Congratulatory Message; Venerable Michael Offorma Ugwu
...Went to Bishop Chaplain's Wedding as a Canon, processed out as an Archdeacon

You are a child of God with integrity, a SILENT Achiever______Bishop Olinya

There was jubilation at St Paul's Anglican Church yesterday the 18th April when His Lordship, The RT Rev'd D.N Olinya (JP) preferred Rev'd Canon Michael O. Ugwu an Archdeacon in Eha_Amufu Diocese.

Bishop Olinya described Ven Ugwu as a child of God whose reputation and exemplary life is worthy of emulation. He praised his dedication, selfless services and sacrifices since the inception of Eha_Amufu.

Venerable Michael Ugwu was the pioneer Bishop's Chaplain (a post he served creditably). As the Chaplain of Chapel of Glory, Federal College of Education, Eha_Amufu the now Ven Ugwu was instrumental in planting the present Chapel of His Presence, FCE, Eha_Amufu. He among other positions served as Parish Priest of Ihenyi, Umuhu, Ikpakpara parishes. Ven Ugwu is currently the Coordinator of Prayer and Spirituality of Eha_Amufu Diocese. He was the former Chaplain of Eha_Amufu Diocesan Lay Readers' Association to mention but a few.

On behalf of the good people of Eha_Amufu Diocese, I wish to congratulate you on your preferement and promotion. We pray that this current status spur you to more works in God's vineyard.

Accept our Congratulations

Birthday Felicitation!

Happy Birthday to Dr Timothy Olinya, a former Auditor and currently the Chairman Eha-Amufu Diocesan Education Board. Dr Olinya who is an erudite Scholar and a lecturer @ University of Nigeria, Nsukka has brought his wealth of experience in transforming our schools within a short period of taking over. This includes but not limited to retraining of teachers through workshops, on the spot assessment of our missionary schools, oversight functions and effective supervisory roles by his team among others.

Uncle T as he is fondly called is a man of integrity whose humility and exemplary life is worthy of emulation.

Today, we don't just celebrate your birthday but a peace maker, a loving father, an accountant by specialty, a Comrade in activism and a community Leader Par Excellence.

On behalf of the good people of Eha-Amufu Diocese, I wish you many more years ahead Dr. May this added year bring you much joy and happiness. We love you.
