The cross

The Cross

The cross is the greatest show of power in the entire universe.

It is by the cross Jesus crushed the principalities and power.

It is by the cross Jesus was enthroned.

It is by the cross that Jesus made us more than a conqueror.

It by the cross Jesus judged the gods of this world.

The cross, if appropriately taught and understood, can transform a weakling to a mighty kingdom warrior.

The cross is our advantage.

The cross is our greatest OTUMOGBO.

The cross is the foundation of the christian life.

Without the cross there won't be a throne.

Without the cross there won't be a communion to take.

Without the cross there won't be a access.

Thank my savior and Lord for enduring the cross!

Today is day 3 of our 7 Days Fasting and Prayer 🤲

It has been an awesome journey so far and we thank God for his strength and enablement.

We converge again tonight by the spirit of prayer and supplication.

All Power 💪

Continuation...

If truly all power has been given to Jesus and we are in him and seated with him in the heavenly places then no power on earth should be able to touch us.

Why then, are many Christians tormented by the forces of darkness?

In 2Peter 1:3, the Bible said "According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:"

In the "all things that pertain unto life and godliness" there's power.

You see, the devil is not the problem of the average believers, ignorance is.

From the above Scripture, the Bible said we'll access these "All things that pertain unto life and godliness" through the knowledge of him that hath called us.

You cannot overcome the power of darkness until you come to the knowledge of this "All things that pertain unto life and godliness"

For example, Jesus in Luke 10:1, Mark 6:7, and Luke 9:2 gave his disciples (Us) power over devils.

Your problem is, after many years in church you still see the Bible as a story book.

You can't see yourself in the Bible.

The Bible is true and real.

Anything you can find in the people is true.

The key to making the most of what is written in the Bible is in Joshua 1:8.

Meditation is where the word of God becomes real to you.

There's no power on earth that is powerful enough to bring any christian down.

The greatest show of power since the creation of the universe is the cross.

The cross if appropriately taught and understood, can shake any foundation.

Go for knowledge!

All Power 💪

In Mathew 28:18-19 the Bible said "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:"

I have always maintained that, the Bible is not theory. Everything written in the Bible is true and real.

So, when Jesus said, all power is given to him, he wasn't cracking jokes. He meant every single thing he said.

To this effect, All power including the ones in your father's house, the ones in your village and the ones in the territory where you are has been given to Jesus.

It was on this strength he commanded his disciples (Us) to go and teach.

From this scripture, you'll notice that there's a connection between power and the teaching ministry.

Any teaching ministry that is void of power cannot transform people.

In Colossians 2:10, the Bible called Jesus the head of all principalities.

Do you know what this means?

This simply means, if Jesus is the head of all principalities and by salvation you are in Jesus and seated with him in heavenly places then no power or principalities should be able to touch you as a believer.

If this is true and real, why then are many Christians tormented by the devil?
