A Novice is New to something; he is a beginner.
God is not someone newly appointed or newly created. There's nothing about God that makes him New.
We are the ones who are likely to be novices. We are the ones making new discoveries every day.
A Novice is open to many dangers like PRIDE.
Lucifer was a Novice who was condemned because of his pride! Lucifer's greatest mistake was that he did not have a proper estimate of himself in relation to God.
" For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil." - 1Tim. 3:5-6
This year's training Conference is geared towards equipping believers to work for God not as Novices.
