HOW TO CALM ANXIETY

Are you struggling to cope with anxiety? Do you find you’re anxious often?
How do you calm your nervousness and apprehension?
Don’t give into these feelings and run from the world. Millions of other people feel like you and are looking for an answer.

People have different temperaments and personalities, and some individuals undoubtedly have a tendency toward excessive anxiety. But God wants to help us at the exact places where we are weak, and He wants to help you overcome this problem.

The key is to realize that nothing—not a single thing—takes God by surprise, because He knows all about your future. And when we are in His hands, then we don’t need to be anxious about the future either, because we know He is with us every step of the way. “Don’t be afraid, because I’m with you; don’t be anxious, because I am your God. I keep on strengthening you; I’m truly helping you. I’m surely upholding you with my victorious right hand” (Isaiah 41:10, ISV).

Want to calm your anxiety? First, commit your life to Jesus Christ by asking Him to come into your heart as your personal Lord and Savior. Next, turn to Him every day. Talk to Him daily and put each of your problems into His hands.

Let Him speak into your life. The Bible is His Word so make it part of your day and learn to trust the promises God has placed in it for you. God knows your weaknesses, anxiety and fears, but He will strengthen you as you learn to trust Him and thank Him.

“Rejoice in the Lord always … Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds In Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:4, 6-7).

Let this be your experience as you trust every part of your future into His loving hands.

HEROES IN THE BIBLE REFLECTION ON THE GOOD SHEPHERD

We follow Jesus and His disciples as they descend from the mountaintop after a moment of divine revelation. As they reach the base, they are confronted with a distraught father and his demon-possessed son, exposing the ongoing battle between faith and doubt.

We witness Jesus' unwavering compassion as he confronts the religious elite, exposing their hypocrisy and standing up for the marginalized. His interactions with the woman caught in adultery showcase the depth of His mercy, challenging societal norms and offering redemption to the broken.

As tensions rise in Jerusalem, Jesus continues to proclaim the message of the Kingdom, even in the face of opposition. His teachings on forgiveness, humility, and the value of every soul serve as a beacon of hope in a world filled with judgment and condemnation.

Don't allow the things of the world overshadow you. ..

As much as God hates sin because of its destructive effects on us and others, He hates even more that something could come between our relationship with Him.
Because He desired a relationship with us,
God sent his Only Son Jesus Christ to pay the price for our restoration. And it’s because of his continued love for us that He forgives us the very moment we repent of our sin.

There’s no price to pay.
There’s no time we have to spend outside of his perfect love.

Jesus paid the price for every sin you and I will ever commit.

Think for a moment about your normal routine after you sin. What process do you usually go through before you feel restored to God?
How long do you wait to repent? How much time do you usually let pass before you feel you can open your heart to God and enjoy him?

It’s true that the consequences of sin can linger even after we ask forgiveness, but an obstacle in our relationship with God is not one of them.
Jesus paid the highest price, His own life, so that nothing could ever come between us and God again. The Bible says in Romans 8:33-39.

Always ask for the forgiveness of your sins.

"Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth” Song of Solomon 1:2

everyday we have been dwelling upon the Saviour’s passion.
In beginning a new month, let us seek the same desires.
How bold is her love! It was much.
It was rich love which allowed the gentle Mary to sit at his feet and learn of him,
Fervent love, aspires to higher tokens of regard, and closer signs of fellowship.

The joyful liberty of perfect love knows no fear.
By kisses we suppose to be intended those varied manifestations of affection by which the believer is made to enjoy the love of Christ Jesus.
The kiss of reconciliation we enjoyed at our conversion, and it was sweet as honey dropping from the comb.
The kiss of acceptance is still warm on our brow, as we know that he hath accepted our persons and our works through rich grace.

Faith is our walk, but fellowship sensibly felt is our rest. Faith is the road, but communion with Jesus is the well from which the pilgrim drinks.
O lover of our souls, be not strange to us; let the lips of thy blessing meet the lips of our asking; let the lips of thy fulness touch the lips of our need, and straightway the kiss will be effected.
This month of April is being declared as the month of Love. Happy new month. To you.
