MODESTY, LEADERSHIP, AND TEAMWORK
Introduction
Many people desire leadership, but few understand that great leadership begins with modesty and is sustained through teamwork.

- No leader succeeds alone, and no team functions effectively without humility.
- Modesty makes leadership effective. Leadership provides direction. Teamwork produces results.
- A humble leader inspires trust. A good leader unites people. A united team accomplishes great things.
Philippians 2:2 "Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind."

- When modesty, leadership, and teamwork work together, ministries grow, workers flourish, and God is glorified.

The greatest leaders in Scripture were men and women who recognized that their success came from God and who valued the contributions of others.
Proverbs 11:2 "When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom."
Ecclesiastes 4:9 "Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour."

KEY NOTE FOR AN EFFECTIVE CHURCH WORKERS AND BUSINESS OWNERS

1. MODESTY: THE FOUNDATION OF EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP
Modesty is humility in character, speech, conduct, and appearance. It is having a correct view of yourself before God and others.

WHY MODESTY MATTERS:
A. God Honors the Humble
James 4:6 "God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble."
A proud worker eventually loses divine grace, while a humble worker continues to receive God's help.

B. Modesty Makes People Comfortable Around You
Philippians 2:3 "Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves."
People willingly follow leaders who respect and value them.

C. Modesty Protects Leaders from Destruction
Proverbs 16:18 "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall."
Many gifted people have fallen because pride replaced humility.

2. LEADERSHIP: INFLUENCE THROUGH SERVICE

Leadership is not position; leadership is influence and responsibility.
A. Leadership Is Service
Mark 10:43-45 "Whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister..."
The greatest leaders are servants.

B. Leadership Is Example
1 Timothy 4:12 "Be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity."
Workers learn more from what leaders do than from what leaders say.

C. Leadership Requires Integrity
Proverbs 20:7 "The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him."
Character is the true test of leadership.

3. TEAMWORK: THE SECRET OF GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
God never designed people to work alone.

A. Teamwork Multiplies Results
Ecclesiastes 4:9 "Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour."

B. Teamwork Brings Strength
Ecclesiastes 4:12 "And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken."

C. Teamwork Reflects the Body of Christ
1 Corinthians 12:27 "Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular."
Every member has a role.

ENEMIES OF TEAMWORK

1. Pride
Proverbs 13:10 "Only by pride cometh contention..."
2. Jealousy
James 3:16 "For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work."
3. Competition Within the Team
We are called to complement one another, not compete against one another.
4. Lack of Communication
Misunderstanding grows where communication is absent.

PRACTICAL LESSONS FOR MINISTERS AND WORKERS

- Serve faithfully regardless of your title.
- Celebrate the success of others.
- Learn to submit to authority.
- Avoid unnecessary conflicts.
- Work for the success of the entire ministry, not personal recognition.
- Be teachable and correctable.
- Value every member of the team.

WHY GIVERS NEVER LACK

One of the greatest mysteries of the Kingdom is that the hand that releases never runs dry. In God’s system, increase does not come by holding tightly; it comes by releasing in faith.

«“Give, and it shall be given unto you...”
— Luke 6:38»

A giver never truly lacks because giving connects a man to divine supply.

GIVING IS A KINGDOM COVENANT

«“And my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 4:19»

Giving is not just a financial activity; it is a spiritual covenant. The moment a believer becomes committed to advancing God’s purpose through generosity, heaven begins to back that person differently.

God never abandons those who become channels of blessing on the earth.

EVERY SEED SPEAKS FOR YOUR FUTURE

«“While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest... shall not cease.” — Genesis 8:22»

Many people think giving reduces them, but in the spirit, giving multiplies you. Every seed that leaves your hand enters your future as a harvest.

The farmer understands that harvest does not answer prayers alone — it answers seeds. When you sow into God’s work and into people, your giving begins to speak before God on your behalf.

GIVERS THINK LIKE GOD

«“For God so loved the world that He gave...”
— John 3:16»

The nature of God is generosity. Selfishness closes the flow of grace, but generosity aligns a man with the character of God.

A giver understands that everything he has came from God and must be used for God’s purpose.

GIVING BREAKS THE SPIRIT OF FEAR

«“There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth...”
— Proverbs 11:24»

Many people hold tightly to resources because of fear — fear of tomorrow, fear of lack, fear of uncertainty.

But true giving is a declaration that:

«“My source is not money. My source is God.”»

Giving destroys greed and dependence on worldly systems.

GOD TRUSTS GIVERS WITH MORE

«“He which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.” — 2 Corinthians 9:6»

God increases people He can trust. When heaven sees that resources can flow through your hands and not die in your hands, increase comes naturally.

A reservoir eventually dries up, but a flowing river remains fresh.

GIVERS NEVER RUN DRY

«“The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.”
— Proverbs 11:25»

There is a mystery called reciprocal refreshment. When you become committed to lifting others, God commits Himself to lifting you.

A genuine giver may pass through seasons of testing, but he will never be abandoned because covenant supply backs generosity.

In the Kingdom of God, no true giver ends in lack.

