MOST BLESSED – ACTION (4)
Scriptural text: James 2:14-26
Memory verse: “But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? (James 2:20).”

God has called you the Most Blessed. He has configured you for excellent manifestation. He has packaged you for qualitative results but without you acting on your belief of what he has made you, you will see no positive result. You are the most blessed in your field and as such refuse to envy anyone that is making progress. God has called you the most blessed but you must take steps of responsibility to see it actualised.

After God spoke to Abraham, Abraham got to work. He became a cattle-rearer. He didn’t lazy about with positive confessions without positive actions. He took steps to work and activated God’s blessings on his life. Pastor Adeboye shared a story Pa Akindayomi told him. Two young men went to an Ifa priest to hear what the future holds for them. The Ifa priest predicted that one would be the leader of the community and will be so blessed. The prediction the other got was negative. He was told he would be so poor because he had a destiny of poverty. The one who got a positive prediction left, rejoicing and began living waywardly. He would lazy about from one drinking joint to another all the day making confessions to all who cared to listen that he would be the great leader of the community.

The other one who got a negative prophecy left the village to another. He discovered a huge forest, turned it into big farm-land and every morning he would take his cutlass and cut the grasses declaring, ‘I refuse to be poor.’ After several years, the village he came from went through famine. There was no food. Everyone was famished. Somebody told them that not too far away from them; somebody had a large piece of farmland with enough food for the villagers. The leaders of the land were sent to him. He told the villagers he would only give them food if they would make him the leader of the community. The elders of the land obliged and he gave them food in exchange for the leadership of the village he was told he would live poor.

This young man changed the negative prediction on his life while the other one who got a good prediction died poor. Faith without action is dead. Arise and take steps. God is waiting.

ACTION: Take steps of faith today.

THE MOST BLESSED-SPEAK POSITIVELY (3) Scriptural text: Genesis 17:1-6
Memory verse: “Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee (Genesis 17:5).”

In Genesis 17: 15-16, “And God said unto Abraham, as for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be. And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.”

God instructed Abraham not to call himself any more Abram and not call Sarah Sarai. God changed Abraham and Sarah’s name. In spite of their physical barrenness, Abraham and Sarah started calling themselves Father and Mother of nations respectively. They called it before it materialized. They spoke it before it became evident. They declared it before they saw it.

In Genesis 1, God saw darkness but spoke light. You must never call yourself poor or disadvantaged. It must not come out of your mouth that “things are hard.” Speaking negatively and expecting positively is an illusion because you will have whatsoever you say (Mark 11:23). In the school of prosperity, your tongue is of utmost importance. God told Joshua in Joshua 1:8, “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth...then thou shall make thy way prosperous and have good success.”

Your language must change before your life will change. Call yourself what God has called you. Faith is calling those things that are not as if they were (Romans 4:17). God has called you the most blessed. Stop having the mentality that you are under a curse or that witches are pursuing you. The greater One is in you. The lesser one cannot have the final say over your life. God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). The Lord makes you the head and not the tail. You are above only and never beneath (Deuteronomy 28:13). Make this your confession and that negative situation will change.

ACTION: Confess God’s word over your life today in spite of contradictory circumstances.

A family can share a name, a home and a bloodline.

But there is something deeper when a family shares an altar.

Family Worship Sunday is a call back to that altar.

A time to pause.
A time to worship.
A time to pray together.
A time to let God breathe upon our homes again.

Because the strongest families are not merely built around a table.

They are built around God.

This Sunday, we worship God wholeheartedly not just as a church, but as one family.

Come with your family.
Let us worship together.

THE MOST BLESSED – FAITH (2)
Scriptural text: Galatians 3:11-14
Memory Verse: “That the BLESSING of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles through Jesus Christ: that WE MIGHT RECEIVE THE PROMISE OF THE SPIRIT THROUGH FAITH (Galatians 3:14).”

The promise of the Holy Spirit can only be performed in our lives through Faith. The latter part of our memory verse says, “That we might receive the promise of the Spirit through FAITH.” It takes faith to see the manifestation or performance of divine promises. God made a promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:2-3, “And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great, and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee; and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall ALL the families of the earth be blessed.” Abraham believed these promises from God and as a result, he saw the performance. Genesis 24:1, “And Abraham was old and well stricken in age: and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things.” You also will see the performance of God’s promises in your life if you will hold on to your faith.

