Text: John 19:1-4(NLT, P.T)
Theme: The Power Of Wisdom And Understanding.

What you do not understand you cannot benefit from, what you do not understand can rob you of your blessings that is why the Bible talks about Wisdom being the principal thing but it went further to say "with all thy getting, get understanding" Proverbs 4:7.

Proverbs 24:3
Ephesians 1:15-18
Proverbs 16:22

From our text scripture we see Pilate's attempt to please the crowd, ordered Jesus to be beaten but unknown to them they were enabling Jesus to make full payments for our healing. This is also a lesson to every believer, everything we go through in life is for a reason. Romans 8:28

When Jesus made full payments nothing was left, He satisfied the demand of divine justice. Isaiah 53:5(NLT)

Luke 7:2-10. If the centurion's servant who was sick could be revived by a word from Jesus, don't you think with Jesus' full payment on the cross we should also be able to do the same with any kind of sickness in our body?
But we don't benefit from Jesus's suffering on the cross because we lack understanding. Matthew 8:16-17
3 John 1:2(NLT, MSB)

The ignorance of the oppressed is the strength of the oppressor. The devil thrives on your ignorance so be bold enough to enforce the victory of Christ, enforce the truth about your healing and divine health and God will confirm it with signs.
Mark 16:17

I declare;
I walk in divine healing and divine health by the authority in the shredded body of Christ.

Jesus paid in full and He is not owing anything so therefore I enter into the economy of redemption where sickness, pain and weakness has no part in me.

Proverbs 4:7. Month of WISDOM continues! Truly wisdom is the principal thing.

Today, we press further, expecting fresh revelation that will transform our decisions, revelations and walk with God.

Proverbs 3:5-6. When your life is guided by wisdom, you won't stumble. Proverbs 4:11-12(NLT, NIV)

📌There are several characters and events in God's word we can learn wisdom from:

1) Proverbs,6:8-9. Wisdom on how to save and plan your life. Start off by learning how to plan your day.

2) Lot's wife. Genesis 19:17-26
Lot's wife was so fascinated with her past which causes her to miss out of God's blessings for the future.

When you are always holding onto your past it makes your future stagnate and your tomorrow becomes a struggle.

Days may change but what more important is the position of your heart. Your heart determines the direction of your life. Proverbs 4:23

Lot's wife was physically away from S***m but her body resisted change. We are encouraged today to take our hearts off what happened yesterday (past) and put our focus on today (present).
Isaiah 43:18-19

When you hold onto offenses of the past,it will slow down your progress in life. let go!

Your future becomes glorious and Powerful if you take your mind off your past. Exodus 14:13-14

God had prepared a life for Lot but his wife could not see it because of her attachment to S***m. Your past is a weight you don't need to carry. Hebrews 12:1

Job 14:14. This verse reminds us that even when life feels like it's at its end God has a greater plan.
Genesis 37:19-29
Genesis 50:15-21
Philippians 3:13(Passion Translation)

3)Paul.
Regardless of what you own or had access to, your past is insignificant that is one of the secret of Apostle Paul in Philippians 3: 12-14(AMP)
Paul was a man who didn't allow his past affect his life and service for God.

Text: Genesis 39:1-6
Theme: Experiencing Significant Success

When you read 3John 1:2, we see that God wants us to succeed in all things even things we think are small and insignificant.

Our focus today is God's idea of success;
The dictionary definition of success is achieving what you set out to do and reaching a desired goal.

True success i.e God's kind of success is different from the world's view of success which is based on academic achievements, measured by wealth or who you know. God's kind of success is faithfulness to His purpose. True success blends spiritual devotion to God with daily responsibility to the task and purpose of God for you.

From our text scripture, Joseph was a successful man because God was with him. (The presence of God was the factor that distinguished Joseph).

The presence of God with you is the Foundation of your success in life.
Psalm 16:11 The presence of God produces the wisdom that makes you succeed and it's beneficial on the platform of success.
Genesis 32:2-5(NLT)
1 Kings 3:16-18
Matthew 20:26
Mark 6:1-2

Joseph also had administrative wisdom that made him succeed in business and politics. Genesis 32:6(NLT)

The presence of God with you will override all the natural processes of success. Numbers 17:6-8(MSB, NLT)
1 Peter 2:9

Genesis 26:12,16 The presence of God will always bring you to the path of influence.

*He Satisfies You with Long Life*

“With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation”
Psalm 91:16

This is the most important verse in Psalm 91! If you ever had any doubt that God desires for you to live a long, good life, let this verse be your answer.

You may be battling with a health condition right now, but by faith let’s hold fast to this verse together. In Jesus’ mighty name, I see you healed, healthy, and whole. I see you strong in Christ and ready to take on any giant that is ahead of you.

