_[Also known as: THE CLEANSING VISION]_
*CONSTITUTION 2026*

*CONSTITUTION*

*PREAMBLE: FOUNDER’S BACKGROUND AND DIVINE MANDATE*

*A. SHORT BIOGRAPHY OF APOSTLE EMMANUEL OLADAYO IBIRONKE, THE HUMAN FOUNDER / PRESIDING PASTOR.*

Apostle Emmanuel Oladayo Ibironke was born into the nuclear and devoted Christian family of Pastor M.O. and Deaconess V.A. Ibironke of The Apostolic Church Nigeria. He is the firstborn, followed by two junior brothers and two junior sisters.

He is a native of Ilesha, Ilesha West Local Government Area, Osun State, Nigeria. His paternal lineage is from Ita-Akogun, Ilesha, and his maternal lineage is from Esa-Oke, Osun State.

Beyond his ministerial assignment, Apostle Ibironke is a Versatile Actor, Freelance Writer, Licensed Filmmaker/Director, and a Qualified Aluminum Engineer. He is also engaged in General Merchandise and General Contracts. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Moviebrain Productions Company and Moviebrain Aluminum Company, and is widely recognized as "MOVIEBRAIN" within the Nigerian Film Industry. He commenced his professional acting career in January 2007 and remains active to date.

His cinematic productions include:
1. Atiwa’yeyina – 2011 Yoruba Movie
2. Aye o re'bikan – 2021 Yoruba Movie

He was named Emmanuel Oladayo Oluwasegun Abidemi at birth in Ikeja, Lagos State. His father, being in residence at The Apostolic Church Bible College, Ilesha at the time, was unable to attend the naming ceremony and thus conferred the name "Abidemi" by written instruction. He was dedicated to Christ in The Apostolic Church Nigeria in the same year of his birth, and was christened in July 2005 by Pastor M.A. Oyeyemi at Ilupeju District Centre, now Ilupeju Area Headquarters, to the glory of God.

He is happily married to Pastor Janet Monisola Ibironke, a native of Imogbara-Ijesha, Atakunmosa East Local Government, Osun State, and they are blessed with children.

*B. THE DIVINE CALLING, MANDATE, COMMISSIONING, CONFIRMATION, AND COVENANT*

1. *The Initial Revelation and Preparation – 2021:*
In the year 2021, Apostle Ibironke received a divine revelation wherein the heavens opened, and an African talking drum with its stick descended from heaven. This was followed by visions of two great moons and two great suns, representing the four cardinal points Psalms 89:37, and recurring flashes of light Revelation 4:5; Ezekiel 1:4. He also received visions of spiritual warfare wherein, by the invocation of the Name of Jesus Christ, adversaries were overcome Philippians 2:10.

In obedience to these manifestations, he commenced street evangelism, intensive study of the Scriptures, prayer, fasting, and held weekly and Sunday services within his aluminum workshop at Igbo-Olomi, Atan-Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.

2. *The Direct Call and Confirmation – March 2023:*
On Thursday, 9th March 2023, at about 2:00am, the Lord Jesus Christ appeared to him twelve consecutive times in a night vision. He awoke to experience a spiritual cleansing and the baptism of the Holy Ghost, marking the commencement of his ministry.

On Thursday, 16th March 2023, at about 2:00am, he received the revelation of "THE CLEANSING BLOOD OF CHRIST" 1 John 1:7, written in blue ink on a white sheet, and the vision of a great fish Luke 5:10, signifying the divine call.

On Sunday, 12th March 2023, at about 7:00am, a half moon appeared above him and ascended to heaven as he commenced the maiden service of the ministry, which he received as a sign of divine confirmation and covenant Psalms 89:34-37. The ministry began with five members.

On Sunday, 19th March 2023, the ministry’s name was divinely changed to THE CLEANSING BLOOD OF CHRIST CHURCH WORLDWIDE, also known as THE CLEANSING VISION, following a revelation wherein his father, an ordained Pastor, beheld him declaring a new name John 1:42.

Subsequent visions included: the divine instruction concerning a white cassock for ministerial assignment; the word "Mount Sinai" Exodus 19:10-11 as a commissioning; the mandate to read the Book of Jeremiah; the title "PROPHET / GENERAL EVANGELIST"; and the Lord’s admonition to read Luke 19:45-48, which he found to be in exact accord with the vision received.

On Wednesday, 22nd March 2023, at about 2:00pm, he experienced a waking vision of blazing fire ascending to heaven, akin to Exodus 3:2 and Acts 9:3 – The Great Encounter.

3. *The Apostolic Commission and Covenant:*
He received further revelations of Matthew 10 and Luke 6:12-13 – The Apostolic, Cleansing, Healing, and Deliverance Mandate; and Matthew 8:22 and Jeremiah 1:4-10, with internal and external confirmations. He also received a divine revelation of an Apostolic Induction.

He was divinely anointed and ordained twice with oil by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself in the presence of the saints in vision, with the assurance that this divine anointing is paramount to human ordination. The Lord Jesus Christ also appeared to him twice, declaring, "Fear not, for I am with you; I will help you and my Church at large," in accordance with Joshua 1:9 and Isaiah 41:10-13, 14 – The Abrahamic Covenant.

*C. ADDITIONAL KEY ELEMENTS OF THE MANDATE*

1. *The Apostolic Journey to Ilesha*
By direct divine instruction, Apostle Ibironke received the mandate: "I am sending you to someone in Ilesha."
This marked the beginning of an apostolic assignment to his place of paternal origin, Ita-Akogun, Ilesha, for the establishment and expansion of the end-time vision committed to him by the Lord.

2. *Old Testament Scriptures Revealed Apart from Jeremiah*
Apart from the Book of Jeremiah, the Lord specifically revealed and mandated Apostle Ibironke with the following Old Testament books as foundational to his ministry:
The Books of Joel, Zechariah, and Ezra.

3. *The Perception of Angelic Beings*
A consistent mark of his calling is the divine awareness of Angelic beings surrounding him, especially during seasons of prayer and meditation on the Word of God.
In one vision, he beheld an Angel walking upon an Altar with seven golden candlesticks, affirming divine presence, guidance, and assurance in the assignment.

4. *The Macedonian Call*
Apostle Ibironke received a clear Macedonian call Acts 16:9 into the Ministry of Helps, Healing, and Deliverance.
In the vision, he was on the streets with a church bell and anointing oil, and also with a broom and sachet water.
He saw the brokenhearted, the hungry, the needy, and the sick beckoning to him for help, crying out for intervention.

5. *Community Outreach & Symbolic Visions*
Apostle Ibironke also received recurring visions of himself leading community outreaches, evangelical teams, church programs, and crusades.
In these visions, he was shown symbolic items that define the mandate: Holy Bibles, Church bells, Rosaries, lighted Candlesticks, the Altar, and the Pulpit.
These represent the call to preach the Word, sound the alarm, maintain holiness, and establish true worship in the Church.

*D. CONCLUSION OF MANDATE:*
THE CLEANSING BLOOD OF CHRIST CHURCH WORLDWIDE [THE CLEANSING VISION] was founded upon this divine covenant and the totality of the aforementioned encounters with God. By these manifestations, Apostle Emmanuel Oladayo Ibironke was made an Apostle of Christ.