The blessings God promised Abraham belongs also to us because spiritually, we are the children of Abraham. Galatians 3:29, “And if ye be Christ’s then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Every Christian is an heir to the blessings of Abraham. You have a blessing cover from your Abrahamic root. But just like Abraham saw the blessings manifested by faith. You must have faith in God and not in man or in human connections.

Galatians 3:9, “So then they which be of faith are blessed with Faithful Abraham.” When you are in faith, the blessings of Abraham will work for you. God has called you the most blessed. You can’t remain the most low. God has called you the most blessed; you can’t afford to accept mediocrity. Deuteronomy 33:23, “You are satisfied with favour, you are full of the blessing of the Lord.” I activate the blessings of God in your life today.

PRAYER: Father, activate your blessings in my life.

THE MOST BLESSED (1)
Scriptural text: Psalm 21:1-6
Memory Verse: “For thou hast made him MOST BLESSED FOR EVER. Thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance (Psalm 21:6).”

God has made you the “MOST BLESSED.” You are the most blessed business man/woman, the most blessed staff, the most blessed husband/wife, the most blessed student, the most blessed Pastor, etc. You are the MOST BLESSED. You are not just blessed or MORE BLESSED; you are the MOST BLESSED. You are the best in your field. You are loaded with unmatchable grace. You are number one on the list of excellence. You are made of the highest quality. You can’t fail because your head is blessed.

Proverbs 10:6a, “Blessings are upon the head of the just.” Blessings are on your head, not curses or disappointments. You are a new creature, “for if any man be in Christ, He is a NEW CREATURE (2 Corinthians 5:17). A new creature has no past. Curses of the past on your family lineage can no longer work on you. Revelation 22:3, “And there shall be no more curse.” In your life, NO MORE CURSE. In your family, NO MORE CURSE. Over the work of your hands, NO MORE CURSE. You are blessed beyond the curse.

Numbers 22:12, “And God said unto Balaam, thou shalt not go with them, thou shalt not curse the people for THEY ARE BLESSED.” You are blessed beyond the curse. The curses of generations, witchcraft curses, etc, can no longer work on you in Jesus mighty name. In Genesis 26:29, Abimelech told Isaac, “Thou art NOW the blessed of the Lord.” If you are in Christ, you are a seed of Abraham (Galatians 3:29) and as such YOU ARE NOW THE BLESSED OF THE LORD. You are NOW blessed.

Now, the blessings of God will begin to work in your life. Now, the miracle jobs will come. Now, you are fruitful. Now, you are the head and not the tail. I command the manifestation of NOW blessings in your life. Go and prosper today.

Scriptural text: Acts 1:1-11
Memory Verse: “This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses (Acts 2:32 NKJV).”

In Acts 1, Jesus was about returning to Heaven. In the midst of His followers, He gave a short speech and before their very eyes he was lifted to Heaven. Acts 1:9-10 (NKJV): “Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, he was taken up, a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel.”

While the followers of Jesus watched, he was TAKEN UP TO HEAVEN… they looked steadfastly toward Heaven as HE WENT UP. No wonder Peter said in Acts 2:32 (NKJV), “This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.” This season, your neighbours, friends and enemies will see you go up. Undeniable lifting will be your experience. Public testimony will be your portion. Open rising will be your story. Everyone will see you go up.

In Acts 3, when the man who had been crippled was raised by Peter, Acts 3:9 says, “And all the people saw him walking and praising God.” All the people saw him, walking and praising God. All people will see your lifting in Jesus' name. “And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with WONDER AND AMAZEMENT at that which had happened unto him.”

Your testimony will be public and will fill everyone around with WONDER and AMAZEMENT. That man had been crippled for 40 years but in less than 40 seconds, his story changed. He became the cynosure of all eyes. Psalm 40:3 (NKJV) declares: “He has put a new song in my mouth - Praise to our God; many will see it and fear, and will trust in the Lord.” God will show off with your life. Your testimony will convert the strongest sinner. Multitudes will gather at your door for jubilation. No one more shame. No more pains. No more poverty. This is your season of lifting.

Prayer: Lord, give me an undeniable testimony

LIFTED, SHIFTED 2.
Scriptural Text: Acts 2:22-27
Memory Verse: “And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power (1 Corinthians 6:14 NKJV.

It was God’s power that raised Jesus from death. The Power of the Holy Ghost loosed him from the pangs of death. Acts 2:24: “Who God raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE THAT HE SHOULD BE HOLDEN OF IT.” By the power of God, it wasn’t possible for death to hold Jesus captive.

