HOW TO EXPERIENCE DIVINE VISITATION - TRUST (1)
Text: Daniel 3:16-28
Memory Verse: "Then Nebuchadnezzar spake and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him" (Daniel 3:28a).

The fourth man, Jesus appeared in the fire and made it powerless. Nebuchadnezzar said, "I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the son of God". Jesus appeared and rendered the furnace powerless for the three Hebrew boys because they trusted in God. This story shows clearly that trusting in God brings his appearance into a situation, and when God appears, deliverance comes.

Over that difficult situation, you need to trust in God. David said in Psalm 121:1-2, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh FROM THE LORD, which made heaven and earth". My help cometh from the Lord. Your help will come from God. David also said, "I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand. I shall not be moved." Don't be moved. He is on your side and as such you are undefeatable.

Trust him today. Rest in him. He will bring it to pass. Are you in need of money? The money will come. Psalm 72:12 says, "For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also and him that hath no helper". Isaiah 41:17-18 says, "When the poor and the needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. I will open rivers in high places and fountains in the midst of valleys. I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water". The funds will come by the power of God. Stop fidgeting. My God is in control. You shall testify. Just look up to God alone; don't depend on man. David said in Psalm 62:5, "My soul, wait thou only upon God, for my expectation is from him."

Prayer: Lord, because I trust in you show up for me.

DIVINE VISITATION FOR PERFORMANCE (2)
Text: Jeremiah 29:10-12
Memory Verse: "I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place" (Jeremiah 29:10b).

"I will visit you and PERFORM my good word toward you." God's visitation brings divine performance. Whatever God has said to you, may he visit you to perform his word to you.

Read this: "I was born into a Muslim family. My parents got me from a small god. I had gone through a lot in life, but God in his mercies has always preserved me. When people leave my former church, things get worse for them. But since I left and joined this church, my life has never been the same. I was told through many sources that I wouldn't live up to fifty years. Most of my relatives we grew up together have died. In the month of July, I almost lost my life through a spiritual attack but God spared my life. Each time Apostle Samson prayed for me, he would say, "YOU WILL NOT DIE, YOU WILL LIVE LONG". I will smile and say 'Amen', even though I didn't tell him of the negative prophecy I had heard that I wouldn't live up to 50 years on earth. I became committed to this church and keyed into every prophetic word I received. Yesterday, January 2nd, I clocked 50. God averted the negative prophecy over my life. I am hale and hearty. I give God all the praise" (Sis Remi).

She believed in the prophecy of long life I gave her and the lesser prophecy of death was averted. Every appointment with death over your life is cancelled this moment in Jesus' name. God visited her and performed his word of long life over her. God's word is for performance, not for entertainment. Jeremiah 33:14, "Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will perform that good thing that I have promised unto the house of Israel, and to the house of Judah". These days will be days of performance for you and your family. He will visit you and perform his word to you.

Prayer: Lord, let these days be days of performance.

DIVINE VISITATION FOR DELIVERANCE (1)
Text: GENESIS 50:22-26
Memory Verse: "And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die, and God will SURELY VISIT YOU, AND BRING YOU OUT OF THIS LAND unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob" (Genesis 50:24).

Joseph prophesied to the children of Israel before he died. He said, "God will SURELY VISIT YOU, and BRING YOU OUT of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob". God will surely visit you and BRING YOU OUT. God's visitation 'brings out', meaning it delivers. When God visited the children of Israel in captivity, through Moses, he brought them out. He delivered them.

Notice that when God visited the children of Israel in their captivity, he came through Moses and used him as the agent for the deliverance for his people. Sometimes, God visits us through his anointed messenger sent to us. Hosea 12:13, "And by a prophet, the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved". God brought Israel OUT of Egypt through Prophet Moses. God has sent me as a prophet to someone reading today's write-up. Therefore, I prophesy to you, the days of your captivity are over in Jesus' name. My God is bringing you out of poverty to prosperity; out of stress to rest, out of problem to fulfilled prophecies. I deliver you from the Pharaohs of life and release you from every bo***ge of sickness and disease in Jesus' mighty name.

Read this: "I was poisoned by a room-mate in school and as a result carried this pain in my stomach for two years. A family friend gave me Pastor's number. I called him and explained my case to him. He asked me to take up a cup of water as he prays. He blessed the water and turned it into the blood of Jesus. I drank the water and I have not felt that pain ever since. I thank God for destroying Satan's poison in my body" (Sis Peace). What she carried for two years was healed in a moment. I deliver you today from every mark of darkness in Jesus' name.

Prayer: Lord, fulfill every prophecy in this devotional in my life.

WHY SHOULD I BELIEVE GOD? (3)
TEXT: Hebrews 6:17-19
MEMORY VERSE: "Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it" (1 Thessalonians 5:24).

