Shepherd's Porch Church It was at this time that God gave him the name of the church. The church moved back to the hotel and stayed there for the next two months.

Pastor Olatunde Oyeyipo, the founder and presiding pastor received a vision for Shepherd’s Porch in 1997, about the time he began his journey in ministry while living in Lagos Nigeria. Howeve

r, Shepherd’s Porch did not come into existence until the appointed time six years later when she held her first service in Channel view hotel Calabar with fourteen people in attendance. After one week in the hotel the church moved to a property within the vicinity of the West Africa People’s Institute (WAPI), Calabar. Then the hand of God began to move mightily and the congregation grew from 14 to 30 and then to about one hundred and fifty. There the church continued to grow and wax stronger until the Devil thought to vex the church by giving her a government notice to evacuate the place not knowing he was launching her to her place of destiny. Within this period the church got a piece of land at Diamond Hill road where she did the ground breaking for her first worship facility. Moving into the church in April of 2004 was a big accomplishment for the church not only because it indicated that the congregation was growing rapidly, but because this beautiful facility was built debt-free within 6 weeks. Just when the church was settling, the Lord moved Pastor Tunde to procure a piece of land at the down town Akai Effa. By grace and in about one year the magnificent sanctuary was completed and the church moved to her Rehoboth in November 2007. Pastors Tunde and Pearl Oyeyipo were able to see the manifestation of Shepherd’s Porch because of their dauntless faith. They stepped out in faith to do what God instructed them to do not minding the physical conditions. Today, 7 years later Shepherd’s Porch has grown to become a territorial Christian organization with 3 branch churches and various ministries and departmental service groups. It is undoubtedly true that since its existence, Shepherd’s Porch has been and continues to be a blessing throughout the city of Calabar and beyond.

Confession
Father, I thank You for this year 2026. The waters were real. The fires were hot. There were moments of pressure that should have broken my momentum, seasons of opposition that should have derailed the assignment, situations that by every natural calculation should have overflowed and swallowed me whole. But I came through every single one of them standing. Not because I was clever enough to navigate them, but because You were with me in the middle of every one of them.

Your presence was the difference between drowning and walking. Between being burned and coming out refined. For every single thing that happened in 2026 that looked like a setback, You were already in it, working, turning, redirecting and what came out on the other side was always better than what went in.

Confession
Father, I thank You for this year 2026. I walked into rooms not just with a track record but with character and it was the character that produced the favour.

Mercy and truth were bound around my neck in every meeting, every pitch, every negotiation. Men and women of influence sat across from me and encountered something they could not fully articulate because what they were sensing was not just professional competence, it was the mercy and truth that You had written on my heart over years of walking with You.

The high esteem that came in 2026 was not manufactured by public relations or self-promotion. It was the natural result of a life where God's character had become my character.

I Declare
MERCY AND TRUTH ARE BOUND AROUND MY NECK. I CARRY CHARACTER INTO EVERY ROOM AND IT PRODUCES FAVOUR THAT MONEY CANNOT BUY. IN JESUS' NAME. AMEN.

Confession
Father, I thank You for this year 2026. Standing here at the end of it I can say with certainty You moved me from obscurity to visibility and the transition was not gradual, it was sudden.

One moment I was known in my city. The next, men and women in my field across nations had heard of me and the work we do and were marvelled.

I did not manufacture that. I did not promote my way into it. The glory of the Lord rose upon my life and made me impossible to ignore. While darkness covered the earth and confusion reigned in the industry, I became a point of reference not because I was the loudest, but because the glory on my life was the brightest thing in the room.

I arose because You commanded it. I shone because You fuelled it. And the nations felt it.

I Declare today,
I ARISE AND I SHINE. THE GLORY OF GOD IS UPON ME AND IT CANNOT BE HIDDEN, IN JESUS' NAME. AMEN.

"He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"

Confession
Father, I thank You that in 2026 You simplified the requirement. to Do justly and Love mercy. I made it my practice this year not perfectly, but intentionally. I chose fairness in dealings where I could have exploited an advantage.

I extended mercy in moments where judgment would have been easier. I walked humbly, giving credit where it belonged to You, always to You. And what I discovered is that this posture justice, mercy, humility became the very thing that attracted the favour of men and the pleasure of God simultaneously.

The world calls it character. Heaven calls it alignment.

I DO JUSTLY. I LOVE MERCY. I WALK HUMBLY WITH MY GOD. THIS IS MY POSTURE AND IT POSITIONS ME FOR EVERYTHING HEAVEN HAS ASSIGNED TO MY NAME. IN JESUS' NAME. AMEN.

Welcome to a New week and to GOD be all the glory.

When GOD becomes your source of light and glory, the enemy will not be able to diminish or eclipse your shining and rising.

You will rather go from glory to glory, and from strength to strength.

Confession
Father, I thank You that in 2026 every enemy that positioned itself to swallow my progress was reproached from heaven. I did not have to fight every battle with my own hands.

There were assignments against my name, against my projects, against my relationships and You sent from heaven and saved me.

Mercy came as protection. Truth came as clarity. Together they dismantled what the enemy had carefully constructed against me. I came out of situations I should not have survived professionally, relationally, and spiritually not because I was clever enough to navigate them, but because heaven intervened on my behalf.

I Declare
GOD SENDS MERCY AND TRUTH FROM HEAVEN ON MY BEHALF. EVERY ENEMY THAT POSITIONS TO SWALLOW ME IS REPROACHED BY GOD HIMSELF. IN JESUS' NAME. AMEN.

Confession
Father, I thank You that Your relationship with me is not transactional. It is covenantal. In 2026 I experienced the lovingkindness of a God who is betrothed to my wellbeing, not by obligation, but by choice.

When I was inconsistent, your mercy showed up, Because your covenant is not held together by what I bring. It is held together by what you promised. And you do not break your words. I am in a relationship
with God who chose me and will not unchoose me.

I Declare
GOD HAS BOUND HIMSELF TO ME IN MERCY AND LOVINGKINDNESS. THIS COVENANT IS ETERNAL. MY LIFE IS SECURED IN A PROMISE HE MADE AND WILL NOT BREAK. IN JESUS' NAME. AMEN.

Confession
Father, I thank You that in 2026 condemnation lost its voice in my life. The accusations that used to paralyse me, the whispers about who I used to be, what I used to do, what I did not deserve, they lost their power. Because mercy answered them before I could.

There is no condemnation. Not now. Not over my assignment. Not over my family. Not over my future. I walked according to the Spirit this year imperfectly, but sincerel and the Spirit led me into spaces that condemnation would have disqualified me from entering.

I Declare
THERE IS NO CONDEMNATION OVER MY LIFE. I WALK IN THE SPIRIT. THE ACCUSATIONS OF THE ENEMY HAVE NO LEGAL GROUND OVER MY FUTURE. IN JESUS' NAME. AMEN.
