The brief charge on "What the Outpouring of the Spirit Does to a Purpose-Driven Believer" began shortly after Apostle Samson Paul Adeniran led a powerful prayer session centered on Isaiah 60:1 and the need to maximize Kairos moments.

Interestingly, as he began the charge, his emphasis remained on the prayer focus already communicated in the previous post. Apostle reminded the church that everybody starts somewhere. Everybody begins from the bush, the cradle, or a place of obscurity.

❝ Everybody starts somewhere. Everybody begins from the bush, the cradle, or a place of obscurity. You are not the first to go through difficult seasons, and certainly, you will not be the last. ❞

Drawing from Exodus 3:1-4, Apostle cited the life of Moses, explaining that Moses had two major Kairos moments connected to his destiny. By the time he eventually aligned with God's timing, he was already eighty years old.

The first time Moses attempted to step into purpose, he was too early, and the result was disastrous. Instead of becoming a deliverer, he became known as a murderer and fled for his life.

Apostle further explained that Moses had always sensed within himself that he was called to leadership, but he did not yet understand the process, timing, or manner through which that purpose would unfold.

As a result, when he attempted to fulfill destiny in his own strength, he failed. What followed was years of obscurity, tending sheep in the wilderness until he eventually aligned with God's divine timing.

Still laying the foundation for the charge and establishing the relationship between purpose and timing, Apostle painted a vivid picture of Moses' life before his Kairos moment.

By today's standards, there was seemingly nothing spectacular about him.

Here was a full-grown man living with his father-in-law, employed by the same man, raising his family under his roof and dependent on that household for his livelihood.

In that setting, Moses appeared to have little influence, little relevance, and very little to show for his life.

Apostle noted that many believers find themselves in similar situations.

> Ιͺα΄› α΄€ΚŸΚŸ κœ±α΄‡α΄‡α΄κœ± ʟΙͺᴋᴇ α΄€ κœ±α΄›Κ€α΄œΙ’Ι’ΚŸα΄‡.

> ʟΙͺκœ°α΄‡ α΄€α΄˜α΄˜α΄‡α΄€Κ€κœ± ᴍΙͺκœ±α΄‡Κ€α΄€Κ™ΚŸα΄‡.

> Ι΄α΄α΄›ΚœΙͺΙ΄Ι’ κœ±α΄‡α΄‡α΄κœ± ᴛᴏ ʙᴇ ᴍᴏᴠΙͺΙ΄Ι’.

Yet even in such seasons, God is still searching, preparing, and handpicking men for destiny fulfillment.

For this reason, he charged the church not to become mere spectators of God's move in our generation.

ᴜᴘᴏɴ α΄›Κœα΄‡ α΄‡α΄€Κ€α΄›Κœ.

Re-emphasizing the point, Apostle reminded the church that we are not the only people who have experienced difficult seasons.

The heroes, trailblazers, reformers, and generals of faith we celebrate today all passed through similar phases.

However, they did not miss God's purpose for their lives.

Neither did they miss their place in destiny.

And as a church, we must ensure that we do not miss ours.

Speaking words of hope, Apostle declared that wherever you are and whatever you have done, the eyes of the Lord are still upon you.

Through the provision of salvation in Christ, God's call is still reaching out to men.

> ɴᴏ ᴍᴀᴛᴛᴇʀ Κα΄α΄œΚ€ α΄˜α΄€κœ±α΄›, κœ°α΄€ΙͺΚŸα΄œΚ€α΄‡κœ±, ᴍΙͺκœ±α΄›α΄€α΄‹α΄‡κœ±, ᴏʀ κœ±Κœα΄Κ€α΄›α΄„α΄α΄Ιͺɴɒꜱ, ɒᴏᴅ κœ±α΄›Ιͺʟʟ Κ™α΄‡α΄„α΄‹α΄Ι΄κœ± ᴏɴ ʏᴏᴜ.

To establish this truth, Apostle referenced several biblical examples that reveal God's ability to fit imperfect people into His divine purpose.

He noted that Rahab was a harlot, yet the lineage of the Savior passed through her.

