Activate Your Leadership Potential

Seek to acquire the leadership life. Every believer in the Kingdom is ordained to be a leader somewhere in the world. The life of Christ confers leadership power on you. But you must activate that power in you and function in full capacity. This present world is confused about so many things and everyone is involved in a rat race that is leading them nowhere and they need a citizen of God's Kingdom to lead them aright. The unfortunate thing is that many believers are involved in this rat race too instead of walking in leadership power to help those in their world to be delivered from the enemy's oppression in their lives.

The following gives you leadership power:

1. Your level of brokenness: Brokenness means willingness to do whatever God wants you to do. The more broken you are, the more God's leadership power will flow through you. Unbroken people can never walk in leadership power.

2. Your intimacy level: Intimacy with God is what opens up divine secrets that make you a clear leader to the world. Intimacy brings accuracy into your life and into the lives of those you lead.

3. Your grace level: Your leadership power is directly proportional to the level of grace you carry or acquire.

4. Your calling: Leadership power will only manifest in the place of your calling. Take the call of God on your life serious.

5. The Word of God: God's word is powerful and the more God's word lives in you, the greater leadership power flows in you.

Beloved, don't neglect the leadership power in you. Activate that leader that you are. You can never become all that God has purposed for you until you step into the leadership dimension of your life. Work the above principle into your life and see leadership power flow in you.
