As a member of Christ's Chosen Church of God International, we are delighted with the youth leadership under Rev ESV Desmond Osama Uwague, whose capacity has endeared our female youth through the Office of the National Sisters Coordinator to participate in the recently concluded women's convention for the year 2026. The convention, themed REDISCOVERING YOUR IDENTITY IN CHRIST, featured life-changing messages and activities that will reshape and redefine our female youth for the better. We hope that the experience and knowledge gained from the event will reempower them to make more meaningful contributions to the youth ministry. Special thanks to all who attended this convention; may God Almighty bless you.

With immense joy, our National Youth President of Christ's Chosen Church of God International, Rev ESV Desmond Osama Uwague, and other respected dignitaries attended the baby dedication ceremony of our Vice President (VP) Edo State, Elder Solomon Christian Igbinedion, at our Uselu branch of the church. The service, led by the Head of Administration of our church, Snr. Apostle DR Pius Igberase, in company of Apostle Akhuere and Apostle Francis Orelu, featured numerous activities. The highlight of the service was the dedication of the baby by Elder Solomon and his family to God.

OMOJIADE ADVISES YOUTH TO MAKE NEWS , NOT NOISE WITH THEIR YOUTHFUL AGE FOR GOD .

As the Delta Zone 2 Youth movement of Christ's Chosen Church of God International, observed her first Night of Encounter with God, held on the 6th of March, 2026, with the theme BREAKING LIMITATIONS in Umutu branch 1 of the church headed by Pastor Lucky Okwuazi , youth were urged to live purposefully, making their lives a platform to share God's goodness, rather than creating noise.

The event conveyed by the Zonal Cordinator Deacon Oteh Anthony, was aimed to inspire youth to be beacons of hope and positivity through the breaking of limitations, saw the guest speaker Apostle Godwin Omojiade releasing practical means through which youth can be examplery in the life they have been created to live.

Taking his text from Jeremiah 17 and 1 Kings 2, Apostle Omojiade xrayed the life of Pharez, noting how he was set to have been made to be at the back, but took a bold step in breaking the stagnation with the help of God, adding that Christianity is practical not grammar.

According to the God's Cleric who doubled as the Otolokpo Divisional Head, he said that the Bible is a revelation, Christianity is not noise, it is practical. Making news and doing what is right as directed by God. What to do that you haven't done brings stagnation. Flee from bringing disgrace to humanity, overcome he devil and don't be a youth without direction, rather, do well to deal with the devil at your youthful age by overcoming sin.

"In life there lines of limitations drawn against humanity, practical steps are required to cross such barriers. As a youth you must be determined to make news with your life and not noise. Take the step through travail (labour in fasting and prayers(1 Corinthians 14 :39)), stop listening to negative talk from people, avoid using shot cut by following due process be wise and follow the wisdom of God were fwe points enlisted by the guest speaker in breaking the barriers to youthful progress."

Earlier in his words of advise by the National Youth President of Christ's Chosen Church of God International, Rev. ESV Desmond Osama Uwague , who was also present with other National Executives, charged youths to always pay attention to instructions if they must effectively and efficiently advance above their current levels. Osama noted that this will enhance their cognitive performance, strength relationships, build their emotional well-being and foster gratitude.

Highlights of the program were prayer sessions led by Pastor Joshua D Mover David IK Aliu Rev Odiaka and others , ministration in songs by various artists like Sister Sarah Nwosa, Romeo Mormah, Chuks Emekume, Divisional Mass Choir, and cross session of Excos deliberations with the National leadership of the youth.

It was Indeed awesome to the glory of God Almighty.

*3 IMPORTANT RIGHTS WE HAVE IN CHRIST*
Galatians 5:1
The life of Christ we received at salvation is a life of glory and splendour. When we were under the dominion of Satan before redemption, we were slaves to the kingdom of darkness. We were prisoners of Satan and he ruled over us at will and legally so. Adam’s dominion transfer that happened in the Garden of Eden brought the human race under the dominion of Satan and God was obligated to honour that transaction. This is because what happened in Eden was a legal matter. Adam was given authority over the earth by God with the right to dominate it. He was to manifest God’s will in the earth. Adam was God’s under ruler on the earth with full authority to administer creation for God.

Adam knew Satan so well, he wasn’t unaware of the fact that there is Satan the arch-enemy of God in existence. But Satan was never a factor in the scheme of things at creation because Adam was conferred with the authority to represent God in the earth and rule creation on God’s behalf. The Garden of Eden was as it were the headquarters of the earth at the time from where he was to administer and govern creation.

Satan, knowing this, couldn’t take it because that was the position he occupied prior to his rebellion. He plotted to bring mankind down through deception (Isaiah 14:12-14).

When the serpent entered Eden, his aim was to get Adam to transfer that dominion to him in a legal transaction and that is exactly what Adam did. Adam was not deceived at all, he knew exactly what he was doing when he yielded to Satan and ate the forbidden fruit (Gen. 3:6, 1 Tim. 2:14). This is one reason God held him responsible for what happened. Once he yielded to Satan, he came under the force of darkness. He came under the dominion of spiritual death which produces sin and all its effect in man (Rom. 5:12).