He further referenced the controversial union between Judah and Tamar, a relationship that would ordinarily be condemned, yet one through which God advanced His redemptive plan.

Still driving home the possibility of restoration and purpose fulfillment, Apostle pointed to Thomas, who doubted the resurrection until he saw Christ for himself, yet still fulfilled God's mandate as an apostle.

Likewise, Peter denied Jesus shortly before Pentecost, yet after being endued with power, he boldly proclaimed Christ before multitudes.

> α΄›ΚœΙͺꜱ ʙᴇᴄᴀᴍᴇ α΄›Κœα΄‡ α΄˜α΄‡Κ€κœ°α΄‡α΄„α΄› ΚŸα΄€α΄œΙ΄α΄„Κœ Ιͺɴᴛᴏ α΄›Κœα΄‡ ᴍᴀΙͺΙ΄ Κ™α΄œΚ€α΄…α΄‡Ι΄ ᴏꜰ α΄›Κœα΄‡ α΄„Κœα΄€Κ€Ι’α΄‡.

Speaking directly on the topic, Apostle explained that there are three major things that happen when the Holy Spirit comes upon a believer:

1. Conviction of Sin

2. Transformation of Life

3. Enduement of Power

According to Apostle, the Holy Spirit is given to transform us.

❝ He will always locate us where we are, but He refuses to leave us the same way He met us. ❞

He stated that whenever transformation has not yet occurred, it reveals that a person is still at the junction of the Outpouring and remains in need of God's grace, mercy, and help.

Apostle emphasized that we cannot claim to be following Christ while nothing is changing within us.

He further charged the church to abandon the ways of sin, yield to the transforming work of the Spirit, and release themselves completely to His power.

Speaking on conviction, Apostle explained that we must learn to surrender ourselves rather than justify our actions.

> ɴᴏ ꜱΙͺα΄›α΄œα΄€α΄›Ιͺᴏɴ α΄€Ι΄α΄… ɴᴏ α΄˜α΄€κœ±α΄› Ιͺꜱ ʙᴇʏᴏɴᴅ Κ€α΄‡α΄…α΄‡α΄α΄˜α΄›Ιͺᴏɴ.

It is the Holy Spirit who convicts, cleanses, restores, and ultimately justifies.

He reminded the church that God intends to take us farther than where we are presently.

All He seeks is obedience to the knock upon the door of our hearts.

> κœ±α΄œΚ€Κ€α΄‡Ι΄α΄…α΄‡Κ€ ɴᴏᴑ.

Speaking on transformation, Apostle stated that God is bringing His people into a system where they are continually changed by the Word.

As the charge drew to a close, Apostle highlighted additional truths to reinforce his message and challenge believers never to settle for an ordinary Christian life.

❝ A Christ-like life is a supernatural life. ❞

He then spoke briefly on dreams that reveal destiny and the manifestations of a life endued with power.

On dreams, Apostle explained that dreams involving contention, warfare, or attacks while following Christ may indicate that a person carries significant destiny potential.

> α΄›Κœα΄‡ ᴇɴᴇᴍʏ α΄…α΄α΄‡κœ± ɴᴏᴛ α΄‘α΄€κœ±α΄›α΄‡ ʜΙͺꜱ ʟΙͺᴍΙͺᴛᴇᴅ Κ€α΄‡κœ±α΄α΄œΚ€α΄„α΄‡κœ± ꜰΙͺΙ’Κœα΄›ΙͺΙ΄Ι’ α΄‘Κœα΄€α΄› α΄˜α΄κœ±α΄‡κœ± ɴᴏ α΄›ΚœΚ€α΄‡α΄€α΄›.

Secondly, he noted that dreams involving revival, encounters with great men and fathers in the faith, or seeing oneself doing extraordinary things may point toward one's calling and future assignment.

> ᴇᴠᴇʀʏ Κ™α΄‡ΚŸΙͺᴇᴠᴇʀ Κ™α΄‡ΚŸα΄Ι΄Ι’κœ± ᴛᴏ α΄€ ꜱᴘΙͺΚ€Ιͺα΄›α΄œα΄€ΚŸ α΄›Κ€Ιͺʙᴇ α΄€Ι΄α΄… ʟΙͺɴᴇᴀɒᴇ.

