Psalm 5 remind us that when we seek God early, He hears us, shields us, and surrounds us with favor.
This is a psalm for those who want to start their day under heaven’s covering.
These verses show the power of morning prayer and the promise of divine favor as your shield throughout the day.

Father,
This morning I lift my voice to You.
Let my prayers rise like incense and my heart be aligned with Your will.
Surround me with Your favor like a shield,protect me from harm, guide me in truth, and bless the work of my hands today.
Let Your presence go before me and Your peace rest upon me.
