CAREER PART:- You must have a benchmark to get a job,find out a top ten firm in the world. If you prepare for those ten(10) find out what it takes to join them and find out what they do!

If you track your preparations from the bottom you will have a long way to go,if you miss them,you land somewhere. What it will force you to do is that you will see the gap. So if you are going to pursue the career part,you are likely going to land somewhere safe.

3 WAYS TO SUMMARIZE HOW PEOPLE SUCCEED IN CAREER

🔹They have mastered the business of their knowledge.
🔹They mastered the business of their passion.
🔹They mastered the business of the skill.

FOR ENTRY LEVEL, SOME ORGANIZATION WILL ASK FOR 3-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

N.B:- EXPERIENCE IS EXPERIENCE
A lot of people experience is passing them by but them don’t know; is easier to get experience than to get a job.
Never wait to gain experience.

HOW TO GET INTO THE DOORS OF AN ORGANIZATION (career)

🔸An interview is not a test of your knowledge,(an interview is a first date) the idea on that day is to decide if they are going to meet again.
🔸 Always lead the interview,there’s always a question that opens the door to the interview.

7 WAYS TO OPEN ENTRY LEVEL

▫️The ability to learn people.
▫️The ability to execute instructions.
▫️The ability to analyze issues & data.
▫️The ability to solve problems.(you must have a problem solving mindset)
▫️The ability to package products and write proposals.
▫️The ability to use initiative.
▫️The ability to work with other people.

CONCLUSION
Your job to do in an interview are 2 things;
🔹Take time away from the interviewer and take it smartly.
🔹Leading the interview,always find ways to lead the interview.

Nothing is common
Traits are what we follow for us to achieve results. As an entrepreneur you need to find a problem and create a solution for it.
To become an entrepreneur, you need to be dedicated and patient to achieve your goals. Entrepreneurship involves risk, many people become entrepreneurs because of profits but it is important to concentrate on rendering the service before thinking of the profit because when you render a perfect service and a customer is satisfied then making your profit won’t be a problem because you have been able to gather enough customers that are willing and ready to pay you for that good service.
◾Faith:
You should also learn to involve God in your business as an entrepreneur because without God you are actually nothing.
◾Family:
As entrepreneurs, family should also be part of your priority. It is important that you should have time and space for family and friends as it helps you manage and release you from work stress. Avoid bringing your work home, Work should stay in your work space.

TYPES OF ENTREPRENEURS
🔸Social Entrepreneurs : They include church, NGO etc . There is usually no profit as it is basically humanitarian.

🔸Profit for profit Entrepreneurs : These are your day to day entrepreneurs that renders their services to receive profit.

🔹A entrepreneurs it is important that you try new things as it would help you gain experience and broaden your mind.
🔹A an entrepreneur, you should learn to be efficient and deliver swiftly. Learn to deliver at the promised date as it will help in boosting your business. Your customers will continue keep doing business with you if you keep to your words at all time. Stick to your time.
🔹A an entrepreneur, you should find your own pattern and go with what works for you.
🔹A an entrepreneur, it is important also to keep a good relationship with staffs that work with you. Relate with them as friendly as possible but know when to be official. Create a friendly and workable environment with them to help them relate well with you even when there is a problem.
🔹As an entrepreneur, you should learn to create boundaries with our customers and make them understand those boundaries even as you create that relatable friendly relationships with them.
🔹As an entrepreneur, you should learn to manage projects.

🔰What kind of building do you want to build?
◾When you know what you want to build, you will know the kind of materials to use for your casting
◾No two relationship are the same.
◾Understand the perculiarity of the person you want to build with.
◾You can have the keys to finding the right Partner but you will still make mistakes because you don't know the kind of building you want to build.
◾If you do not know what you want exactly, please know what you do not want,so that the decision you are left with will at least be what you want.

🔰What king of house can you build?

◾When you attract only a set of people, there's something about you that is enabling that.
◾If you are in a relationship that confines you, that does not make you express yourself, you are in the wrong relationship
◾If you are in a relationship where the person does not respect the things you respect, you are in a wrong relationship.
◾Any relationship where your partner always put themselves first, you are in a wrong relationship
◾Love is an important ingredient in the building process

🔰Three kind of love exists*
🔻Philia love - Brotherly love
🔻Eros Love - sexual attraction between two persons, it doesn't care about the person but about the desire it has
🔻Agape love- The purest form of love (the ideal love to build upon)
Is this person capable of showing this kind of love?
🔸The longevity of friendship is AGAPE LOVE
🔸Anything worth building requires work and what make the work fun is the friendship and what makes the friendship is LOVE

◾The easiest way to get mastery of a thing is to understand it. What is the definition of FOCUS?
◾The definition of a thing is not the same as the expression of that thing or the contents. The definition of Egusi soup is not the same as the contents of the soup
◾Most times we think we understand a concept but we do not and what we do not understand, we cannot apply.
◾Definition has to do with meaning while expression has to do with appearanc.

FOCUS IS A BIASED ATTENTION TO A SUBJECT
◾The principle of counting is the ability to separate. anything you can't separate,you cannot count and anything you can separate, you can focus on.

FOCUS IS THE SEPERATION ON A THING AND TTHE ABILITY TO GIVE A BIASED ATTENTION TO THAT THING.
🔰Anything you give a biased attention to, will give you a maximum yield.
🔰 Focus is not necessarily a blessing but a skill that muct be managed. You have to be able to determine the right things to focus on

HOW TO FOCUS
1. Prioritize
This is not an act of selecting what feels good or what you are good at, this is selecting what you cannot do without. Once you are able to prioritize right and focus on them, you LL experience growth.
The fact that you are good at something doesn't qualify you for anything.
In the process of Prioritizing, 3 questions popped up
I. What are the things I need to stop doing?
II. What are the things I need to start doing?
III. What are the things I neec to do less of?

◾Everything you need to fight any battle, you must have learnt on the way
◾Distractions are the enemies of Focus and they are dangerous because you think you know and you are not willing to learn.
