In our Teenagers’ Church, we are committed to raising young people who will know God, stand firm in their faith, and boldly propagate His kingdom. Through simple, practical teaching and intentional mentorship, they are guided to become responsible, confident, and purpose-driven individuals.

Very often, the comfort, help, and encouragement we ask God for come through the people He places around us.

A Christian is birthed when a man hears the gospel and believes it. Hence, he receives the Spirit of God. But birth is only the beginning. Spiritual growth is the journey.
The Spirit we received at salvation is perfect, but our minds must be renewed through God’s Word. Growth happens as we learn, desire, and live by the Word.

To be a Christian means to be born again, that is to have received the Spirit of God.

Spiritual birth is not separated from Spiritual growth. In fact, the birth is the foundation of spiritual growth. The same Spirit with which man was birthed is the same Spirit with which he grows. God put His Spirit in him and that Spirit will enable him to do His will.

One of the signs of Spiritual growth is that man in Christ naturally has the desires to do the will of God. He just finds it easy to do the right thing because the Holy Spirit will inspire him on what to do.

Spiritual growth is growth in the knowledge of God/God's Word. At salvation, what happened was that man heard the gospel, believed it and received the perfect Spirit of God. However, change of conduct comes through renewal of his mind, that is, intentionally learning God's word.

Man cannot grow without the written Word of God, therefore, he must desire God's Word. God doesn't expect man to behave well when He (God) had not taught him (man). That's why Bible Study is important for man's Spiritual growth.

Renewal of mind through God's word will make him work in the power of God that he received at salvation because the Spirit he received is a perfect Spirit; it's the mind that needs renewal and God's word catches up with him by supplying him with information that stays in his mind.

But being born again is just the beginning, growth is the next step!

PROPHETIC INSTRUCTIONS
📖 2 Peter 1:20–21

No prophecy of Scripture comes from one’s own understanding. For prophecy never had its origin in human will, but men and women spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

Prophecy is not a product of private interpretation or personal opinion.
The prophets of old were not innovators, they were amplifiers.
They spoke what God already revealed, stewarding and enforcing His will.

The written Word of God is the FOUNDATION of all prophetic utterance.
Any prophecy that truly aligns with Scripture is a continuation, not an innovation.

A man that neglects the Scriptures cannot be trusted with accurate prophetic words. That's how we judge prophecies, by God's word!
