Text: Ephesians 2:18
Access is the divine privilege of entering places, opportunities, relationships, and dimensions that would otherwise be closed. In life, many people have ability, education, and potential, yet remain stranded because they lack access.
A key can be valuable, but it is access that opens the door.
Through Jesus Christ, believers have access to Godβs presence, grace, favor, wisdom, and blessings. The enemy often fights access because access determines progress. When God grants access, doors open, barriers fall, and destinies advance.
There are different dimensions of access:
Different Dimensions of Access with Scriptures
1. Access to God's Presence
Scripture: βFor through Him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.β β Ephesians 2:18
As believers, Jesus Christ has opened the way for us to come boldly before God without fear or condemnation.
2. Access to Grace
Scripture: βBy whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand...β β Romans 5:2
Grace gives us divine enablement to become what God has called us to be and to accomplish what human strength cannot achieve.
3. Access to Mercy
Scripture: βLet us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy...β β Hebrews 4:16
God grants us access to mercy for forgiveness, restoration, and help in times of need.
4. Access to Divine Favor
Scripture: βFor thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.β β Psalms 5:12
Favor grants access where qualifications alone may not be enough.
5. Access to Wisdom
Scripture: βIf any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God...β β James 1:5
God provides wisdom that opens doors, solves problems, and guides destiny.
6. Access to Divine Secrets and Revelation
Scripture: βSurely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.β β Amos 3:7
God grants access to hidden truths and divine direction.
7. Access to Open Doors
Scripture: βBehold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it.β β Revelation 3:8
When God opens a door, no opposition can successfully close it.
8. Access to Divine Provision
Scripture: βAnd my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.β β Philippians 4:19
God provides access to resources needed for His purpose and your assignment.
9. Access to Healing and Health
Scripture: βI am the LORD that healeth thee.β β Exodus 15:26
Through God's covenant, believers have access to His healing power.
10. Access to Peace
Scripture: βAnd the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.β β Philippians 4:7
God gives access to supernatural peace regardless of circumstances.
11. Access to Divine Protection
Scripture: βThe name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.β β Proverbs 18:10
Believers have access to God's security and preservation.
12. Access to Divine Promotion
Scripture: βFor promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge...β β Psalms 75:6β7
God grants access to positions, influence, and elevation.
13. Access to Fruitfulness
Scripture: βAnd God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply...β β Genesis 1:28
Fruitfulness is God's original blessing and intention for His people.
14. Access to Purpose and Destiny
Scripture: βFor I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD...β β Jeremiah 29:11
God grants access to the discovery and fulfillment of purpose.
15. Access to Eternal Life
Scripture: βI am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved...β β John 10:9
The greatest access available to humanity is access to salvation and eternal life through Jesus Christ.
