Those Who Used To Accuse Tinubu Have Been Thrown Down - Rev. Fr. Mbaka Says

The leader of the Enugu-based Adoration Ministry, Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka, addressed his congregation regarding the allegations and legal disputes surrounding Bola Tinubu following the presidential election. Drawing reference from Revelations 10:12, he proclaimed that Tinubu emerged victorious in the case, asserting that his accusers had been defeated.

In a recorded message, Fr. Mbaka remarked, "The lawsuit brought against Tinubu can be likened to a clash between divine and malevolent advocates. One side argues that Tinubu triumphed in the election, while the opposing faction contends that his victory is nullified due to the malfunction of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BIAS) on the day of the election. Furthermore, they claimed that Tinubu's criminal history rendered him ineligible for candidacy."

"At present, Tinubu's legal representative has emerged triumphant. This aligns with the biblical verse found in Revelations 10:12, which speaks of the downfall of those who incessantly accused their brethren day and night. The individuals who once leveled accusations against Tinubu have been defeated, and he will be inaugurated on May 29th."

Di Peoples Democratic Party shock di Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC),President Bola Tinubu and di All Progressives Congress (APC) for di ongoing Presidential Election Petition Court again today as dem carri boxes and containers of evidence come court.

Counsel to PDP, Chris Uche SAN, tell court say im team don prepare second schedule of documents wey dem wan give court to prove dia case and dem don already serve all di respondents.

Di documents include Form EC8A wey dem dey use collect result for polling units level, wey dem download from Inec result viewing portal - IREV from 17 Local Goment Areas of Abia State, 8 LGAs of Bayelsa State, 23 LGAs of Kaduna State and 21 LGAs of Kogi state.

APC, Tinubu and INEC counsels no gree make court admit di documents wey relate to five LGAs of Kogi state wey be Olamboro, Ofu, Omala, Okohi and Ajaokuta.

PDP also bring Form EC40G wia Inec dey put di number of polling units wey dey cancelled or wia voters no fit vote for Kaduna state.

Di last one dem bring na BVAS accreditation data wit details wey get Time Stamp for 33 states.

APC, Tinubu and Inec no allow court accept any of dem except Kogi, Sokoto and Rivers states.

But chairman of di Presidential Election Petition Court, Justice Haruna Tsamani accept and admit all of dem as evidence.
