Many of us grow up thinking Ramadan is the most blessed month of the year. And it is, especially the last ten nights, which contain Laylat al-Qadr, the Night of Power, better than a thousand months.

But here's what Islamic scholars have clarified:
The first ten DAYS of Dhul Hijjah are actually superior to the days of Ramadan.

The Prophet Muhammad said: "There are no days during which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these days" referring to the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah. When the companions asked "Not even jihad in the cause of Allah?" he replied "Not even jihad.

So while Ramadan's nights hold extraordinary blessings, Dhul Hijjah's days are unmatched.

Both months are gifts from Allah, but they're blessed in different ways.

The question isn't which month to choose. It's how to maximize both.

We are in Dhul Hijjah now. Make every single day count. Fast, do dhikr, Give charity and Perform Hajj or Umrah if you can.
These are the best days of the year. Don't sleep on them.

When you study the life of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), you realize that every hardship you are facing today, he faced it too.

Loss, rejection, grief, loneliness, he experienced it all.

His life is not just history, it is a guide for every struggle we face today.

Share this with someone who needs a reminder that they are not alone."

At Amanatullah Legacy Foundation (ALEF), we believe that real impact outlives you. It is not measured by moments, but by the lives touched and the legacy sustained long after you’re gone.

Recently, we brought together our staff and members for a transformative two-day retreat, not just to reconnect, but to realign every heart and mind with the essence of our mission. It was a time of reflection, renewed purpose, and collective commitment to the work entrusted to us.

ALEF was founded in honour of Shaykh Muhammad Amanatullah, whose 18 years of dedicated service shaped minds and nurtured souls across Southern Nigeria. Today, we carry that torch forward through Da’wah, Education, Social Welfare, and Human Capital Development.
From empowering new Muslims at our Da’wah & Revert Centre, to feeding thousands during Ramadan, supporting widows, and training Imams, every action we take is guided by a deeper responsibility.

This is more than service. It is an amanah "a trust from Allah".
And we remain committed to fulfilling it with sincerity, excellence, and lasting impact in sha Allah.

In Ijaw communities of Delta State, Nigeria, Muslims remain a small minority, often estimated at just a few percent of the population, yet their presence continues to grow steadily through personal conviction and outreach.

For many new Muslims, the journey into Islam comes with real challenges:
navigating family resistance, social isolation, misconceptions about their new faith, and the struggle to learn and practice unfamiliar religious obligations without strong local support systems.

Some face pressure to abandon their beliefs, while others quietly endure being misunderstood within their own communities.

Yet, despite these obstacles, new Muslims show remarkable resilience. With patience, faith, and determination, they continue to hold firmly to their beliefs, building identity, community, and purpose against the odds.

Surah An-Nasr is the 110th chapter of the Qur'an. It was revealed in Makkah, and it is a message of victory and the fulfillment of Allah’s help.

It describes the moment when people embraced Islam in large numbers after the Prophet (SAW) mission succeeded.