Topic: WAR AGAINST EVIL DOCUMENTS. Pt2
Text: ‭Isaiah 49:24-26 NIV‬
[24] Can plunder be taken from warriors, or captives be rescued from the fierce? [25] But this is what the Lord says: “Yes, captives will be taken from warriors, and plunder retrieved from the fierce; I will contend with those who contend with you, and your children I will save. [26] I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will be drunk on their own blood, as with wine. Then all mankind will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”

SIGNS THAT EVIL DOCUMENTS MAY BE SPEAKING AGAINST A PERSON
a. Unexplainable delay
b. Constant disappointment
c. Patterns of affliction in a family
d. Rejection and hatred without cause
e. Strange battles despite prayer
f. Persistent failure at the edge of breakthrough

HOW TO WIN THE WAR AGAINST EVIL DOCUMENTS
1. Engage the Blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus silences evil voices and cancels satanic legal grounds.
Hebrews 12:24
“...the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.”

2. Use the Word of God Aggressively. The Word of God is a weapon of divine legislation.
When God speaks, evil writings are overturned.
‭Jeremiah 1:10 NIV‬
[10] See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”

3. Live a Holy Life. Sin gives the enemy legal access. Holiness preserves spiritual authority.
‭Ecclesiastes 10:8 NIV‬
[8] Whoever digs a pit may fall into it; whoever breaks through a wall may be bitten by a snake.

4. Engage Violent Prayer. Some battles do not go except through intense spiritual warfare.
‭Matthew 11:12 NIV‬
[12] From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people have been raiding it.

5. Involve Sacrifice: unpredictable sacrifice gives you constant automated over demonic powers.
2 kings 3: 26-27. And when the king of Moab saw that the battle was too sore for him, he took with him seven hundred men that drew swords, to break through even unto the king of Edom: but they could not.

27' Then he took his eldest son that should have reigned in his stead, and offered him for a burnt offering upon the wall. And there was great indignation against Israel: and they departed from him, and returned to their own land.

LET THE PROPHET SPEAK( MAY EDITION ,2026
THEME: IF GOD BE FOR YOU
TOPIC: VOICES
TEXT: Proverbs 23:7. For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:.,..................

-Life is governed by voices.
-Before actions are taken publicly, voices have already spoken privately.
- Every man eventually moves in the direction of the voice he consistently hears.
- Your destiny is first shaped by voice before it is revealed by action.
- A man’s thoughts are influenced by what he hears, and what he hears eventually determines what he becomes.
- Destiny are products of thought and Your thoughts are as a result of what you hear

Every great destiny in scripture was directed by a voice.
1. Abraham became great because he heard God’s voice
“Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out…” — Genesis 12:1

2. Samuel became a prophet because he recognized God’s voice
“Speak, Lord; for thy servant heareth.” — 1 Samuel 3:10

3. Saul became Paul because of a divine voice
“Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?” — Acts 9:4

Listen: You cannot rise above the voice influencing your life.
Some people are destroyed not because Satan is powerful, but because they keep listening to destructive voices: voice of delay, setback, fear, limitation and voice of the past mistakes.

- Your thoughts are shaped by what you hear. Romans 10:17“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
What you consistently hear enters your heart.
👇
What enters your heart shapes your thoughts.
👇
What shapes your thoughts controls your actions.
👇
And your actions determine your destiny.

FOUR DIFFERENT KIND OF VOICE
1. The Voice of God: it brings peace and direction. ‭Isaiah 30:21 NIV‬
[21] Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”

2. The Voice of Satan: it brings torment and confusion . ‭Genesis 3:1 NIV‬
[1] Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”

3. The Voice of the World: it brings pressure and lack of contentment. ‭1 John 4:5 NIV‬
[5] They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them.

LET THE PROPHET SPEAK( MAY EDITION ,2026)
THEME: LET THE PROPHET SPEAK
TOPIC: VICTORY OVER OPPOSITION
TEXT: Romans 8:31.What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

- Battles are not won by strength, Victory comes from divine backing.
Deuteronomy 28:7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face...”
- What stops others cannot stop a man helped by God. Matthew 19:26

- When God stands for a man, opposition loses its power.
- The strength of your enemy does not determine your outcome. The God backing you determines your victory.
- One man with God is a majority.

What is Opposition : Opposition is any force resisting your progress, peace, purpose, prayer, or destiny.

Opposition is not proof that God has abandoned you. Sometimes opposition is proof that greatness is ahead.

God never abandon his children in the face of opposition rather He gives them victory.
Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.”

Weapons may formed against you but they will not prevail because God is your defender, your shield, your refuge and your battle axe .
Isaiah 54:17. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper...

- Goliath had size, experience, and weapons but David had God.

FOUR WAYS TO ENJOY VICTORY OVER OPPOSITION .

1. . Stay connected to God. ‭
John 15:5
[5] “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

2. Maintain a strong prayer altar. Prayer keeps believers victorious.‭1 Thessalonians 5:17 NIV‬
[17] pray continually,

‭Luke 18:1 NIV‬
[1] Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.

3. Walk by faith and not fear. Fear magnifies opposition.. Faith magnifies God.
2 Corinthians 5:7. For we live by faith, not by sight.

4. Speak victory continually. Stop speaking defeat over your life.
‭Proverbs 18:21. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
