This is one of the most powerful truths about our salvation. The seal of the Spirit is God's own mark of ownership and security upon every believer. It is God's way of saying, "This one is mine, and nothing can sn**ch him out of My hand."

Salvation is not left in the realm of uncertainty; it is sealed by the Spirit of God Himself. When you understand the seal, you will stop living in fear of losing your salvation..

🛐 Prayer:
I am sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. God's mark of ownership is upon me. I am safe, I am secure, and I belong to Him forever. Nothing can break the seal of the Spirit in my life.

- What is Fasting?
It Simply means Abstinence, it could be abstinence from anything. In medicine, it means giving your bowels Rest.

1. Biblical Fasting is Abstinence from all types of Pleasures.

2. Biblical Fasting is Abstinence from pleasure to focus on God.

- Is fasting for the New testament Believer?
Yes it is!

- How should I look when I Fast?
Look Good! Don't look like what you are going through. Don't fast to be seen of men.

- How long should I Fast?
It is ones Spirit that determines how long one can fast for except for corporate Fasting but in all the fasting, you must be regular.

- What are the Benefits of Fasting?
1. It is one way of serving God
2. It is a way to be approved by God.
3. It triggers encounters
4. It is a good way to ordain Ministers
5. It shifts Stubborn and difficult things
6. It is a way to discipline your soul
