THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH, CALABAR FIELD MEN’S RALLY
It was indeed a blessed Saturday has the strong men of The Apostolic Church, Calabar field assembled in their numbers at Abasi Obori Area headquarters for the field Men’s rally. At about 10:05am, the rally kicked start. The rally featured a prophetic message as well as the following items: Group song by Musaha zone, Explain Paul’s Prayer in Eph. 1:18-19 presented by Ikot Effanga zone, Explain Tenet no. 6 by Akim Zone, Explain with bible references “What God has joined together, let no man put asunder” presented by Betem zone, Explain “The family that prays together stays together” by Edgerley Zone; Mention the great revival of king Hezekiah by Akamkpa zone.

As a man regardless of your standing or status, you are a leader and a role model. The bible makes us to understand that God created both man and woman; but man is the leader because he has and was given a responsibility. This is because he was close to God. In Gen. 1:28, when God created man there was nothing man could not do, God always sought the opinion from man and gave him the responsibility to name all of His creatures. Man was filled with revelation that is why he was able to call the woman “bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh”. Work existed even before the fall of man so it is not a punishment, regardless of the nature of the work, every work comes with a reward. All of God’s creature were very good even man. Thus, when you do good, blessings will come to you. As a man carry live exemplary life, that people may see it and turn to God. God needs men that will stand strong, that is, men filled with the Holy Spirit to fight the forces of hostility and violence.
