*WISDOM FOR INCREASE 2*

*Genesis 30:27-30, Proverbs 24:6 (TPT) …Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake. … Appoint me thy wages, and I will give it. And he said unto him, Thou knowest how I have served thee, and how thy cattle was with me. For it was little …before I came, and it is now increased unto a multitude; and the LORD hath blessed thee since my coming*Wise strategy is necessary to wage war, and with many astute advisers you'll see the path to victory more clearly.*

The blessing of God upon Jacob's life found expression through divine wisdom. Laban's flock was little before Jacob came to work for him but before Jacob left Laban, his flock became a multitude, (Gen.30:27-30). Child of God, I declare unto you that you shall have great testimonies of how God shall increase and also use you to bring great increase into the lives of others. Now, despite the fact that Jacob served Laban with all his heart, Laban tried to cheat Jacob ten different times, (Gen.31:6-7). However, by the wisdom of God, Jacob kept experiencing increase and abundance. The Bible says that Jacob had great increase in different animals and in servants, (Gen.30:43).

You shall experience great increase in various dimensions and ramifications of your life. The Bible shows an example of the divine wisdom that God gave Jacob while working with Laban. Jacob took rods from some tress and cut shapes into them. By putting these rods in front of the animals while they were feeding, He was able to influence the colour of the offspring of these animals in a way that favoured him; based on his agreement with Laban, (Gen.30:31-43).

I declare unto you that nobody will be able to stop the increase and abundance that God is bringing into your life. By the wisdom of God, you will prevail and you will make the right decisions even in tough situations. The Bible says, “A wise man is strong, yes, a man of knowledge increases strength,” and“If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.”(Prov. 24:5& 10). No situation will make you faint. By
the wisdom of God, you will be strong and you will prevail over situation. As you ask God, He will fill you with His wisdom, (James 1:5). The wisdom of God will keep being stirred up and overflowing from your life.

*Prayer:*
Heavenly Father, please fill me with your wisdom and cause your wisdom to continuously overflow from my life.

strength manifesting through Jesus Christ. *Joel:3:10- let the weak say I am strong , Phil. 4:13- I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me, 2 Cor. 12:9

*∆ EVERLASTING FATHER* - connotes protection. means I have an eternal Pretection! No limits to what He will protect us from provided we remain on in promises and instructions.
* Christ the source of eternal life.

∆ *PRINCE OF PEACE*
*PRINCE* - means supreme chief.
John 24:27-His peace has He given to us!
* the world has no peace to give, Only Jesus can give peace. Ephesians 2:14- He is our peace. He is our peace in the midst of the Storm.

The Glorious Sustaining Power of Jesus

Hebrews 1:3 (AMP), Colossians 1:17

The Son is the radiance and only expression of the glory of [our awesome] God … and the exact representation and perfect imprint of His [Father's] essence, and upholding and maintaining and propelling all things [the entire physical and spiritual universe] by His powerful word [carrying the universe along to its predetermined goal]….*And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

On our own, we can never fully understand the greatness, the power and the awesome glory of our Lord and Saviour Jesus. When Peter saw just a glimpse of His glory on the mount of transfiguration, he was so amazed that he did not just want to leave that place anymore, Matt.17:1-6. Do you know that it is by the Word and Power of Jesus that all things are being sustained? I mean from the earth, to the sun, the moon, the rivers, mountains, clouds, all creatures as well as all other planets and galaxies. Jesus is the one who upholds them and keeps them running and functioning. All of life finds their source in Him for they were made by Him.

Since this same Jesus that sustains and upholds all, lives in you by His Spirit, your sustenance and flourishing in life is guaranteed. He is your sustainer and strengthener. You do not have anything to be worried or afraid of. For three and half years He lived with His disciples and sustained them. They never lacked anything. You are His disciple and you will not lack anything. Isaiah 41:10 says “fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus says all power in Heaven and earth has been given to Him, so go disciple all nations for He is with you always even unto the end of the world. Go forth and do exploits for God and in all areas of your life. You will know what to do. You shall never be stranded again in your life.

PRAYER FOCUS:

Rejoice and worship Jesus for His mighty strength and sustaining power that is at work in every area of your life.

No umbelieve can have a Christlike character. They may have some level of moral uprightness which is humanly laudable.
When it comes to being Christlike, they MUST undergo REGENERATION - in other words they MUST BE BORN AGAIN. Christlikeness is produced by the Holy Spirit; it is never the product of human efforts. I must however point that the believer is required to collaborate with the Holy Spirit for him to grow in Christlikeness.
The absence of collaboration between the Holy Spirit and the believer certainly explains why some Christians are yet to exhibit Christlikeness. It's very unfortunate both for the individual and the Church of Christ.

You are empowered to Dominate your Flesh

1Corinthians 9:25-27 (NLT), Galatians 5:16

All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. *This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

In Christ, God has already given you victory over your flesh. God has destroyed the power of sin from your life, by crucifying your old man with Christ on the Cross, Rom.6:6. Right now, all you need to do is to have faith in Christ and keep renewing your mind with this truth that you are already dead to sin and alive to Christ, Rom.6:11. Keep your eyes on Jesus. Keep declaring that you are a new creation and you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Keep building your spirit and keep yielding yourself to the leading of God's Spirit in you. You can do all things through Christ that strengthens you. You have the Spirit of self-control in you, Gal.5:23. By the power of Christ, you can now kill those evil desires and lusts when they try to take over you.

Colossians 3:5-10 (GNB) says “you must put to death, then, the earthly desires at work in you, such as sexual immorality, indecency, lust, evil passions, and greed (for greed is a form of idolatry). Because of such things God's anger will come upon those who do not obey him. At one time you yourselves used to live according to such desires, when your life was dominated by them. But now you must get rid of all these things: anger, passion, and hateful feelings. No insults or obscene talk must ever come from your lips. Do not lie to one another, for you have put off the old self with its habits and have put on the new self. This is the new being which God, its Creator, is constantly renewing in his own image, in order to bring you to a full knowledge of himself.”

FAITH DECLARATION:

I am a new creation, I am righteous and I have dominion over my flesh. I am dead to sin and alive to Christ.
