“‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’”

God desires your whole heart, not a divided one. Loving Him fully means putting Him above everything else, allowing Him to be the center of your thoughts, decisions, and priorities. Wholehearted love transforms your life and deepens your intimacy with Him.

Just as a committed relationship requires complete devotion and sincerity, your love for God should be genuine and all-encompassing. When you love Him with everything you are, your heart aligns with His purposes, guiding your actions and strengthening your faith.

Topic: WALKING IN OBEDIENCE
Scripture: Deuteronomy 28:1
“If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today…”

Intimacy with God deepens as we walk in obedience. The more we align our lives with His commands, the more sensitive we become to His guidance, noticing His promptings in ways we might have missed before. Obedience opens the door to His blessings and strengthens our connection with Him.

Though the nation has faced challenges, God’s mercy has continued to sustain its people. True national strength is not found only in resources or leadership, but in righteousness, unity, and dependence on God.

Just as a building stands firm on a strong foundation, a nation prospers when it is guided by justice, peace, and the fear of God. Every citizen has a role to play in building a better society through love, integrity, prayer, and service. As we celebrate independence, we must also commit the future of Nigeria into God’s hands.
