DAILY PRAYER ENCOUNTER

📖SCRIPTURE: Psalms 23:6
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.

💭FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Our God is good, even when we are faithless His unconditional love keeps chasing after us.

ℹ️INSIGHT: This is a statement of conviction, certainty and assurance about God's goodness and mercy towards us. We are privileged to partake in the blessings and benefits which we don't even deserve. Our God is good, even when we are faithless His unconditional love keeps chasing after us. God is with us and this proves that we are qualifiers of His mercy and goodness. As long as our God is alive, we will constantly experience only good things and the outbursts of His mercy-this is the confidence of the believer. So everyday is an opportunity to claim the sure mercies of God and His kindness. Beloved the more we magnify and trust in God's goodness over the goodness of man, the more we will experience unexplainable blessings from Him.

🧎‍♀️🧎‍♂️PRAYER: Father I thank you for a brand new day filled with your goodness and your mercies. Today I trust in your goodness and I magnify it above the goodness of man. Oh Lord my God please show me your mercy today and always in Jesus name I pray.

🗣📢 PROPHECY: THE GOODNESS OF GOD WILL CERTAINLY RUN AFTER YOU AND OVERTAKE YOU IN JESUS NAME. AMEN!

🧰 ACTIVITY : Trust in God's mercy and always magnify His goodness over the goodness of man.

DAILY PRAYER ENCOUNTER

SCRIPTURE : Matthew 18:21-22
21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

INSIGHT: Forgiveness is a virtue a born again Christian is expected to imbibe. In the Bible, the Greek word translated “forgiveness” as “to let go”.
Jesus speaks of forgiveness beyond what anyone had ever considered before: seventy times seven. This means He wants us to 'let go' a brothers fault limitless number of times and this is a command which will bring you into maturity as a believer. Remember Christ forgives us even when we don't confess our sins.

PRAYER/CONFESSION: Father I know that I haven't obeyed you in this area as I ought. Please forgive me for the people I offended and those who offended me, I now let go of anyone who has hurt me and I receive your Grace to keep forgiving at all times in Jesus name I pray. Amen

PROPHECY: MAY YOU ALWAYS LIVE THE LIFE THAT WILL SHOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN REGENERATED

ACTIVITY: check through your heart, forgive and let go all those who hurt you and also apologize to those whom you have hurt.

DAILY PRAYER ENCOUNTER

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 5:12
12 For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: God’s favour is an enveloping force that's capable of settling your life

INSIGHT: There's an assurance of God's blessing upon His children-those who always seek to please Him, walk in His ways and are also obedient to His commands. His blessings speaks volumes in different ways to us. Even the things we don't ask for, God makes them available to us. His blessing to us is life-all good and perfect gifts comes from Him alone and it's a privilege to enjoy his abundant blessings with thanksgiving. God has also promised to give us a preferential treatment of his unmerited kindness, love, and care. God’s favour is an enveloping force that's capable of settling your life, making life easy and also for giving you all round recoveries. God’s favour is what God gives to you which no man can give. So God sends His favour unlimitedly to you if you can relate with him by faith, obey him, pray for favour and when you are a blessing to other people.

PRAYER: Father I thank you for the thoughts you have for me-these thoughts are translated into blessings indeed. Thank you for your favour-in Jesus name i carry all round favour and everywhere I go In am favoured. Amen!

PROPHECY: WHEN YOU TURN TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT, ALL YOU SHALL SEE IS GOD'S FAVOUR UNLIMITED.

🧰 ACTIVITY : Favour people and connect with God more closely and His favour will rub on you.

WORD ENCOUNTER | PST SAM EKO | SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS

NOT EVERY SERVICE COMES WITH A SERMON, BUT EVERY GATHERING CAN CARRY A WORD. AND THIS ONE DID. 🔥 🔥
“ONLY THOSE WHO ARE SONS OF GOD ARE INFLUENCED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT”

SUNDAY THANKSGIVING SERVICE
SUNDAY, 27TH SEPTEMBER, 2026
FIRST SERVICE

TOPIC: THE SPIRIT-FILLED LIFE
TEXT: EPHESIANS 5:18-20
PREACHER:PASTOR SAMUEL EKO

OBJECTIVES:
- TO EXPLAIN A SPIRIT-FILLED LIFE
- HOW TO KNOW A SPIRIT-FILLED LIFE

TAKEWAYS:
- There is a connection between the Holy Spirit and thanksgiving.
- A man who is filled with the Spirit is a man that consistently thanks the Lord because the spirit will always help you to remember the things God has done.
WHAT IS A SPIRIT FILLED LIFE?
A SPIRIT FILLED-LIFE IS A LIFE THAT IS CONTINUALLY YIELDED, GUIDED, EMPOWERED AND TRANSFORMED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.
- A spirit-filled life is not merely a physical experience; it is allowing the Spirit to influence and control your life.
HOW TO KNOW A SPIRIT FILLED LIFE
A SPIRIT-LIFE IS A YIELDED LIFE.
- A spirit-filled life is a submissive, dedicated and fully committed life.
Romans 8:14
- A spirit-filled life will always do what the spirit wants and not what you want.
- Get to a point where God will order your steps and your stops.
- Don't ever allow your flesh to take control over your life because you are here to execute God's will.
A SPIRIT-FILLED LIFE IS A WORD-FILLED LIFE.
- The Holy Spirit can only work with the word that you have received; it will not work outside the word.
- The Holy spirit will never lead us contrary to God's word.
Colossians 3:16
- A man that is bankrupt of the word can never be guided by the Holy spirit because the Spirit works with with the word that you have received.
- When you are empty of the word, you will never be lead by the spirit, and you will be empty of directions.
- When you are filled with the word, you have divine guidance that nagivates life's journey and God's purpose over your life.
A SPIRIT-FILLED LIFE IS A LIFE THAT PRODUCES SPIRITUAL FRUITS.
- It is not about manifesting the gifts of the Spirit or speaking in tongues but manifesting the character of the fruits of the Spirit.
Galatians 5:22-23
- The fruit shows as evidence that you are a spirit-filled man.
- What we become in character is evident of the Spirit's work; the Spirit does not only give power but also gives character, and it is character that validates the power you manifest.
- The fruit is what brings you to a place of maturity.
A SPIRIT-FILLED LIFE IS A LIFE OF THANKSGIVING.
Ephesians 5:20
- When you are filled with the Spirit, the next thing you do is sing, and singing leads to thanksgiving.
HOW THE HOLY SPIRIT HELPS US TO GIVE THANKS
A.THE SPIRIT HELPS US TO RECOGNIZE WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN US.
1st Corinthians 2:12
- Many times we are overwhelmed with the things we are waiting for so that we completely forget the things God has done in the past.
- A spirit-filled life does not only see what is missing, but also recognizes the things God has provided.
THE SPIRIT PRODUCES JOY THAT FINDS EXPRESSION IN THANKSGIVING.
James 5:13, Galatians 5:22
- A joyful heart naturally finds expression in praise.
- Joy covers our limitations and inadequacies.
THE SPIRIT REMINDS US OF GOD'S WORD AND FAITHFULNESS.
John 15:23, Psalm 103:2
- Thanksgiving begins with remembering. If you don't thank God for the future, you will never get there.⁴
