NATURE OF CHANGE PART ONE

Change is an inevitable and constant force in the universe. It is the transformation from one state to another, whether it's a physical, emotional, or societal shift. Change can be gradual and subtle or rapid and disruptive. It can be planned or unplanned, desired or resisted.

FACTORS PROMOTING CHANGE

Numerous factors can catalyze change. These can be categorized into:

INTERNAL FACTORS

DISSATISFACTION WITH THE STATUS QUO: A sense of stagnation or underperformance can drive individuals or organizations to seek improvement.

VISION AND LEADERSHIP: Strong leaders with a clear vision for the future can inspire and mobilize people to embrace change.

INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY: New ideas and approaches can challenge existing norms and create opportunities for growth.

ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE: A culture that values learning, adaptability, and risk-taking can foster a climate of change.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: When employees feel valued and invested in the organization, they are more likely to support change initiatives.

No One Believed In Me As A Teenage And I was Told I May Have A Terrible Future -- Pastor Chris Oyakhilome

When I was a young guy, in my early teenage years. I made up my mind, I knew the cause was right and I was ready to go for it. I was told, "you may have a terrible future", "you may become poor, this or that may happen to you".

All those who were talking to me, didn't know I've counted the cost, I've made a decision that nothing on earth is good enough to stop me. It was a cause worth more than life. It never matters to me, if I didn't have any clothes to wear, it will change nothing. if I was never going to have any money, it will make no difference to me.

I remember one day, I was praying, I said Lord, if I have to walk through the valley and hills and mountains of this world and never have a home, never have a place to stay, I said I don't care, it doesn't mean anything.. this gospel is worth everything!

I was ready, I may never have been known, I didn't care. If I have to preach the gospel to the poorest of the poor and guess what, I have gone to see very poor people and preach the gospel to them. If God wanted me to preach to them and live among them, I was ready!

God is trusting you, and He's trusting you with everything. God is trusting us to save men's life from hell and carry the blood stain banner of Jesus Christ around the world..

There was a time in my life that I fasted, I prayed, no open door, no breakthrough.
I have been there through the furnace of affliction.
Don't let any man lie to you.. Ask any man of God who is honest with you, they will tell you that the anointing only comes on scars not fresh skin.

There must be a scar, A testament of endurance in the Spirit.
Paul said, let no man trouble me. I have my scars' I didn't jump classes in the realm of the spirit.
Listen, if you are listening to me right now, you are writing a name of God through your pain.

There is something you have gone through and God is saying, "don't waste it, I will be glorified in this". When you pass through it, in that experience I will bring glory.

The mercy of God is not just for sinners, it is a system that authorizes his presence to meet you. He sits above the mercy seat and meets people there.

The Ten virgins all fell asleep, but the five wise ones had extra oil, while the other five did not.

Some of us are competing and living anyhow like others, but what you don't know is that they have extra oil.

You are wasting your youth now because you see others doing it. What you don't know is that they have extra oil, so they may still recover, but you may not.

You are doing runs girl, because your friends are into it too. When it will set, they will go ahead and have another chance because they have extra oil. But do you?

Some people just seem to have this extra grace and mercy that sees them through, but not everyone does.

The same cultism that some repented from and became pastors, many others died in.

The same abortion others did and still had children later on, some did and have never conceived again.

The same drugs others took and later where free from, others took and could not recover from it.

Just like the story of the ten virgins, stop sleeping like others who have extra oil when you should be generating that extra now. Go to them that sell and buy quickly because the bridegroom is coming shortly

Good morning, Partners.

Words will fail to describe the impact your sacrifice in praying and giving has made on our 2023.

Thank you so much for responding to the Holy Spirit and making the sacrifices you made for KMA. Only Jesus can reward you.

There's so much yet to accomplish in 2024 and we are confident and hopeful that by the grace of God and with your partnership, we will do all the Lord has purposed for us to do.

We wish we could send you all a special gift. But please do accept this letter of appreciation as a token of how highly we regard you and how much your obedience to the Lord has positively affected us in KMA

I trust that we will do more for Jesus together in 2024.

May Jesus reward you all.
