Sermon Highlights:

Moving from low places to higher places:
• We do not rise by our strength, but by the grace of God (Ephesians 2:8–9).

The Work of Grace:
1. Grace finds you where you are
2. Grace picks you from your lowly place
3. Grace puts you beyond your past

No matter how you feel, God’s grace is able to lift you up.

The Process of Rising (Philippians 3)
a) Let go of the past
b) Press forward intentionally — add value and learn skills
c) Fix your focus on Christ

Higher ground is not a place; it is a position in Christ.

Standing in Victory (1 Corinthians 15)
• Victory is triumph over sin and fear
• Christians do not fight for victory, we fight from victory because Christ has already won it for us

How to Remain in the Position of Victory:
1. Be rooted in the Word of God
2. Maintain a life of prayer
3. Depend on God’s grace
