There is no condition to asking, everybody is free to ask but everybody is not free to receive, it's who meets the conditions that receives because there is a condition one must meet before you are eligible to receive what you ask, and what's that condition?
In the book of Mathew 22:21(RSV), Jesus said whatsoever you ask in prayers; you will receive if you have faith.
He said "if"
That means there is a condition and that condition is"FAITH ", if you have faith.

The level of your prayer determines the miracles at your disposer because we command and make things happen in the spirit through prayers.
When you are a man of prayer and the word, the enemies can't stop you from being blessed. That's why you must pray that God should turn you to a warrior, a spiritual terrorist who the devil can't stop anymore from praying, because he doesn't understand you anymore, he may think you are weak but the next minute you are praying. It's sweet to pray, for it also controls the spiritual atmosphere around you.

Vs 9 And when they came unto the threshing floors of chidon, Uzza put forth his hand to hold the ark; for the oxen stumbled.
Vs10 And the anger of the Lord was kindled against Uzzah, and he smote him, because he put his hand to the ark: and there he died before God.

Two significants points to note
1) Any one that tries to help God in any way not knowing God want to manifest his wonder working power, may invite God's wrath because you can't help God, he is the helper.
2) Anyone that tries to stand against God from doing what he desires to do will invoke God's anger.
