SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2026

TOPIC: NOTHING WORKS UNTIL YOU WORK IT

TEXT: JOHN 6:5–13; HABAKKUK 2:1; ECCLESIASTES 9:10

Nothing happens by accident. Many of the changes we desire in life require us to play our own part. Whether in our career, business, marriage, ministry, or personal growth, we must be willing to act on what God has placed in our hands.

In John 6:5–13, Jesus multiplied the five loaves and two fish, but the disciples still had to bring what was available and distribute the food. The miracle came from God, but there was human participation.

Ecclesiastes 9:10 says:

"Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might..."

This reminds us that opportunities require diligence. We should not simply pray for change while refusing to take the necessary steps toward it.

Habakkuk 2:1 shows the importance of watching, waiting, and listening for God's direction. Faith is not inactivity. We wait on God, receive His direction, and then faithfully do what He has given us to do.

Many people become frustrated because they expect divine intervention without taking responsibility for their own part. God can open a door, but we must be willing to walk through it. God can give an opportunity, but we must be prepared to act.

Life is not always a straight road to our desired destination. There will be valleys, mountains, obstacles, disappointments, and unexpected challenges. But those who are willing to persevere, work, learn, pray, and keep moving forward can see their God-given desires become reality.

Nothing works until it is worked.

Do not only pray about the change you desire. Ask God for wisdom, identify what you need to do, and take the next step.

Your dream may require faith, but it will also require discipline. Your vision may require prayer, but it will also require action.

PRAYER

Father, give me wisdom, strength, and discipline to do my part. Bless the work of my hands and guide my steps according to Your will. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I thank God Almighty for His unfailing love and faithfulness towards me and my family.

A month ago, I received a call that my sister needed to undergo surgery. I contacted the man of God for prayers, and he prayed and assured me that all would be well. I travelled to be with her, and by the grace of God, the surgery was successful without any complications.

Shortly after returning to Benin, my other sister went into labour. The doctors said she would need an operation, and I became worried. I prayed to God, and once again, everything was successful. Mother alive, baby alive! Praise God!

I give God all the glory for His mighty works in my life and family. Through the prayers of the man of God, my friend's documents, which had been held for months, were finally released. Praise God Almighty!

I thank God for His goodness and mercy upon my family. A few days ago, my son called from work complaining of serious stomach pain. At the hospital, we were told that he needed surgery for appendicitis.

I became worried and decided to take him to another hospital for further tests. After all the examinations, the doctor said, “Madam, your son is completely fine. Nothing is wrong.”

Before we even got home, the pain had completely disappeared. Praise God!

I also thank God for journey mercies for my other son.

I thank God Almighty for His wonderful works in my life. My daughter recently delivered safely, and I travelled to Lagos for the baby's dedication.

After returning to Benin, I began experiencing pains all over my body and felt very weak. I met with the man of God, who prayed for me, anointed me, and blessed water for me to drink.

Immediately after I drank it, strength came into me. Today, I am standing healthy and strong!

FLOWING IN GOD'S POWER

Texts: Isaiah 30:21, Psalm 32:8, Acts 16:6–8, Genesis 17:1

To flow in God's power, we must first learn to follow God's direction.

Psalm 32:8 says, “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go.” Isaiah 30:21 also reminds us that we will hear God's voice saying, “This is the way, walk ye in it.”

Power is dominion and authority. However, God's power is most effective when we are walking in the direction He has ordained for us. When we follow His direction, His favour, blessings, grace, and opportunities flow with us.

In Acts 16:6–8, Paul and his companions wanted to go into Asia to preach, but the Holy Spirit did not permit them. Their intention was good, but it was not God's direction for them at that moment.

This teaches us that a good idea is not always God's direction for your life.

Do not choose a path simply because you see someone else succeeding in it. The fact that someone is successful selling cars, running a business, or doing a particular job does not mean that is the direction God has ordained for you.

Philip understood how to flow in God's power. In Acts 8:5–8, he went to Samaria and preached Christ, and demons came out while many people were healed.

Find God's direction for your life. When you walk in His direction, you position yourself to flow in His power.

