NATIVITY OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY - 8th September

Today, the Church joyfully celebrates the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the birth of Mary, the Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Her birth marks the beginning of a beautiful journey through which God prepared the way for the coming of Christ. May Mary's life of faith, humility, and obedience inspire us to trust God and respond generously to His call.

May our Blessed Mother continue to intercede for us and lead us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

The sporting activities continued with an exciting and friendly volleyball game!

Participants came together to compete, have fun, and enjoy some quality moments of teamwork and fellowship.

The energy was high, the competition was friendly, and the atmosphere was simply amazing!

DAY 2 | SPORTS & RECREATION

The fun continued today as participants of the Leadership Summit 2.0 took some time to relax, connect, and enjoy some friendly sporting activities.

From football to volleyball and other recreational games, the atmosphere was filled with excitement, teamwork, laughter, and healthy competition. It was a beautiful opportunity for participants to bond beyond the formal sessions and simply enjoy the moment together.

It was truly a day of fun, friendship, and fellowship!

DAY 2 | HOLY MASS

A Beautiful Celebration of the Eucharist

Day Two of the Leadership Summit 2.0 began with the celebration of Holy Mass, bringing together participants in prayer, thanksgiving, and communion.

The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Peter Nwobodo, CYON CADEK Chaplain, as the Chief Celebrant, with Rev. Fr. Felix Ezeaka, Manager of St. Peter’s Secondary School, Achina, and Rev. Fr. Casimir Ezeike, Ekwulobia Deanery Chaplain, as Co-Celebrants.

The atmosphere was truly beautiful, with the altar servers, choir, and the large congregation contributing to a deeply prayerful and joyful celebration. The Mass was a wonderful moment of spiritual renewal as everyone gathered around the Eucharistic table.
