CITYWORD INT’L CHURCH
DAILY DEVOTIONAL ✨
Date: Thursday, 30th July 2026
Theme: Month of Open Doors | Rev 3:8
TOPIC: GRACE FOR THE FINISH 🏁
TEXT: Zechariah 4:9
"...his hands shall finish it."

God is not a God of abandoned projects. What He started in your life, He will finish.
You started a business, a degree, a building, a ministry — God will give you grace to finish.
This Month of Open Doors is ending, but your story is not ending. Grace is available to complete you.

3 Truths for You Today:
1. GOD STARTED IT
He will finish it. Philippians 1:6. He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus. Trust Him to complete you!

2. GRACE EMPOWERS
To complete assignments. Grace gives you strength, resources, ideas and help to finish strong and finish well. You will not lack help or support!

3. NO ABANDONED PROJECTS
In your life, in Jesus’ name. Every good thing you started will come to completion. You will not leave it halfway. You will finish and celebrate!

PRAYER 🙏
Lord, give me grace to finish strong. Complete what You started in me and in my hands. Supply every resource I need. Strengthen me to the end. I will not quit. I will finish well. Amen.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION 🔥
I decree: I finish strong! Nothing is abandoned! God’s grace perfects all that concerns me!

YOU ARE FINISHING WELL! ✅

TOPIC: THE VICTORY WE HAVE IN CHRIST

TEXT: 1 Corinthians 15:57
_“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”_

Beloved, you are not fighting for victory. You are fighting from victory.

The resurrection of Jesus changed everything. Sin, death, sickness, debt, and delay were defeated at the cross. That’s why Paul breaks into thanksgiving: _“But thanks be to God!”_

3 Truths About Your Victory Today:

1. IT IS GOD-GIVEN – _“He gives us the victory...”_ You cannot struggle your way into it. It’s a gift through Christ.
2. IT IS THROUGH CHRIST – Your name, your prayer, your fasting has power because of Jesus. Without Him, no victory. With Him, no defeat.
3. IT IS NOW – This is present tense. Whatever battle you are facing this July, God is giving you the victory in it right now.

Stop crying over closed doors when Jesus has given you victory. Walk into this weekend knowing the battle is already won in Christ.

PRAYER
Father, in Jesus’ name,
Thank You for the victory I have through Jesus Christ.
I refuse to live like a defeated person.
I enforce victory over every battle in my family, finances, and health today.
Because Christ won, I also win.
Amen.

3 PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS FOR OPEN DOORS
Shout these 3 times with faith:

1. I decree: Every door that Jesus has given me victory over is OPEN NOW. No devil can shut it, in Jesus’ name!
2. I decree: I walk into financial, marital, and career victory this July. My labour is not in vain, in Jesus’ name!
3. I decree: Because Christ won, I win. Victory is my portion in this _Month of Open Doors_, in Jesus’ name!

CONFESSION FOR TODAY:
_I give thanks to God because He gives me the victory through Jesus Christ. I am more than a conqueror._

Shalom!
