NIGHT REFLECTION
FAVOUR IS A SKILL.
Do you know there is natural favour and Divine favour? Though Divine favour is higher in force than natural favour, learning how to increase in favour with people will enhance your endeavours in life.
FIVE MAJOR THINGS THAT BOOST FAVOUR.
1.CONNECT TO PEOPLE EMOTIONALLY. If you know how to share in people's pain, grief, troubles and can encourage them at their low moments to overcome their challenges, they will always be grateful to you and will favour you at any opportunity they can.
2.BE AN INSPIRATION. Being an inspiration opens the heart of people to favour you. Whether you inspire them through your skill, talents,charisma, professional edge, accomplishments or success.
3.MERCIFUL/PHILANTHROPIC. Being benevolent especially to the less privileged or those in need not only opens you to favour with the recipients but also from all who perceives you to be so.
4.THANKFUL/PRAISEFUL. This is two sides of a coin. Once you know how to be sincerely thankful to people and can also praise people for who they are and their good deeds, you will increase in favour with them.
5.LOYAL SERVICE. A person who gives loyal service to anyone or people sets himself up to enjoy increased favour with them.
Increasing in favour with people is a skill as much as it's grace from God.
Think of how most of the characters of the bible gained favour with people, you will realise they all did some or all of these things we have mentioned.
Prov. 3:9. Let not mercy and loyalty forsake you; bind them around your neck,write them on the tablet of your heart, AND SO FIND FAVOUR AND HIGH ESTEEM IN THE SIGHT OF GOD AND MAN.

THE TONGUE OF THE WISE.
Prov. 15 :2,4. The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, but the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness. A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness in it breaks the spirit.
*The tongue of the wise is a tree of life. All who listen to the words that proceed from it enjoy the blessing of life.
*The wise enjoys a rich life, firstly because of the wholeness of the words that proceeds from their mouth.
*The perverse tongue breaks both the spirit of the man with such tongue and those who listens to the words that proceeds from it.
James 3:11-12. Does a spring sent forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening?Can a fig tree, my brethren bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh.
*The tongue of the wise is the source of fresh living waters that gives life.
*The key sign of maturing in the Spirit is seen in the words that proceed from your tongue.
*Let your words always be seasoned with salt that it may be graceful and impact life to the hearers. Shalom!

*By the Spirit I tame my tongue in Jesus name.

NIGHT REFLECTION
STRONG WORK ETHICS.
Ethics is simply moral principles that governs the conduct of an activity. Just as there is eating ethics, there is also working ethics.
Anyone who doesn't learn strong work ethics will not be effective and highly productive in his/her work.
As you reflect, think on these;
*Work ethics is a set of values centered not just on the importance of work but also on certain virtues and morals that is needful in carrying out any work.
FIVE MAJOR STRONG WORKING ETHICS:
-ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOUR WORK.
Have you heard, 'Your attitude decides your altitude in life'. The attitude you have towards any work you are doing will decide how much will come out of it. If you have a laissez-faire attitude towards your work, you will loose much.
-DILIGENCE TOWARDS YOUR WORK.
Do you see a man diligent in his work, he will stand before kings and not average men. Being diligent is combination of being smart in your work and also working hard. Keeping to time with your work, engagements, and delivery of your goods and services will give you good will with your clients and customers.
-CONSISTENCY.
To make a career out of any work requires choosing a work you will commit to for a life time or a greater part of your life. If you are inconsistent with what you do, you may be at a disadvantage to be established in any work in a life time.
-RESPONSIBILITY/DISCIPLINE.
No matter the field of work you choose, if you don't take responsibility and are not disciplined, you will never be a professional/ master in it. Trainings,Personal and Skill development is a continuous process, if you will have and remain a cutting edge.
-EXCELLENCE.
Excellence should never be negotiated when it comes to your work if you want to stand out. Whether is an organisation, business or your career, it gives you a strong brand.
Daniel distinguished himself above the governors because an excellent spirit was in him;and the king gave thought of setting him over the whole realm. Dan. 6:3.
Daniel 6:4. So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning his work; but they could find no charge or fault because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him.

