Acts 1:14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

When people continue in prayer refusing to give up and allowing the devil and spirit of slumbering to stop them, they will continue till a place where the Holy Ghost Will fall upon them
And that is the point of breakthrough where anything is possible.
At that point transformation of lives and territory happen.
That was the point the disciples got to in Acts 2 that brought massive transformation to their lives and that generation.

Proverbs 23:29....... who hath redness of eyes? 23:30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine.

When you sit long with the Holy Ghost at the place of prayer and study of the word you will rise up with red eyes from being super saturated with the wine of the Spirit. When the devil and his agents see you, they will clear off your way.

Acts 10:44
While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

Holy Ghost falls when Holy Ghost filled people speak.
He Falls with power to manifest what is spoken.
I see Him (the Holy Ghost) falling afresh upon us with salvation, healing deliverance, revival, diverse breakthrough.
