Barnabas Charity Outreach Inc engaged in the advancement of christian religion to acts for the benefit of people living in extreme poverty to provide sustainable solutions through relief of need, the age, the poor, the sick, hardship and a distress condition, to comfort, to help, to provide and to support them in every possible means, irrespective of racial difference, tribe and belief, irrespective of ones denomination affiliation there is no discrimination we are one
1- advancement of christian religion
2- advancement of education / training
3- prevention or relief of poverty
4- overseas aid / famine relief
5- the relief of those in need? the age, the poor, the sick, hardship and a distress condition in the society
aims and objects of the charity shall be to advance the christian religion by engaged its members in christian worship service in accordance to the faith and has a great burned for the deliverance of this generation of ours, it shall seek to attain this end through the public worship of God, ministry, evangelism, fellowship, disciples ( matt 28√19-20 mk16√15 ), christian education, the preaching of the gospel of the lord Jesus Christ, encourage believers and unbelievers to serve God from their heart

Rev B C Peter serve as the founder and president of Barnabas Charity Outreach Inc ( the parent body of Shepherd Charity Mission ) is encourage seeing himself committed in making impacts in the lives of people in need, the age, the poor, the sick, hardship and a distress condition in the society within the reach, his heart cry is to reach everywhere in the world, his vision is to comfort, to help, to provide and to support people living in extreme poverty in every possible means, irrespective of racial difference, irrespective of ones denomination affiliation there is no discrimination we are one, his focus and passion is now with humanitarian aid work for people living in extreme poverty and also is now with humanitarian aid work for overseas aid / famine relief, to raise fund, to comfort, to help, to provide and to support, loving to put smile on the face of many, has been a good medium of God to give help to put smile on the face of people living in extreme poverty
his heart cry to God is to reach out to all men everywhere in the world with the gospel of our lord Jesus with passion for the deliverance of this generation of ours, he reaches the community where he lives with the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ, he engaged its members in christian worship service in accordance to the faith, public worship of God, he has a key role to play in the body of Christ, in this way he is praying for church building to be made available for use by the wider community
