REF: James 2:22, Proverbs 3:5-6

INTRODUCTION: Jesus is the Foundation of the Church. "Jesus is the beginning of the Church. If He had been killed during the time of Herod, there would have been no Church."

The Church exists because Jesus lived, died, rose again, and established it. Without Him, there is no Church and no future for us as believers.

EXPECTATIONS FOR CHILDREN: THE FUTURE OF THE CHURCH
As the future of the Church, you are expected to grow in these 3 areas:

📌 Trust, Understanding and Acknowledgement (Proverbs 3:5-6).
📍 Faith and Works (James 2:22).
📌 Be Sober and Vigilant
Stay alert in prayer and in life. The enemy is looking for who to devour, but a sober and watchful child of God will stand firm.

Jesus is the foundation and beginning of the Church. Without Him, there would be no Church today.

As children and the future of the Church, our responsibility is to:
📍 Trust God fully and acknowledge Him in all we do.
📍 Back our faith with action through obedience and good works.
📍 Stay sober and vigilant in prayer and in our daily walk.

If we live by these, we will grow to sustain the Church and carry its mission forward for the next generation.

The Church stands because Jesus stands. And the Church will continue because we stand for Jesus.
