A VESSEL UNTO HONOUR

BIBLE TEXTS: 2 Tim. 2:20-21, Luke 19:13

INTRODUCTION:
In *2 Tim. 2:20-21, there are different types of vessels some are made from wood, clay, silver and gold. Some of honor and some to dishonour. God desires us his children to be a vessel unto honour.
A vessel is a container that can be used for different things. The value of a vessel or a container is determined by the content in it.
* 2 Tim. 2:21 Your responsibility is required. We were created to be God's dwelling place.

Question:
* What kind of vessel are you?
* Are you a vessel that bring gain or pain?

*QUALITIES OF A VESSEL UNTO HONOUR
1. Availability of a master's use; You must be a vessel that will be available for Gods purpose Luke19:13. *2 Tim. 4:10-11* shows that Demas was anointed but he abandoned the work of God. He was not available for the master's use.

2. The spirit of self-denial *Luke 9:23* as a vessel unto honour you must practice self denial, Jesus outlines the core requirements of being his follower: self-denial, daily sacrifice, and unwavering commitment.

3. You must be broken *Phil 3:13.* A broken believer is flexible and he allows God mend him/her the way he wants. A broken believer does not insist on his/her will but God's will. He does not argue. He is a believer that put God first and him/her last.

What a day of glory! This Easter Sunday was more than a service, it was a powerful encounter with God.

From the soul-lifting Hymn & Worship Service to the all-inclusive celebration of Christ’s victory, the atmosphere was filled with His presence. Truly, He is risen, and His life is evident in us!

We also honored the One-Year Memorial of our Father and Founder - a touching reminder that a life dedicated to God never fades. The legacy lives on, stronger than ever.