The third reason why you should believe God is because God is faithful. He is faithful. I can tell you that based on my experience with the Lord. God is indeed faithful. He is true to His word. He is reliable and dependable.

Hebrews 6:18 says, "That by two immutable things, in which it is IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD TO LIE, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us." It is impossible for God to lie. Titus 1:2 says, "In hope of eternal life, which God, that CANNOT LIE, promised before the world began." God CANNOT LIE. If what God told you didn't come to pass, don't blame God. He cannot lie, just like a man cannot get pregnant.

Deuteronomy 7:9 calls Him "The Faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations." Hebrews 11:11 says, "Through faith also Sara received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she JUDGED HIM FAITHFUL WHO HAD PROMISED." Sarah judged Him faithful who had promised. Hebrews 10:23 says, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for He is FAITHFUL THAT PROMISED)." God is faithful to His promises.

Faithful is He who has called you. Faithful is He who will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24). Because of His faithfulness to His word, you can rest in Him. You can completely rely on the word. You can totally trust in His word. His word works. I am a witness to His working word. When you doubt His word, you indirectly call Him a liar. When you doubt His word, you indirectly call Him a promise-breaker.

Don't forget He is a covenant-keeping God. He said in Psalm 89:34, "My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips." He is a covenant-keeping God, not a covenant-breaking God. That's why you can trust in Him at all times. Psalm 62:8 says, "Trust in Him AT ALL TIMES."

PRAYER: Lord, give me grace to trust in Your faithfulness.

WHY SHOULD I BELIEVE GOD? (2)
Text: James 1:5-8
Memory Verse: "For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord" (James 1:7).

A doubter, as Apostle James wrote, cannot receive anything from the Lord. Some believers wonder why they don't see frequent miracles in their lives. It is simply because they have not absolutely believed in the word of God. When you make faith your lifestyle, as the Scriptures say in Hebrews 10:38, "Now the just shall live by faith," miracles become your daily experience. Without faith, receiving from God isn't guaranteed.

Faith is a receiver. Doubt is a disconnector. Faith makes you a getter. Doubt makes you a loser. Faith produces the testimony. Doubt multiplies the trials. May the Lord help your faith. What is faith? Faith is counting it done. Faith says, "It is done." Faith is a possessor. Faith is not trying to get it. Faith says, "It is done."

I love this Scripture: Revelation 21:6, "And He said unto me, IT IS DONE. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end." Over your desired job, the Lord says, "IT IS DONE."
Over that issue of barrenness, the Lord says, "IT IS DONE." Over that issue in your family, the Lord says, "IT IS DONE." Shout it: "IT IS DONE!" Whenever you think about the subject matter you have prayed about again and again, don't grumble or murmur or pray again. Simply say, "IT IS DONE," or say, "Thank You Jesus, for it is done."

As an expectant mother, you place your hand on your stomach and declare, "My conception is a done deal. My baby/babies is/are here. God is faithful. Thank You Jesus." When you speak this way, you are on the right track, and possession will be the end result.

Mark 11:24 (NKJV): "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them." Believe that you have received them, and you shall have them. Believe that those things you have prayed about are yours, and they shall be yours. It is to you according to your faith. If your faith says it is done, then in reality it will be done.

Prayer: Declare "It is done" over whatever you have waited for.

WHY SHOULD I BELIEVE GOD? (1)
Text: Romans 4:1-5.
Memory Verse: "But without faith, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM: for he that cometh to GOD MUST BELIEVE that he is, and he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11:6).

Without faith, it's IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD. It takes faith to walk with God, for he that cometh to GOD MUST BELIEVE that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. You should believe God and his word because God hates doubts. God's greatest pain is to be doubted. You can't please him without faith. Romans 14:23b, "Whatsoever is not of faith is sin." Doubt is sin.

Abraham believed God and God counted it for him as righteousness. Genesis 15:5-6 "And he brought him forth abroad, and said, look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, so shall thy seed be". And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness. God loves faith; that is why Abraham was called the friend of God.

You can't be God's friend without faith. You might be the first to always come to church. You might be holier than thou, but if you don't have faith, you can't please God. This is why you have to do everything in your power to plant faith in your heart. Faith cometh by hearing the word of God. You have to invest your money in buying Christian books, CDs, and DVDs of men and women of God to help you develop your faith.

Angel Gabriel made Zachariah dumb because of his unbelief. Luke 1:20, "And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou BELIEVEST NOT MY WORDS, which shall be fulfilled in their season." This shows clearly that God hates doubters. Do not doubt whatever it is you have heard from God. Do not doubt the spoken word from your pastor. Do not doubt, lest you become God's enemy. All those who doubted in the wilderness all died in the wilderness. Work on your faith today.

ACTION - Continuously reject anything that contradicts God's word in your mind.
