Oracle of God was founded by Pastor Sam Obi who has lived with a burden to meet the needs of men for many years and have labored in many ways attempting at helping lives. The Church started as a night fellowship from zenith Hotel Hall in Nnebisi, then to Legislative quarters chapel and finally to her permanent site ORACLE OF GOD MINISTRIES INT’L, ASABA.
