The Resurrection of Jesus is the divine receipt that our sins are forever forgiven- 1Cor 15:17

The Resurrection of Jesus is the foundation of our faith. Our faith is not vain because Jesus rose from the dead - 1Cor 15:17

The Resurrection of Jesus is our Justification. Because He rose from the dead, we are declared not guilty before God - Romans 4:25.

The Resurrection of Jesus has awakened us to the Fatherhood of God - John 20:17-18

When He appeared unto His disciples after His resurrection, He said “Peace be unto you”. John 20:19.

Today, as we commemorate His resurrection, we say, ‘Peace be unto you’.
Peace in your home, your job, your marriage, your health and all that concerns you.
Nothing missing ~ Nothing Broken.

Who is that shepherd that will leave 99 obedient sheep and go after 1 lost disobedient sheep?

Having found it, instead of beating it, dragging it home with a hard rope, nagging and complaining on their way home, drawing the attention of passerby to the uselessness, stubbornness & disobedience of this sheep, so that the sheep will become ashamed of itself,

He puts it on his shoulders, not allowing this sheep to trek, because he understands that the sheep would have been exhausted from wandering.

Rejoicing, he throws a party, inviting his friends & neighbors to rejoice with him that he has found his sheep which was lost.

That Shepherd is Jesus.

This is exactly how He loves you.

He is not counting your sins against you & will never make you a candidate for public shame and ridicule.

May your heart be immersed in the unconditional love of Jesus for you.

When it comes to the issue of divine presence, don’t go by your feelings. Go by His promise. He said “I will never leave you nor forsake you”. Hebrews 13:5

So the best time to thank God for His presence is when you don’t feel His presence. Selah!
