Introduction

- Healing is a universal need of man.

- It is the process of becoming sound and healthy.

- Healing cuts across the three realms of human life — spirit, soul, and body.

Spirit – Salvation, deliverance of all kinds, and restoration of our faith.
Soul – Mental health, depression, suicidal thoughts, academic failure, etc.
Body – Sicknesses and diseases.

"The healing power of Christ's resurrection takes care of these three realms (spirit, soul, and body)"

- The resurrection of Jesus Christ is ordained to deliver to us healing in our spirit, soul, or body - Isa. 55:5, 1 Pet. 2:24

"Sickness is an enemy; it is not a friend — don't pamper it"

WHAT IS IN THE POWER OF JESUS' RESURRECTION?

- Healing - John 14:19

1. The power to quicken our mortal body - Rom. 8:11, Acts 3:2-6, 9:33, 14:11

- To quicken means to revive or to make alive.

"There is no closed case with God"

2. It infuses life into dying parts of our body - John 6:63, Rev. 1:18

- To infuse means to inject.

"When life comes, it terminates death"

3. It is the answer to all human afflictions - Acts 4:33

4. It terminates every oppression of the devil - Eph. 1:9

5. It empowers the believer to live healthy - John 14:19, Psa. 118:17

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR HEALING

1. Receive Jesus Christ the Healer into your life (Be Born Again) - John 3:3

2. Believe in the finished work of Christ on the Cross - John 19:30

3. Believe in Jesus' quickening and resurrection power - John 11:40-44

4. Believe the Word concerning your healing, health, and wholeness - Psa. 107:20

Introduction

- The death, burial, and resurrection of Christ is the bedrock of Christianity - 1 Cor. 15:14

"No one can become a Christian without believing and confessing the resurrection of Christ" - Rom. 10:9-10

"At the very foundation of the faith of the believer is the reality and the conviction concerning resurrection"

"The power of resurrection is at the bedrock of Christianity; it is the foundation of our faith"

"While the power of resurrection is foundational, it is vital to note that it is also transformational"

"The power of resurrection is not just the avenue by which we attain salvation, but it is also the platform upon which we experience transformation"

"Resurrection is the transformation power in redemption. It is what takes us from one state to another. It is what ushers us from one level to another. It is what brings us from one dimension to another"

"If we must experience change in our work with God, we must engage, as it were, the power of resurrection"

WHAT IS THE TRANSFORMATIONAL POWER OF RESURRECTION? WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO OFFER? WHERE DOES RESURRECTION TAKE US FROM AND TAKE US TO?

1. It takes us from sin to righteousness - Rom. 6:4, 7:18, Col. 2:12-13

"Resurrection takes us out of sinfulness and brings us into righteousness" - Rom. 7:18

"The nature of man is attuned to sinfulness" - Rom. 7:24, Rom. 8:1-2

"The power of resurrection is the secret for a life of sanctification and righteousness. The ability to live a life that is pleasing to God is energised by the ower of resurrection"

"The working of God inside us is the power of resurrection" - Phil. 2:13

2. It takes us from captivity to liberty - Matt. 27:51-53, John 8:36

"Resurrection marks the escape from captivity to liberty"

3. It takes us from slavery to royalty - 1 Pet. 2:9, Rev. 5:9-10, Dan. 7:27, Zech. 8:23

"Resurrection brought us out of slavery and brought us into royalty"

"Resurrection brought us into the realm of reigning" - Rev. 5:9-10

"The power of resurrection raises us from the power of slavery so that we are no longer kept in slavery but brought into royalty" - Gal. 4:6-7

"Our God does not do any half jobs; He brought us out of slavery and ushered us into royalty to rule and reign on the earth"

4. It takes us from darkness to Light - Col. 1:13, Eph. 5:8

- Darkness is the stronghold of the devil - Psa. 74:20, Eph. 6:12, Luke 22:53

"Wherever you find wickedness ruling, it is because darkness is present"

"The answer to darkness is Light" - Eph. 5:8, James 1:17

"Everyone who is a child of God is raised by resurrection to become Light" - Acts 26:18

"When a person is raised by the power of resurrection, it means that the individual is raised to a point where the devil has no hold over him" - John 1:5

5. It brings us out from the realm of subsection into dominion - Eph. 2:5, 1:21

"Resurrection repositions us; it placed us above principalities and powers and rulers of darkness of this world"

"Respositioning is not about calling; it is about resurrection"

"It is not calling that determines dominion"

6. It takes from ignorance to wisdom - 1 Cor. 2:16, 2 Tim. 1:6-7, Col. 2:3, 2 Cor. 3:11

"There is a new mind made available to us in Christ"

"The mind available to us in Christ is a superiority capacity; it has the ability to operate in a unique frequency"

7. It takes us from weakness to strength - Eph. 3:16, Rev. 5:12

"When a person begins to encounter the power of resurrection, he operates in the energy that is not natural"

"There is a package of vitality in resurrection"

8. It takes us from poverty into wealth - 2 Cor. 8:9, Psa. 113:7

"Jesus came to take us from the dunghill of poverty" - Psa. 113:7

9. From hopelessness to a lively hope - 1 Pet. 1:3

"Everyone that had Christ cannot be hopeless"

"In Christ by resurrection, we are brought into a living hope; no more closed case"

HOW DO WE REALISE THIS TRANSFORMATIONAL POWER OF RESURRECTION?

