your weaknesses to make you blind to your potential.

There may be things you still need to change, but there are also things God has already developed in you.

Appreciate them, nurture them, and use them for His glory.

Don't compare your journey with someone else's.

What God has deposited in you may look different from what He has placed in another person.

Your responsibility is to discover it, develop it, and deploy it.

There is goodness in you because Christ is at work in you.

Don't become so focused on what is wrong with you that you fail to recognize what God has placed within you.

There is grace, potential, and goodness in you that God wants to use for His glory.

Father, in the name of Jesus, help me to recognize and develop every good thing You have placed within me. Deliver me from insecurity, comparison, and a negative perception of myself. Give me grace to grow in my gifts, character, and calling, and use my life to bless others and bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, Amen.
