THE HEART TEST

Before God entrusts a man with greater dimensions of influence, responsibility and blessing, He often tests what is already in his heart.

Abraham was tested when God asked him to offer Isaac, the very son through whom the promise was to be fulfilled. The test was not merely about Isaac; it was about whether Abraham loved the Giver more than the gift.

God tests the heart before He promotes the vessel.

What would you do if God asked you to surrender the very thing you prayed for?

Sometimes God is not testing what you can receive; He is testing what you are willing to release.

Abraham had to lay Isaac on the altar before he could see another dimension of God’s provision. The question is: If God asks for the thing you prayed for, will you still trust Him?

Your greatest test may be hiding inside your greatest blessing.

What would be hardest for you to surrender to God?

Righteousness is not merely a position we confess; it is a life that bears fruit.

When the root is right, the life will speak. The righteousness we have received in Christ must find expression in our conduct, our words, our love, our obedience and our walk with God.

The fruit does not make the tree righteous; the fruit reveals what kind of tree it is.

Let the life of Christ within us become visible without us.

“Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:11
