Now is the time to align, to be empowered, and to emerge as voices of truth and carriers of fire.

It urges us to embrace the gift of salvation that He has generously brought to all mankind.

THE PERFECT MEAL GAME

The ideal time to consume fruits depends on various factors, including your personal digestive system, the type of fruit, and your meal composition. Here are some general guidelines:

BEFORE EATING:
1. Take fruits 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals to:
- Stimulate digestion
- Boost appetite
- Help with weight management (some fruits like citrus and apples can help reduce hunger)
2. Choose light, easy-to-digest fruits like:
- Citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits, lemons)
- Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Apples, pears

AFTER EATING:
1. Consume fruits 1-2 hours after meals to:
- Aid in digestion and nutrient absorption
- Help with blood sugar control
- Provide a sweet treat without interfering with meal digestion
2. Opt for fruits that are:
- High in fiber (bananas, mangoes, pineapples)