NIGHT REFLECTION
NEVER FORGET YOUR PARENTS.
Most times, we get carried away by so many things around us that we tend to neglect our biological parents, their needs and honouring them.
As much as it is important to honour and revere authorities and mentors over us, it is very important we honour our biological parents.
As you reflect, think on these:
*Honour is manifest respect. While respect is an attitude towards a person, honour goes beyond attitude to acts of value and high esteem towards a person.
*Giving honour to our parents is a tool for ensuring our longevity as individuals, not just physically but our total wellbeing. The blessing of a parent has the ability to move one forward, and establish him in the works of his hand.
*We can show honour to our parents by attending to their needs and giving to them no matter how little it may seem to us.Learn to speak good of your parents always, and have good testimonies in your mouth of them. They may have their shortcomings, but it is not wise to speak ill of our parents before others.
*Do not be rude to your parents or speak harshly to them, even if they are wrong in a matter. Rather, make your views known in love and respect to them always.
*We must endeavour to see that we do not neglect our parents, nor dishonour them.
Refuse to be part of a generation that curses its father,and does not bless its mother. Prov. 30:11.
*Honour your parents always for their investments in you. Always show you appreciate the little or much they have done and are doing for you.
*If you don't respect your parents, it will transcend to your children and those around you. It is the value you place on them, that others will place on them too.
Eph. 6:2. " Honour your Father and mother,"which is the first commandment with promise:" that it may be well with you and you may live long on earth.'

GOD'S WORD FOR YOU THIS WEEK.
Isaiah 43:18-19. Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, NOW IT SHALL SPRING FORTH; SHALL YOU NOT KNOW IT? I will make road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
*New seasons begins with you and family from this week. Forget the former things for God does new things in your life and it is springing forth now.
*He makes road in the wilderness that you may exit from the place of any form of struggles or barrenness in any area of your life and cause places of dryness to have abundance of rivers.
Isaiah 42:9. Behold, the former things have come to pass and new things I declare.
*Its a new day, the former things He has concluded and now ACTIVATES AND DECLARES new things unto manifestation in your life in this season of MANIFEST LIGHT AND GREATER GLORY. Amen!

SONS OF GLORY (2).
Rom.5:17. For if by one man's offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness shall reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.
*Death reigned over man through the sin of the first man Adam, for the wages of sin is death and through death the devil was empowered with authority to rule over man.
*Jesus Christ tasted death for man to free as many that will believe in Him from the power and fear of death that reigned over man.
*Those who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness that is impacted to anyone who believes is restored back amongst many sons unto greater glory beyond that Adam fell from.
Heb.2:14. Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood.He Himself likewise shared in the same that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is the devil,and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bo***ge.
* Halleluyah! Jesus tasted death for us that we may be redeemed from the power of death and devils because of the fall of man.
*And You have redeemed us to God by Your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and have made us King's and priests to our God ; AND WE SHALL REIGN ON EARTH. Rev. 5: 9b-10.
*We were not just redeemed but we were placed back in the place of glory that we may reign in this realm of life. Praise God!

*I walk in the revelation of being made king and priest to reign on the earth.
Confession for the day:
*As He is so am I now on earth, I am joint Heir with Christ in the grace of Life,I walk in glory, Halleluyah!

NIGHT REFLECTION
EXTREMITY IN SOMETHING GOOD IS IT EVIL AND BAD?
I guess you have heard people say 'anything that is at the extreme even if it’s good is not very good?
Is that statement really true or is it the words of a mediocre and average person?
As you reflect, think on these;
*Extreme literary means reaching a high or even the highest degree of anything ,while average is the normal amount or quality of a matter for a particular group of people or things.
*What can be seen as average or moderate for a particular group of people in measuring a thing, result or outcome can be different for another group of people.
*For instance a millionaire seen as wealthy in a country where the monetary currency is very low can be counted as an average or poor person in another country where their currency is of more value.
*Being extreme, reaching a high or the highest degree in something good ,is it really evil and bad as so many people say?
ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS SINCERELY?
-Loving your spouse extremely is it evil?
-Being excellent which is high/highest degree of performance is it evil?
-Loving God and the things that connect to Him extremely is it wrong?
-Being extremely rich and wealthy is it bad?
-The question goes on and on...
*Learn to judge rightly with the right context;
For instance eating too much ,gluttony can hurt your body but starting a mechanised farm that produces much food can never be evil.
*Be careful how you receive the philosophies of men without measuring it up with the words and wisdom of God because it can undermine your desire to attain the highest level of things you set out to be, and accomplish.
*Always strive to be better and outperform the good works you are doing. Refuse an average and mediocre life in anything you are engaged in.
*Whatever that is good and worth doing can never turn bad or evil just because you are extreme at it.
Matt. 5: 48. Therefore you shall be perfect just as your heavenly Father is perfect.