1. Be born again - Col. 1:13

2. Renew your mind with scriptures - Rom. 12:2

"If your mind is not renewed, your life will not change"

3. Engage the force of Faith - Luke 1:45

4. Put the Word to work quickly.

"Anytime you get Light, put it to work"

Introduction

- God deals with us as individuals - Isa. 51:1-3

- God does not save groups; He saves individuals - John 3:16

"There is no group salvation"

- God does not empower groups; He empowers individuals - Acts 2:2-4, 10:44

- The Word does not enter into groups; the Word enters individuals - Psa. 119:130

- The Spirit of the Word does not enter groups; it enters individuals - Ezek. 2:2

"Faith requires patience for maximum delivery"

"The First Adam was a living soul, and the Second Adam was a Quickening Spirit" - Rom. 8:11

"Be personal in your expectations. Be personal in your positioning"

"Expectation is what sets the stage for God's manifestation" - Luke 8:45, Mark 10:47-52

- Expectation is God's wisdom towards realising our desired destination - Prov. 24:13-14

"Nobody else's expectation can counter your expectation" - Hab. 2:4, Heb. 11:1

WHAT ARE WE TO EXPECT IN THIS CONVENTION?

1. Expect to see the veil covering your eyes taken off. That is, free access to the world of revelations - Heb. 13:8, Matt. 27:50-54, Isa. 25:6-8, 2 Cor. 3:14-16

"It takes the veil being taken off for the grave to be swallowed up in victory" - Isa. 25:8

2. Expect raw encounters with the power of His resurrection with Infallible Proofs - Acts 1:3, Eph. 1:18- 20

"Resurrection is the mystery behind the greatness of His power. Every genuine encounter with that power brings about signs and wonders that cannot be denied" - Acts 4:16

"God's power is domiciled in His Word"

3. Expect all your enemies to surrender to you through the power of His resurrection - Psa. 66:3, Eph. 2:6, 1:21
4. Expect new chapters to open up in your life through visions and revelations - 2 Cor. 3:18

5. Expect to return with next level spiritual authority that will put you in command of signs and wonders - Luke 9:1, Eph. 2:6, 1:21, Matt. 28:18-19

6. Expect to return with a supernatural order of change of story testimonies - 1 Cor. 15:42-45

7. Expect an encounter with the Ressurected Christ that will culminate in your breakthrough.

UNVEILING THE RESURRECTION ROOT OF OUR SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY - Eph. 1:17-23, 2:6

- We are redeemed as kings and priests to rule on earth - Psa. 115:16, Rev. 5:9-10

"'He raised Him from the dead' is the very source of our spiritual authority"

"Prayers are not answered on a beggarly platform" - Heb. 4:16

"It is what we speak boldly with the authority that we have in Christ that is answered"

- Our spiritual authority is domiciled in His resurrection, which has positioned us to have dominion, but most believers are ignorant of this - Matt. 7:28-29

"We need the spiritual authority-consciousness to overcome the beggarly siege that has overcome the Church" - Luke 4:36

"There must be authority-consciousness for our declaration to turn to manifestation"

- Every child of God is ordained to exercise dominion over circumstances - John 5:19

- For this reason, we must start praying, speaking, and thinking as one having authority - Phil. 2:3-11

- We must start taking steps as one with authority - Exo. 14:14-15, Psa. 114:3

- Jesus Christ is called the Root of David - Rev. 5:4-5, 3:7-8, 1:8

- Our authority has its root in Christ — the Root of David.

"The root of our spiritual authority is the Resurrected Christ; that is where our strength is"

"Resurrection is by faith, and it is by faith that we exercise authority" - Heb. 11:33-34, 1 Cor. 15:12-17

"Our faith draws its strength from the Resurrected Christ"

"It is by faith that we exact our spiritual authority"

"Our faith draws strength from the Resurrected Christ to find expression"

- But we must remain connected to the Root if we must continue to partake of the root and the fatness of the olive - Rom. 11:17-18

"Stay connected to the Root; it (your authority) will be flowing naturally"

- The destiny of every tree anchors on its fruits - Matt. 7:16,20

- The future of every tree is determined by its root - Matt. 7:19

- The fruitfulness of every tree is drawn from the root - Isa. 61:3, 5:1-13, Rev. 22:3

"Any tree without a root is dead or does not exists"

"As a tree of life, we must anchor our faith in the Resurrected Christ to remain in command" - Acts 5:28, 38-42

"Anchoring your understanding and faith in the resurrection of Christ is something that the kingdom of darkness cannot handle"

- Note that spiritual authority begins with a valid (conscious) new birth experience, not a cosmetic or association or church membership new birth - Heb. 2:3

"You can't empower the dead" - 1 John 5:12

"You can't be in darkness and experience authority over the kingdom of darkness" - Col. 1:13
