*INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHI RAJI'UN*

It is with deep sadness and total submission to the will of Allah (SWT) that the MSSN Bauchi Area Unit announces *the death of the beloved daughter of our Deputy Ameer, Mallam Sulaiman Umar, who passed away today following a tragic incident after falling into a well at their residence.*

The deceased has since been buried in accordance with Islamic rites.

In view of this great loss, the MSSN Bauchi Area Unit has scheduled a condolence visit as follows:

We kindly urge all members who are able to attend the condolence visit to do so as a mark of brotherhood and solidarity.

The death has been announced of *Engineer MJS Sani,* the Acting Director of Works, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi.

*He served as the Chairman, Transport Committee during the Zonal IVC Bauchi 2023,* where he rendered commendable support and service.

The Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria (MSSN) Bauchi Area Unit extends *heartfelt condolences* to his family, colleagues, and the entire university community.

May Allah (SWT) *forgive his shortcomings, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus, and give his family the strength to bear this loss.* Ameen.

The leadership of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN), Bauchi Area Unit joyfully announces the *safe delivery of a baby girl* to our dear sister, *Sister Habiba Muhammad, the Financial Secretary, MSSN Bauchi Area Unit.*

The baby girl has been named *A’isha.*

We are pleased to inform all members that both the mother and the newborn baby *are in good health condition.*

The MSSN Bauchi Area Unit thanks Almighty Allah (SWT) for this blessing and prays that He makes Baby *A’isha* a source of *joy, righteousness, and comfort to her parents,* and grants the family continued good health and barakah.

MSSN Bauchi Area Unit regrets to announce the *demise* of the mother of *Malam Usman Misa,* Assets Maintenance Officer, MSSN Bauchi Area Unit. She passed away in the early hours of today after a *protracted illness.*

He is currently on his way to his hometown in *Adamawa State, where the deceased has been buried.*

MSSN Bauchi Area Unit wishes to inform members of MSSN Bauchi Area Unit, A Zone, and the Bauchi State Muslim Ummah that *Malama Madina Mustapha, the Ameerah MSSN Bauchi Area Unit,* and her family were involved in *a road accident while returning from a sympathy visit in Jos, Plateau State.*

*She lost one finger in the accident and is currently receiving treatment at the Emergency Unit of ATBUTH, Bauchi.*


Members are kindly requested to remember her *in prayers* and extend *sympathy visits* where possible.

*State IVC Committee*

* *NOTICE OF RESOLUTION / UPDATE*

Assalamu Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

This is to formally inform all Area Council Executives and concerned members that the State IVC Committee Emergency Meeting, held on *Thursday, 10th October 2025 at MSS Academy, Bauchi, has resolved as follows:*
* That the 2025 State IVC earlier proposed to hold at Shira has been rescheduled.*
➡️ *The State IVC will now take place during the 2nd Term Holiday, around April 2026, in shaa Allah.*

This decision was reached due to the closure of schools by the Bauchi State Government, which made the earlier arrangement impracticable.

*All Area Councils are therefore directed to take note of this development and adequately inform their respective members, while awaiting further directives and a confirmed date.*

May Allah make it easy and grant success to our affairs.
