He was a two time National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria,PFN. He is the president of Gospel Light International Ministry (GLIM); a growing full gospel ministry in Nigeria with over 80 branch churches and several affiliate ministries spread across the nation Nigeria and overseas. Omobude pastors the mother church, New Covenant Gospel Church in Benin City, Nigeria and is involved in evangelistic crusades in Nigeria and in several other countries in Africa, Europe and America for over three decades. He also has great interest in educating believers. To accomplish this vision, GLIM has accredited bible school, a christian academy and a polytechnic. He is happily married to Pastor (Mrs.) Abiola Theodora Omobude and they are blessed with Ebenezer and Sarah.
