Don't mistake Thanksgiving for thanks
If you don't respect him don't expect more, when you respect him you acknowledge him proverbs 3:5-6, Every perfect gift comes from God the father of light, stop celebrating your self as the doer.

Our sufficiency is from God, he is able to do exceedingly above all we can think or imagine 2 Corinthians 2:14. Psalm 107: 22,23,

Thanksgiving is what we owe God it's a duty and a debt we owe God, 2 Thessalonians 2:13, psalm 150:6, psalm 100:3
He made us to be beautiful fearfully and wonderfully made, thank God for life, Jonah 2:2, Jonah 2:10

Why Are We Giving God Thanks
We owe God thanks for everygood thing we are seeing in our family proverbs 18:22, Genesis
We owe God thanks as a family as individuals, John14:12, Jeremiah 13:15-17

Proud people they find it difficult to thank God.
God is the source, humble yourself if you are not humble yourself will fumble and stumble.
Thank God for your spouse John.
Thank God for his thoughts Jeremiah 29:11, Habakkuk 3:17-19, Hebrews 13:15, Jeremiah 30:19 .

Thanks Giving is the mystery that moves us from one level to another psalm 50: 23, Luke 17:19, psalm 92: 1 - 15 the righteous flourishing, when you keep thanking God you move from rags to enjoying riches, Hebrews 10:36