Prayer

Father, give me the grace to know and follow Your direction for my life. Help me not to follow the crowd blindly, but to walk in the path You have ordained for me. Let Your power, favour, and grace flow through my obedience. In Jesus' name, Amen.

TOPIC: DIVINE INTIMACY

Genesis 5:24 (KJV):
“And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.”

Intimacy speaks of closeness and a deep relationship between two people.

Enoch occupies a special place in Scripture because of his relationship with God. The Bible says that “Enoch walked with God.”

Enoch did not merely know about God; he knew God and walked closely with Him.

In a generation that was becoming increasingly ungodly, Enoch chose to be different. If we want to make a meaningful impact in our generation, we must be willing to walk differently.

Amos 3:3 says:

“Can two walk together, except they be agreed?”

Walking with God requires agreement with His will and His Word.

The first step toward walking with God is reconciliation with Him. 1 John 1:9 reminds us that when we confess our sins, He is faithful to forgive and cleanse us.

Enoch's intimacy with God produced a life that pleased God.

Hebrews 11:5 says that before his translation, Enoch had this testimony: “that he pleased God.”

This should also be our desire—not merely to receive God's blessings, but to live a life that pleases Him.

Noah also found grace in the eyes of the Lord, and the following verse says that Noah walked with God (Genesis 6:8–9).

DIVINE INTIMACY CHANGES A LIFE.

The closer we walk with God, the more our lives reflect Him.

Let our greatest testimony be:

“I walked with God, and I pleased Him.”

🙏 PRAYER

Father, draw me closer to You. Give me the grace to walk with You in faith, holiness, obedience, and complete surrender.

Help me to live a life that pleases You. Let my relationship with You be deeper than my desire for Your blessings.

May my life become a testimony of divine intimacy, and may it be said of me that I walked with God and pleased Him.

I am thanking God for His wonderful works in my life and in the life of my family.

My child travelled four years ago and had not received his documents. During the revival here, the man of God called for those trusting God for their papers. I came out on behalf of my child.

To my great surprise, my child called and told me that he had received his citizenship documents in America!

I return all the glory to God.

Praise God Almighty! 🙌

Testimony – Deaconess Iyore Isa

I return all the glory to God Almighty for His faithfulness to me and my family.

For a long time, I was due for promotion, but each time my name came up, I was denied. It became a season of waiting, and I continually reached out to the man of God, sharing my concerns. His response was always the same: "Congratulations! Hold your peace; it is settled."

I held on to those words in faith.

To the glory of God, just a few days ago, I received the long-awaited call that my promotion letter had been released. Today, I have been promoted to Level 17 (Director)—the highest rank in the teaching profession.

Indeed, God never fails! I return all the glory to Him for turning my waiting into celebration. Praise the Lord!

We, the Women's Planning Committee, joyfully give thanks to God Almighty for His goodness, mercy, and unfailing faithfulness throughout the planning and successful completion of the Women's Convention 2026.

God strengthened us, guided every detail, and crowned our efforts with success. We are grateful for His presence, His provision, and the countless testimonies that came forth during the convention.

I give all the glory to God Almighty for His faithfulness to me and my family.

With a heart full of gratitude, I thank God for the safe delivery of my wife. Through His mercy and the prayers of the man of God, she delivered our son safely without any complications. We are grateful to God for preserving both mother and child.

I also thank God for His favor upon my career. By His grace, I received a promotion at my workplace, adding yet another testimony to all He has done for my family.

GOD WILL STOP THE BURIAL OF YOUR DREAMS

Text: Genesis 37:5–20; Luke 7:11–15; John 5:1–9

Have you ever felt like your dreams are dying? Perhaps life has been filled with delays, disappointments, rejection, or closed doors. If so, remember this: God specializes in bringing dead dreams back to life.

A God-given dream is more than wishful thinking—it is a glimpse of God's purpose for your life. That is why the enemy fights it so fiercely. But every great dream in Scripture faced opposition before becoming reality.

Joseph dreamed of greatness, but his brothers hated him, sold him into slavery, and tried to bury his future (Genesis 37). He was falsely accused, imprisoned, and forgotten. Yet what people meant for evil, God used for good. In God's appointed time, Joseph became the governor of Egypt, and every promise God gave him came to pass (Genesis 41:39–44).

