We all face moments when our world spins and our hearts race. Being still is the last thing we feel. Yet I've learned how to practice Psalm 46:10 and I'd like to share with you 5 things I've learned that it means to "be still and know that I am God".

The Hebrew word for still used in Psalm 40:10, Raphah, means to sink down, relax, let go of. Often this is the last thing we want to do when the world is spinning and we feel like we have no control of a situation. God is telling us to relax and let him fix it.😊

Psalm 27

1 TheĀ LordĀ is my lightĀ and my salvation—
Ā Ā Ā Ā whom shall I fear?
TheĀ LordĀ is the strongholdĀ of my life—
Ā Ā Ā Ā of whom shall I be afraid?

2Ā When the wicked advance against me
Ā Ā Ā Ā to devour[a]Ā me,
it is my enemies and my foes
Ā Ā Ā Ā who will stumble and fall.
3Ā Though an army besiege me,
Ā Ā Ā Ā my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
Ā Ā Ā Ā even then I will be confident.

4Ā One thingĀ I ask from theĀ Lord,
Ā Ā Ā Ā this only do I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of theĀ Lord
Ā Ā Ā Ā all the days of my life,
to gaze on the beauty of theĀ Lord
Ā Ā Ā Ā and to seek him in his temple.
5Ā For in the day of trouble
Ā Ā Ā Ā he will keep me safeĀ in his dwelling;
he will hide meĀ in the shelter of his sacred tent
Ā Ā Ā Ā and set me high upon a rock.

6Ā Then my head will be exalted
Ā Ā Ā Ā above the enemies who surround me;
at his sacred tent I will sacrificeĀ with shouts of joy;
Ā Ā Ā Ā I will singĀ and make musicĀ to theĀ Lord.

7Ā Hear my voiceĀ when I call,Ā Lord;
Ā Ā Ā Ā be merciful to me and answer me.
8Ā My heart says of you, ā€œSeek his face!ā€
Ā Ā Ā Ā Your face,Ā Lord, I will seek.
9Ā Do not hide your faceĀ from me,
Ā Ā Ā Ā do not turn your servant away in anger;
Ā Ā Ā Ā you have been my helper.
Do not reject me or forsakeĀ me,
Ā Ā Ā Ā God my Savior.
10Ā Though my father and mother forsake me,
Ā Ā Ā Ā theĀ LordĀ will receive me.
11Ā Teach me your way,Ā Lord;
Ā Ā Ā Ā lead me in a straight path
Ā Ā Ā Ā because of my oppressors.
12Ā Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes,
Ā Ā Ā Ā for false witnessesĀ rise up against me,
Ā Ā Ā Ā spouting malicious accusations.

13Ā I remain confident of this:
Ā Ā Ā Ā I will see the goodness of theĀ Lord
Ā Ā Ā Ā in the land of the living.
14Ā WaitĀ for theĀ Lord;
Ā Ā Ā Ā be strongĀ and take heart
Ā Ā Ā Ā and wait for theĀ Lord.

Apostle Paul says God has given us a sound mind, a positive mind, a hopeful mind. It’s a mind that’s at peace, that knows God is in control, that He’s ordering your steps.

A sound mind is focused on God’s promises, not on problems. It’s looking at how big our God is, not how big the challenge is. A sound mind isn’t discouraged about the bad break; it’s expecting God to open a new door.

That’s the way God created us to live—positive, peaceful, trusting. Negativity and fear can’t stay in a mind full of hope and power.

God can heal what you don’t talk about.
Nothing is too broken for Him.

Week 2 Day 3

THEME: HIGH FAVOUR
Declare: My Favour Must Grow!
High Favour! Only God Can Do It!!!

Psalm 102, Luke 1:26-38, Esther 2:1-18,

Psalm 89:20-37

New International Version

20Ā I have found DavidĀ my servant;
Ā Ā Ā Ā with my sacred oilĀ I have anointedĀ him.
21Ā My hand will sustain him;
Ā Ā Ā Ā surely my arm will strengthen him.
22Ā The enemy will not get the better of him;
Ā Ā Ā Ā the wicked will not oppressĀ him.
23Ā I will crush his foes before him
Ā Ā Ā Ā and strike down his adversaries.
24Ā My faithful love will be with him,
Ā Ā Ā Ā and through my name his horn[a]Ā will be exalted.
25Ā I will set his hand over the sea,
Ā Ā Ā Ā his right hand over the rivers.
26Ā He will call out to me, ā€˜You are my Father,
Ā Ā Ā Ā my God, the RockĀ my Savior.’
27Ā And I will appoint him to be my firstborn,
Ā Ā Ā Ā the most exaltedĀ of the kingsĀ of the earth.
28Ā I will maintain my love to him forever,
Ā Ā Ā Ā and my covenant with him will never fail.
29Ā I will establish his line forever,
Ā Ā Ā Ā his throne as long as the heavens endure.

30Ā ā€œIf his sons forsake my law
Ā Ā Ā Ā and do not follow my statutes,
31Ā if they violate my decrees
Ā Ā Ā Ā and fail to keep my commands,
32Ā I will punish their sin with the rod,
Ā Ā Ā Ā their iniquity with flogging;
33Ā but I will not take my love from him,
Ā Ā Ā Ā nor will I ever betray my faithfulness.
34Ā I will not violate my covenant
Ā Ā Ā Ā or alter what my lips have uttered.
35Ā Once for all, I have sworn by my holiness—
Ā Ā Ā Ā and I will not lie to David—
36Ā that his line will continue forever
Ā Ā Ā Ā and his throne endure before me like the sun;
37Ā it will be established forever like the moon,
Ā Ā Ā Ā the faithful witness in the sky.ā€

For 13th January 2026
We may have stumbled in prayer, in purpose, in obedience, or in faith. Yet God is not intimidated by our weaknesses. ā€œThe righteous may fall seven times, but they rise againā€ (Proverbs 24:16). Every tear, every silent battle, every moment you thought you were unworthy—God saw it all, and He still calls you His daughter.
