Bishop Aniede – Thinking Aloud

I perceive that the Church has not yet fully understood why many youths are drifting back to idolatry and fe**sh powers. They are weary of prayers that seem unanswered and are confused by leaders who appear uncertain about what they truly represent or practice.
These youths are not rejecting God; they are demanding evidence—a living proof of divine reality, power, and authenticity.
The Church must rise to this challenge.
We must rekindle the fire on the altar of intimacy.
We must return to the place of genuine encounters.
And we must serve the Gospel again—pure, undiluted, and uncompromised.
Only then will the light shine bright enough to draw them back.

Encouragement from Bishop Aniede
January 22, 2026
Beloved, how often do we make excuses?
Many ministers unconsciously mistake excuses for wisdom, balance, or necessity—and in doing so, great harm is done to the assignment. Excuses for vigils. Excuses for evangelism and missions. Excuses for visitation, prayer, Bible study, even personal discipline and health responsibilities.
If we are honest, we can trace many delays, weaknesses, and spiritual losses to the excuses we tolerated. You already understand the length of your list—and you also understand the cost it has brought.
Yet hear this: do not be ashamed to amend.
You can start again. And more importantly, the Lord is willing to start again with you.
Grace is still available. Mercy is still speaking. Today is still redeemable.
As you deliberately debunk the lies of the enemy and lay aside every excuse, may the Lord strengthen your resolve, restore your discipline, and lead you into the best He has prepared for you from this moment onward.
God bless you.

Leadership

Don’t become a super-hero in your own eyes.
Leadership is not about self-exaltation or carrying everything alone.

Remember, it is grace that distinguishes you—not strength, not title, not effort. What you have, you received. What you do well, grace empowers. When grace is forgotten, pride quietly takes over; when grace is remembered, humility keeps you useful.

True leaders lean on God, not on image. They lead with gratitude, not ego. They know that without grace, they are ordinary—but with grace, God is glorified.

“By the grace of God I am what I am…” — 1 Corinthians 15:10
“What do you have that you did not receive?” — 1 Corinthians 4:7

Prayer:

Lord, keep my heart humble. Help me never to replace dependence on You with confidence in myself. Let Your grace remain my distinction, now and always. Amen.

A Prophetic Call to Self-Examination by Bishop Aniede

1.What do you truly think of yourself?
Is your connection with divinity alive and vibrant, or has it been reduced to form without fire?

2.Do you still treasure grace, prayer, and intimacy with the Lord, or have activities replaced encounters?

3.Does the Word of God govern your thoughts, shape your decisions, and define your convictions?

4.Have you set godly boundaries to protect your calling and help you run your race with endurance and honor?

5.Do you trust God completely—when He is silent, when the path is unclear, and when obedience is costly?

This is a prophetic mirror.
The Spirit is calling us back to alignment, depth, and surrender. The season ahead will not be survived by talent, strategy, or noise—but by intimacy, obedience, and unwavering trust in God.

“Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves.” — 2 Corinthians 13:5

He who aligns now will stand strong later.

Don’t join ignorant mortals to fight God.
The gospel has never been the delight of the proud or the nobles of this world — only the truly wise seek Jesus.

Be Cautious—You Are Not Better

If you are blessed with the good things of life, do not boast about them. You are not the best; it is the Lord’s doing. Every blessing you enjoy is a gift of grace, not a mark of superiority. Walk in humility, and always give glory to God who lifts one and sets another.

Scripture:
“What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?” — 1 Corinthians 4:7 (NIV)

You Can Be Happy Again

True happiness is not lost—it only waits for realignment. When you align your heart and life with the Word of God, peace and satisfaction begin to flow again. Genuine joy springs from righteous living, not from worldly gain. Anything that is not rooted in God’s divine will may glitter for a while but will eventually disappoint.

Return to the Word. Let righteousness be your compass. Lasting joy is found only in walking with God.

“Manage Situations Wisely”
Bishop Aniede Simeon

Life will always present challenges, some under our control and others beyond it. The key is not to let circumstances crush your spirit. Many people cause themselves harm by reacting in anger, fear, or frustration rather than with wisdom and calm.

When you learn to handle situations wisely, you let God direct your thoughts and emotions. Remember, storms do not last forever. What matters is how you handle them while they are raging. Do not give up on yourself or your journey; instead, take a deep breath, pray, and let God guide you forward.