He stressed that every believer belongs to a spiritual tribe and lineage, making it important to discover who God has called them to be and align accordingly.

Turning to the manifestations of power, Apostle highlighted five things that happen when a believer is endued with power:

πŸ”₯ The miraculous is activated.

πŸ”₯ The angelic is activated.

πŸ”₯ Spiritual sight is activated.

πŸ”₯ Influence is activated.

πŸ”₯ Multiplication of harvest is activated.

On influence, Apostle stated:

❝ It is impossible to carry genuine fire and successfully hide it. ❞

Fire naturally affects its environment. Therefore, believers must ensure that their fire continues to burn and impact others because influence is a natural product of power.

With this, Apostle concluded the charge and launched the church into a powerful prophetic session.

THE COST OF FULFILLING DIVINE DESTINY (1COR 9:24-27)
Message by: Apostle Samson Paul Adeniran
23-05-2026

What a powerful service this Sunday.

The atmosphere was not just filled with God’s glory, hearts were stirred and thoughts were provoked on the need for watchmen to guard their watch and not be distracted, rising to their call to stand in the gap for their leaders, pastors, and nation.

To further establish this burden, Apostle Samson Paul began the charge with a short story centered on the weight of an intercessor, starting with the catastrophe that befalls a king and his people once the watchmen are distracted and focused on another thing aside from their primary duties.

According to him, there is no wall, association, group, church, city, or nation that is safe in itself if the watchmen are asleep.

Speaking further, Apostle explained that our mind is a strong force in prayer, and that is why the devil attacks it with distraction.

He made it clear that when we lose the battle in the mind, we lose physically, stating that _our mind is a gatekeeper_ in the realm of the spirit.*

Then came the core of the teaching.

Apostle reemphasized that there is no man that is ordinary. There is something God has called each and every one of us to do, and *there are costs attached to fulfilling this divine call called destiny.*

Speaking on these costs, he mentioned three:

1. Persistency
2. Self-denial
3. Warfare

Teaching on persistency, he said no matter how long an assignment has lasted, even when weariness sets in or nobody acknowledges and appreciates your effort, you need to continue, noting that it is too early to stop what you have started.

To drive this point home, he explained that the number of years already spent is still too small compared to a lifetime of continuous service to God and humanity, depending on our identity either as a king, priest, or prophet.

He asked, β€œWill you say what you are supposed to do for a lifetime, which has only lasted for two years, is enough reason to quit or relax?”

Certainly not. It is too early to quit the mandate or abandon the challenge.

Speaking of self-denial, he said when we feel like relaxing or resting, it is not always the devil, but SELF that we should deny, refusing the pleasures of the season in order to stay focused on the assignment.

He further buttressed this point by saying we have a timed mandate upon us. We do not have another kairos moment to do later what we ought to do now.

According to him, where is a season to initiate the burden, and there is a season to fan it into flame.*

For this reason, *we are not to use our working time to rest. If we use our working years to rest, we will definitely use our resting years to work.*

Concluding the charge, Apostle said no matter the level of grace bestowed for the assignment or the effort put into it, there is still a need for warfare.

He explained that there are many forces seeking to antagonize God’s purpose and agenda for our lives, and we are to slaughter them and clear whatever is saying β€œNo” on our path.

In strengthening the faith of the brethren, he said those who went ahead of you and failed might be ants crushed by the enemy, but you are a lion from the tribe of Judah, the victorious one.

He added that it is not a testimony to remain the same way we were five years ago. We are progressive beings not designed for stagnation, and we must contend to secure the next five years in God.

Ultimately, we are to fight forward, make impact, and contend for our purpose.*

From the call to persistency, to the demand for self-denial and warfare, the charge was a stirring reminder that destiny is never fulfilled casually.

Every word released carried both conviction and awakening, leaving hearts burdened with the need to rise, contend, and stay faithful to God’s assignment.

Indeed, words will hardly do justice to this powerful ministration.