*CONTINUATION OF WEEK 9* A

By that transaction, he handed over the whole earth to Satan and Satan seized the sovereignty over creation. Father God has been wounded by His own created man whom He entrusted creation into his hand.

From this moment on, man lost his fellowship with God; he fell from his glorious state into another realm where darkness rules. Infact, his whole personality underwent a change. His eyes opened to another kind of possibility outside of God’s realm of glory. This is the realm of spiritual death he has come into. His lexicon (i.e. language) has changed, the lexicon that exists in the realm of death has become his reality. Remember, he told God when God came calling, “…I heard thy voice… I was afraid… I hid myself…” (Gen. 3:10).

For the first time, the word “afraid”, “I hid myself” came out of his mouth. These are lexicons that exist in the realm of death. God said to him, “who told you…”, meaning where did you fall into to have become open to the reality of those words because those words don’t exist in our realm of light and glory. Adam had fallen; man is now a fallen being (Rom. 3:23). Satan is now the ruler over God’s creation! What a day for God that His own man sold creation to His arch-enemy. History is redefined.

Immediately, redemption plan started running. In the course of history, another Adam, the second Adam was produced by God. Born of a virgin, grew up in Nazareth, baptized in Jordan and raised up for the fall of man, redeemed man back to God and made salvation available to all.

When we received the gospel and believed in Jesus, we received eternal life. We were born again out of spiritual death into eternal life. Now we have come into Christ and have become new creatures in Christ Jesus (2 Cor. 5:17).

CONTINUATION OF WEEK 9* B

The new creature which we have become has made us one with Christ and infact we have become joint-heirs with Him in glory. We are no longer slaves to darkness (Col. 1:13). We are brought into the dominion of Christ over all things forever. If you are born again, you have passed from death to life. Satan cannot rule over you anymore.

Think on these truths until it inundates your spirit. We are no longer slaves to darkness, we are spiritually free with divine rights and privileges in Christ. We shall continue on this in our next lesson.

Habakkuk 2:1-3

Why Men Despise Instructions

1. The Spirit of Folly At Work In Their Lives (Prov. 15:5, 32, 33, 16:22, 19:20)
The spirit of folly at work in a man’s life will make him so foolish enough to despise divine instructions. There is a spirit of folly that produces foolishness in men’s heart. The goal of that spirit is to destroy men. He makes them ignore instructions which are the pathways to wisdom and then they become stranded in destiny.

2. Demonic Influence and Manipulation On A Man’s Soul (Luke 22:3-4, 2 Chron. 21:1-4)
There is the reality of demonic influence on men’s soul (mind, will and emotions). No man in his right mind despises what is helpful to him. But when men’s heart come under demonic manipulation, they begin to despise divine instructions to their own detriment.

3. Rebellious Mindset And Stiffneck Attitude To Life (Jer. 17:21-23)
A rebellious mindset is a mind that is unsubmissive to godly authorities. God has never permitted rebellion to prosper because it reminds Him of Satan’s rebellion in heaven. When a man becomes rebellious, he cannot receive instructions. This is because there are some divine instructions that God will send to you through human authorities God has placed over you. Since he is rebellious in heart, he cannot truly humble himself to and submit to their leadership over him. He therefore will not feel obligated to submit to their instructions. Yet, he is waiting to hear from God directly all by himself until his whole life is wasted. Listen! Not every instruction that concerns your destiny and vision God will relate to you directly, there are some He will send men to you through people who are in authority over you in Christ. He led the Israelites through the hand of Moses. God talks to you directly, yes, but He also talks to you through the mouth of human authorities He places over you. Rebellion will make you despise their instructions and you will pay for it.

4. Idols in Men’s Heart (Jer. 32:33-34)
Idols in your heart means you already concluded the matter in your heart even before hearing what God has to say. You are so opinionated that even God cannot change your mind. That means you have built an idol in your heart. In this state, you cannot value divine instructions again. The danger in this is that familiar spirits will entertain your mind and deceive you. Also, even God will respond to you according to what you already stubbornly concluded in your mind. You see, God knows your heart. You don’t have to always be happy about instructions, but be open to them sincerely. You can say to God, “Father, this is what I think I want on this matter, but if it is not your will, whatever you say on it, I accept…” In this way, even if what you have in your heart is wron

5. The Spirit of Slothfulness (Ps. 32:8-9)
The spirit of slothfulness is another thing that causes men to despise instructions. It works largely through delay in obeying instructions and sometimes delay in obedience amounts to despise. When you are a slothful person, you will never take instructions seriously and it can cost you your destiny. Destiny is a race, not a stroll. Slothfulness means you are strolling when you should be running. For some of you reading this right now, there is an instruction you ought to have obeyed since the last 3 years but you are still slothful about it. That’s how your manifestation has also stagnated since. Kill that slothfulness in you now before it truncates your vision.

6. Pride (Ps. 10:4)
Pride is one great reason men despise instruction. When you feel too big, there are instructions you can never obey. Yet, no matter how big you think you are, if you despise instructions, you can kiss your vision goodbye. It takes humility to receive instructions and instructions take a man to his destination in the school of vision.