One of my favorite pictures of long life is found in the biblical character Caleb. When he was eighty-five years old, he said, “I am this day, eighty-five years old. As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war” (Josh. 14:10–11).

The faith picture here of long life is not just in terms of quantity the number of days but also quality health and strength. Caleb remained as strong at eighty-five as he was when he was forty-five. Which means in the last forty years in the harsh wilderness, his strength, youth, and vigor didn’t diminish. There was no leaking, no receding, and no fading away of his strength!

If perhaps you think that Caleb was just talking big, look at what he said next: “Now therefore, give me this mountain of which the LORD spoke in that day; for you heard in that day how the Anakim were there, and that the cities were great and fortified. It may be that the LORD will be with me, and I shall be able to drive them out as the LORD said” (Josh. 14:12).

At eighty-five, Caleb was ready to fight with giants to gain possession of a mountain! And Caleb did as he said! Read the evidence for yourself: “Hebron therefore became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite to this day, because he wholly followed the LORD God of Israel” (Josh. 14:14).

You were impressed when a teenage shepherd boy picked a fight with one giant named Goliath? We should be completely blown away by this eighty-five years old, who took on a whole mountain packed with giants!

Caleb was zealous for the Lord’s glory. As far as he was concerned, there was unfinished business because the Lord had promised them the mountain forty years ago.

My personal belief is that his biological clock stopped ticking and he basically stopped aging because he kept his eyes not on himself, but on the promises of the Lord. As you meditate on and find strength in God’s promises, the same can happen for you!

*No Smell of Smoke on You*

So Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego stepped out of the fire. Then the high officers, officials, governors, and advisers crowded around them and saw that the fire had not touched them. Not a hair on their heads was singed, and their clothing was not scorched. They didn’t even smell of smoke!
Daniel 3:26–27 NLT

There is truly no other god who can rescue like our God. Whatever circumstances you might be thrown into, our Lord Jesus is the fourth man with you in the midst of the fire. Notice how He didn’t stand outside of the fire, but was in the fire together with the three friends, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.

This brings a whole new meaning for us when we read the verse, “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you”(Deut. 31:6).

Our Lord doesn’t deliver you from afar; He is with you in the midst of your adversity. Call upon Him and He will answer you. When Jesus is with you, nothing can harm you!

Don’t you just love how the Word of God describes the three friends when they came out of the furnace? They were in the fire, but it had absolutely no power over them. It did not even leave a trace of smoke on them! Now, that’s a beautiful picture of God’s divine protection!

Beloved, as you call upon the Lord in your day of trouble, my prayer for you is that the trial you are going through will have no power over you; it will not even leave a smell on you.

Instead, I declare in Jesus’ name that you will walk out of that challenge in your life and the only smell on you will be the fragrance of the Lord Jesus (2 Cor. 2:14)! And as the people around you witness how the Lord delivers you, may they come to know His wonderful name and give Him praise.

Instead of being negatively affected by whatever trial you might face, I pray that you will receive honor and promotion just like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Amen!

*There is Health and Provision for you in Christ.*

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!
Matthew 7:11

I have been accused of being one of those health and wealth “prosperity gospel” preachers. Actually, there is no such thing as a “prosperity gospel.” There is only one gospel and that is the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Through Jesus’ finished work on the cross, you can depend on Him for His resurrection life to pulsate and flow in your physical body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. Sicknesses and diseases are not from God. On the cross, Jesus bore not just our sins, but also our sicknesses, diseases, and infirmities, and “by His stripes we are healed” (Isa. 53:5)!

That’s not all, my friend. On the cross, Jesus bore the curse of poverty! This is what the Word of God declares: “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich” (2 Cor. 8:9).

Read 2 Corinthians 8 for yourself. The entire chapter is about money and being a blessing financially to those who are in need. So don’t let anyone tell you that the verse is referring to “spiritual” riches. Let me tell you this: It is the devil who wants you sick and poor, but the God I know has paid a heavy price to redeem you from the curse of sickness and poverty!

Let’s understand how God deals with us from the point of relationship. As parents, we always seek the best things for our children. How much more would our Father in heaven want the best things for us, His precious children?

In the same way that you want your children to be healthy, God wants you to enjoy His divine health. And in the same way that you want your children to always have more than enough, God wants you to enjoy His supernatural provision.

When He provides, get ready for a net-breaking, boat-sinking load (Luke 5:6–7). Get ready for 12 baskets full of leftovers (John 6:13)!

The Bible puts things in perspective most clearly in Matthew 7:11—If you then, as imperfect parents, “know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him”!
