Today, I want to talk to you about the importance of Kingdom expansion. As followers of Jesus, we are called to spread the good news of the Gospel and make disciples of all nations.
In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus commands us to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This is not a suggestion, but a command from our Lord and Savior. We are called to be ambassadors for Christ, sharing His love and grace with everyone we meet.
Kingdom expansion is not just about growing the numbers in our churches, but about bringing more people into a relationship with Jesus Christ. It is about sharing the hope and salvation that we have found in Him with others who are lost and searching for meaning in their lives.
We are called to be the light of the world, shining brightly in the darkness and pointing others towards the truth of the Gospel. We are called to be salt, bringing flavor and preservation to a world that is decaying and in need of redemption.
So, how can we expand the Kingdom of God? We can start by praying for opportunities to share the Gospel with others and for boldness to speak the truth in love. We can also support missions and outreach efforts, both locally and globally, to reach those who have never heard the name of Jesus.
Let us be obedient to the Great Commission and actively seek ways to expand the Kingdom of God. Let us be willing vessels, ready to be used by God to bring His light and love to a world in desperate need of Him.
May we be faithful in our calling to expand the Kingdom of God, knowing that our labor in the Lord is not in vain. May we be bold and courageous in sharing the Gospel with others, knowing that God is with us every step of the way.
Let us go forth and make disciples of all nations, for the glory of God and the expansion of His Kingdom. Amen.