SONS OF GLORY.
Heb. 2: 10. For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through suffering.
*Adam fell from glory of the son of God when he sinned. And in him,mankind fell from that glorious position as sons of God.
*Redemption and ultimatey recreation was essential if man will be brought back to the place of sonship.
*Redemption from sin, power of death and the dominion of the kingdom of darkness and recreation into newness of nature and glory of sons of God.
*God's plan was not just to redeem or restore man to the place he fell from, but a new creation.
Heb.2:13-14. And again: " I will put My trust in Him."And again: " Here am I and the children whom God has given Me." Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death that is the devil.
*We will be meditating on this revelation of many sons being brought to glory in these few days.
Now declare boldly, ' I am called unto a life of glory and excellence! Praise God.'
Prayer for the day:
*Grant me the spirit of revelation and wisdom of who I am in Christ Jesus.
Confession for the day:
*I died in Him and I am raised together with Christ Jesus unto newness of life. Halleluyah!

NIGHT REFLECTION
LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.
A tunnel is an underground passage,especially one built through a hill or under a building, road or river.
Going through a tunnel is like journeying a dark passage that seems to communicate an endless unfavourable situation.
As you reflect, think on these;
*Have you wondered how light was called out of darkness in the beginning?
*One thing that seems to be common with life stories of most great heros' is their tenacity to go through the pathway others fear to journey or don't persevere to go through.
*Lots of people have wrong interpretation of adverse/crisis moments.Dark moments does not always connote that something is wrong with you or that God is no longer with you.
*Perseverance is a virtue that is beginning to be very scarce in our generation and time, but is still useful to frame:
-character
-experience
-wisdom
-strength
-faith
*For instance, Joseph had a dream to be a great ruler who will be of great help to his family. If he was pre- informed that the route to that destination was slavery,he may have turned it down or have a right perspective to submit to the process.
*We all know it was all planned out as a route to the dream he so believed with his whole being. And his story is not different from most Characters in the Bible. History and present also accounts this of great men of impact that left footprints on the sand of time.
*In as much as no one joyfully embraces adverse moments or enjoys the experience, it seems to be the lonely path most successful people are conversant with.
*Do you know the right perspective you should have whenever you seem to be journeying in a tunnel? PERSEVERE! Don't ever turn back from the dream, vision and destination that is before you.
*It's a school almost all great persons in life have obtained a degree from.
Never ever give up on life, because there is LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.
James 1: 2-4. Count it all joy when you fall into various trials,knowing that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. BUT LET PERSEVERANCE HAVE IT'S PERFECT WORK THAT YOU MAY BE COMPLETE LACKING NOTHING.

Isaiah 55:11. So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
*You have stepped into the season that the Spirit of God's word He sent to you, your family and endeavours this year will begin to activate and perform that for which He sent it.
*Rejoice and believe in the WORD HE sent to you,for there shall now be a performance and you enter into the rest of the WORD. Amen!
Psalms 33:9. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.

NIGHT REFLECTION
COMMUNICATION.
Though we have breath in our nostrils that sustains our lives,the quality of your life is decided by your level of communication.
Communication goes beyond words. Even when there's no words in your mouth, you are always communicating.
As you reflect, think on these;
*Communication is the life wire of every person, family, organisation and people. If you have weak and ineffective communication, everything in your life will be drying and dying away.
*Do you know the various medium of communication and levels of communication?You will do yourself much good in life if you learn and develop the art of communication.
*Being effective in communication both to the earthly and to heavenly, to the natural and the spiritual,to humans, spirits, natural elements and things.
*Take for instance, your dressing per time has a voice and communicates.That's why there is dressing of harlots and of the noble. Beggarly/ wealthy dressing, decent/indecent dressing.
*Do you also know your facial expression communicates without you saying anything? It can communicate sadness, happiness, moodiness, seriousness, scary, even welcoming and warmth.
*Many have misrepresented themselves to their hurt because they are communicating something different from who they are and what they actually want to communicate.
*There are persons people don't just want to do things with and they can't logically explain why, while they are others people just want to do things with.
Do you know it's their communication that is projecting the various personalities ?
*Do you know you can communicate mediocrity or excellence, slothfulness or diligence, unseriousness or serious mindedness without saying a word?
*The art of communication is vast. It's more than words ,but it's the spirit of wisdom that makes you communicate effectively to prevail and succeed in everything you are involved in and do.
Luke 21:15. " For I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict and resist.

Psalms 82:6. I said you are gods,and all of you are children of the Most High.
*Jesus said "I and the children who God has given to Me are for signs and wonders".
*Being a son of the Most High God in Christ Jesus opened you up to supernatural power and enablement that is beyond the power and ways of natural men and princes of this world. Psalms 82:6.
*Brothers! Walk in the light of who you are in Christ Jesus and put to work the power of God at your disposal that your life may be filled with works and testimonies of signs and wonders. Halleluyah!

*Grant me the spirit of revelation that the eyes of my understanding may be flooded with light of the power at work in me in Christ Jesus.