Our memory verse above says that God who raised up Jesus will also raise us up by His Power. 2 Corinthians 4:14 corroborated this: “Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.” If truly God raised Jesus up by his Power, He will raise you up also. You will not remain in that valley.

Read this: “In January, Pastor preached and prophesied greatness upon us. I keyed into it and I am already seeing the manifestation. I have been believing God for an audio-studio equipment. God supernaturally supplied it for me in the FIRST MONTH. I give God all the praise (Bro. Dayo).”

I prophesy to you today, by the Power of the Highest, what would have taken years to accomplish will take you only months to accomplish . Romans 8:11: “But if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you”.

The Spirit of God is giving life to every dying area of your life. Dying bodies, receive life now in Jesus name. Dying business and career, receive life now in Jesus name. Dying wombs, receive life in Jesus name. By the power of the Holy Ghost, move to the next level. Death could not stop Jesus. Nothing will stop you from having your multiple testimonies by the Power of the Holy Ghost. Be lifted now in Jesus' name.

PRAYER: Father, as you raised Jesus, raise me.

Scriptural Text: MARK 16:1-4
Memory Verse: “And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away for it was very great (Mark 16:4).”

Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Salome were on their way that Sunday morning to anoint Jesus with sweet spices. A question ensued among them: “Who will help us roll away the stone from the door of the sepulcher. But when they got to the sepulcher, they discovered that the stone had been rolled away even though it was very great.” Realization became the product of their expectation. The stone had been shifted because Jesus was lifted from death.

In John 11:39, when Jesus got to the tomb of Lazarus, he told Martha and those with her, “Take away the stone.” In verse 43-44, Jesus cried out with a loud voice, “LAZARUS, COME FORTH. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes, and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus said unto them, Loose him, and let him go.” The stone was shifted before Lazarus was lifted. Jesus’ lifting needed the shifting of the stone at the door of his sepulcher. Every great stone before your lifting is shifting now by the power of God. Every great stone holding down your testimony of miracle child, miracle job, miracle marriage, miracle contracts, miracle transformation of your children is shifted now in Jesus' name.

I command the Angels of God to roll away that stone on your body, on your mind, on your spirit, on your glory in the name of Jesus Christ. The stone that was used to block Jesus’ tomb was very great, yet the Angel of God moved it away. No matter how great the sickness and the pain has been, the healing Power of God is destroying it now. No matter how great that poverty has been, I cast out the spirit of poverty from you and release you to the season of continuous advancement. This season, you will not see stones. Where you have been rejected, you will be selected and celebrated. You will not remain in that pit. You will not die in your negative situation. In the mighty name of Jesus, be lifted because that stone has been shifted. Halleluyah!!!

CONFESSION: I am lifted because the stone of obstacle is shifted away.

CREATED FOR A PURPOSE (2)
Scriptural text: 1 Corinthians 12:4-11
Memory verse: “And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. (1 Corinthians 12:6).”

In heaven, we have angels with different operations. Angel Gabriel for example is a messenger angel. His work is to deliver good news. Angel Michael is the chief of the war angels. He is a general in the army of the Lord. When Satan was in Heaven, he was a music angel. He was a worshipper and a praiser who worshipped at the throne of the Lord.

Studying the scriptures carefully shows that God created these angels specifically for different assignments and departments. So it is with man. God created us to fulfil different assignments. This understanding should caution you into launching into immediate imitation of a progressive friend making it in a particular field. You are unique in your own way. Your progressive friend’s assignment may be totally different from yours. If you will prayerfully discover your life assignment and pursue it with grace, knowledge, passion and diligence, you are sure to make positive and lasting impact in your world.

In Genesis, the Bible talked about Nimrod, “He was a mighty hunter before the Lord, wherefore it is said, even as Nimrod the MIGHTY HUNTER before the Lord.” Nimrod was not just a hunter but a mighty hunter. There were many hunters in his time but he was singularly distinguished as a MIGHTY HUNTER before the Lord. Why? Because hunting was his life assignment. He was a hunter who used the blessing from his hunting to help the needy. As a mighty hunter, by God’s blessing, he built a KINGDOM. Genesis 10:9, “And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech and Acad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.” May you not be an ordinary person in your field. May you be called a MIGHTY MAN and a MIGHTY WOMAN in your God-ordained endeavour.

Jeremiah 33:3, “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not.” This season, take time out to pray. Ask the Lord to show you what he wants you to do to fulfil destiny. Don’t live by imitation, live by revelation.

PRAYER: Father, open my eyes to discover your assignment for my life.
