MORNING DEW BLESSINGS:

Heavenly Father,
We thank You and give You all praise for the grace and gift of this new day, the 27th of May. In Your mercy You have awakened us once more, and for the breath in our bodies and the hope in our hearts, we are deeply grateful.

Lord, we humbly ask for Your mercy and forgiveness for every sin we have committed — in thought, in word, and in deed. Wash us clean by the Blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ, and restore us to Your friendship.

This day we commit into Your mighty hands. Take full and prominent control, O God. Direct our steps, order our plans, and let Your will be done in our lives. Go before us and make every crooked path straight.

We ask for Your blessings and favour to rest upon Your people. Let Your divine protection cover us as we go about our daily work, our journeys, and our duties. Shield us from harm, from accident, from every scheme of the enemy. Surround us with Your angels and let no evil come near our dwelling.

We also seek the loving intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our Mother. May she present our prayers before Your throne and obtain for us the grace to walk faithfully with You today.

We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

May the Lord bless you, keep you, and grant you peace this day and always.

MORNING DEW BLESSINGS:

Heavenly Father,
We thank You for the grace and opportunity to behold this new day, the 26th of May. In Your goodness You have awakened us, breathed life into our bodies, and set before us another chance to walk in Your light.

Lord, in Your mercy, forgive us for every sin we have committed — in thought, in word, in deed, and in what we have failed to do. Cleanse our hearts, renew our spirits, and draw us closer to Your holy will this day.

I invoke Your blessings and favour upon Your people. Let Your hand of divine protection go before them and remain with them as we go about their daily work and duties Guard them from every danger, seen and unseen. Open doors of opportunity, grant wisdom in their decisions, and let peace rule in their homes and in their hearts.

Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy, we entrust ourselves and all we love to Your care. May she who pondered Your Word in her heart pray for us, that we may live this day in faith, hope, and charity.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

NEW WEEK BLESSINGS FROM ETERNAL WORD REFLECTIONS:

Let us pray.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts as this new week dawns. We thank You for every blessing You poured upon us in the past week — for the gift of life, for health, for provision, for moments of joy, and even for the trials that drew us closer to You.

Lord, in Your mercy, look upon us with compassion. Forgive us our sins, the times we fell short in thought, word, and deed. Cleanse us by the Blood of Your Son, and make us new as we begin again.

Into Your hands, O God, we commit this new week. Take charge of our going out and our coming in. Be our guide in every decision, our wisdom in every challenge, and our strength when we are weak.

We ask for Your divine protection over Your people. Keep us safe in our homes, on the roads, in our workplaces, schools, and markets. Shield us from danger, accident, illness, and from every snare of the evil one.

Father, bless the work of our hands. Let Your favour rest upon all we do this week. Open doors of opportunity, grant us diligence and creativity, and let our labour bear fruit that glorifies Your name. May we be a blessing to those we meet.

On this day, May 25th, when Holy Mother Church honours the Blessed Virgin Mary as Mother of the Church, we ask for her powerful intercession. Mary, our Mother, pray for us, that we may walk this week with faith like yours, with trust like yours, and with hearts open to God’s will.

The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

MORNING DEW BLESSINGS:

Let us pray.

Almighty and ever-living God,
We thank You for the gift of life and for the gift of this new day, the Solemnity of Pentecost.

In Your great mercy, forgive us our sins — those we have committed in thought, in word, and in deed, and those we have failed to do. Wash us clean, O Lord, and renew a right spirit within us.

On this day when You sent forth Your Holy Spirit upon the Apostles, we ask for Your abundant blessings and favours upon Your people. Send down Your Spirit anew upon us: the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, of counsel and fortitude, of knowledge, piety, and holy fear of the Lord. Fill our hearts with the fire of Your love, that we may be faithful witnesses to the Gospel in our words and in our lives.

We humbly ask for the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of the Church, who was with the disciples in the Upper Room. May she pray for us, that we too may be open to the gifts of the Holy Spirit and bear fruit that will last.

Bless our families, our work, and our going out and coming in. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds this day and always.

We make this prayer through Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.