David was anointed to be king, but before wearing the crown, he faced rejection from his own family and relentless persecution from Saul. Still, God fulfilled His promise, and David was eventually established as king over Israel (2 Samuel 5:1–3).

The same Jesus who restored the man who had been crippled for thirty-eight years (John 5:1–9), healed the woman with the issue of blood (Mark 5:25–34), and stopped a funeral procession to raise a widow's son (Luke 7:11–15) is still at work today.

Whatever seems buried in your life—your calling, ministry, business, career, marriage, or vision—is not beyond God's power. What looks impossible to man is possible with God.

The delays you've experienced are not proof that God has forgotten you. Sometimes He allows the process because He is preparing you for the promise. If God planted the dream, He also has the power to preserve it.

Today, choose faith over fear. Refuse to give up. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep walking with God. Your story is not over, and your dream is not dead.

Prayer:
Father, every dream You planted in my heart that has been delayed, attacked, or buried, breathe fresh life into it today. Let every obstacle standing against my destiny be removed, and bring Your promises to fulfillment in my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

WOMEN'S CONVENTION 2026
A WOMAN WITH AN EVIDENCE OF SERVING GOD

📖 EVIDENCE OF SERVING GOD
"No Service, No Evidence"

Key Scriptures: Exodus 23:25–26; Job 36:11–12; Romans 12:1–2; Acts 1:8.

Serving God is more than attending church or carrying a title. True service produces visible evidence that only God can give.

The Bible says:

«"And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee... the number of thy days I will fulfil." — Exodus 23:25–26 (KJV)»

There are blessings that money cannot buy—divine health, God's protection, fruitfulness, peace, and the fulfilment of His purpose. These are rewards of a life fully devoted to Him.

Job 36:11 also declares:

«"If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures."»

But serving God is not just about what we do—it is about who we become. A true servant of God is filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8) and reflects the character of Christ.

Ask yourself:

- Am I living a holy life?
- Do I genuinely love God and people?
- Am I compassionate toward those in need?
- Is prayer my lifestyle?
- Do I forgive others as Christ forgave me?

These qualities are the evidence of a transformed life. They show that Christ truly lives in us.

God is not looking for perfect people; He is looking for surrendered hearts. When you serve Him faithfully and wholeheartedly, your life will become living proof of His grace, favour, and power.

No service, no evidence.
Choose today to serve God with all your heart, and let your life speak louder than your words.

📖 MESSAGE: BLESSINGS ASSOCIATED WITH SERVING GOD

📚 Texts: Exodus 23:25; Job 36:11–12; Isaiah 1:19; Joshua 24:14–15; Deuteronomy 28:47–48; Hosea 4:6; Ecclesiastes 12:13; Psalm 18:43; Genesis 4:1–3.

Blessing is a supernatural positive pronouncement that enhances our success, greatness, fruitfulness, and productivity in every area of life.

The blessings associated with serving God are the benefits we receive when we serve Him sincerely and faithfully. God has never called anyone to serve Him without attaching great rewards to faithful service.

Exodus 23:25 says:
"You shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water; and I will take sickness away from among you."

Likewise, Job 36:11–12 declares:
"If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. But if they do not obey, they shall perish by the sword and die without knowledge."

God also warns us in Deuteronomy 28:47–48 that refusing to serve Him with joy and gladness can lead to unnecessary hardship. Therefore, serving God is not merely a religious duty—it is a pathway to His blessings.

Dear beloved, there are countless blessings connected with serving God. Yet many people choose not to serve their Creator. One of the greatest reasons is ignorance. There is nothing as dangerous as ignorance because it robs people of the blessings God has prepared for them.

The Bible says in Hosea 4:6:
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge..."

May God grant us the understanding and grace to serve Him with sincerity, joy, and gladness of heart, so that we may continually enjoy His abundant blessings.

Prayer: Lord, help me to serve You in spirit and in truth, with joy and a willing heart. Let Your blessings rest upon my life, my family, and all that concerns me, in Jesus' name. Amen.
